Sub-contractors handle the delivery. It is obviously not a priority for them. It will be a month until I get my mattress. Every other mattress I could have purchased would have been setup the next day. If you live in Pennsylvania, it is not the mattress for you.

I Love this bed!!! It's hard to describe it but like others say it's soft and firm at the same time. I can't resist jumping in bed every time I walk past it. I had back pain due to an old bed and struggled to find a bed that is firm but soft enough to want to sleep in it. A friend told me about Purple and we got it about a month ago. My back feels great and the only problem I have is that my kids jump into bed at night because they want a Purple bed also! I got the Original Purple bed, The Sheets and the Pillow. GET THIS BED... You will not be disappointed!!

I did tons of research on mattresses and with all of the competing brands, Purple stood out because of the grid technology. I'm a combination sleeper, and boy oh boy, am I thrilled with the feel of this thing. The grid has a way of supporting and relieving pressure from the body. I somehow even breathe easier as a result of sleeping on this fantastic mattress. My only regret is not having enough money to own the Purple 4. It's now a goal of mine to one day own it. Shipping was quick, packaging was high quality, and set up was extremely easy. Much love to Purple.

When I tell people how much a spent on my King Purple mattress they seem shocked at the expense, but considering we spend a good portion of our lives sleeping, I believe comfort is everything. I was due for a new mattress and I love memory foam since I have back pain issues. I bought the sheets, mattress protector, and bed frame to get the entire experience. I loved splitting my payments at no extra cost. It was a purchase well worth the price and value for a good night's sleep.

The original purple mattress was not comfortable for us. We are average height and weight but our older joints need softer support. Shoulder and hip joints felt pressure and we tossed and turned. Excellent return policy. No hassle and we were glad to have been able to try the Purple, but we needed a softer surface.

We have owned this mattress for exactly three years and I am here to tell you, we still look forward to going to bed every night. Before the Purple mattress, we used wake up in actual pain. We had a brand new nice mattress and an adjustable base for 2 years and it was excruciating to get out of bed. I am kidding you not, the first night we slept on the Purple mattress, we woke up feeling SO good and have ever since. I have a hard time convincing people to buy this due to the price tag, but I'm a firm believer in "if you're going to invest in ANY furniture, it's a mattress because it's where you spend the other half of your day." If you're really in the market to buy this mattress, you won't regret it!

I researched beds for what felt like ages, and I'm so glad I decided to give Purple a chance - I'm never going back to regular beds again! It took awhile for me to come around to the idea because I'm a bit of a skeptic, but if you're on the fence like I was, just try it - I doubt you'll ever regret it, but if for some reason you do, you have 100 nights to return it:)

After spending 3 years on a pillow top queen sharing it with my wife and 3 dogs (2 boxers and a Golden Retriever) waking up just inches from falling of the bed. I started researching king mattresses and I kept researching unwilling to pull the trigger on any specific one. Age is slowly catching up to me and one particular morning i had a set of paws pushing me along with a soreness i had never felt before. "Fire in the hole" I ordered our Purple Mattress. Two weeks in and I am not so sore any more and my dogs have plenty of room. I went with purple for one reason only! the "Purple mattress cover" commercial! With three dogs how could I not buy one. I have only one regret! I should have ordered the new Purple mattress.

I honestly would give it 0 stars because it's so comfortable that I want to snooze my alarm every morning! This bed is a definite game changer. Buying online before trying is always a gamble but the purple mattress has exceeded our expectations so far. I hope it lasts over time. We bought the entire bundle with sheets, protector, and harmony pillows and I think it's worth it to have the entire set.

It took me a few nights to get used to all of that wonderful support; now it makes me smile just to sit on the edge of the bed! And the sheets are fabulous - they fit perfectly, never walk or wrinkle and are made with extra strong elastic, I'll definitely order more of them.
