Purple is honest with their ads and marketing. Watch their stuff, then you will get a glimpse for yourself what the mattress feels like when your body lays on it. This mattress will forever change the mattress industry. I see a very bright future for Purple and I know they do as well. This mattress truly hugs your body just like a woman will hug you when you decide to get down on your knees and ask her to marry you. Yes it's that great! What a great product! I had a memory foam bed before this and it was sunken in the middle and my girlfriend would always wake up grumpy so I decided to get this bed and it is awesome. Now she wakes up in a great mood and makes me pancakes from scratch and of course the bed is awesome for sexy time.

Really don't see what the big deal is about this mattress, plus, the return policy isn't as transparent and easy as it seems. My husband wakes up with a sore neck or hip almost every day now, which I thought this mattress was supposed to prevent against? He had no pain before. I'm doing okay with it joint wise however, it is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever laid on.

We purchased the bed and knew the first night it wasn't for us. It caused back pain and nights were I slept an hour or so at a time. It was so soft, i felt myself sink into it and almost through it. We bought the base and it had some really hard hooks. The bed was good for side sleepers but just not for me. The people who say it is firm must be talking about a different bed. Spouse snd i are 175 and 165 lbs and both 6 ft tall. The customer service people were nice about it and took it back.

Could be a little deeper mattress (about 2-3 inches more) - But does it really need to be so heavy. . . most of us can't move it by ourselves even as a couple. and making it up can even be a challenge. Also can we get the new purple bedding anywhere else?

My mattress came right on time. It was very easy to set up. I tend to be able to sleep on something as hard as a floor. In comparing all the mattresses I narrowed it down to the purple mattress. After having the same mattress for so long it was a bit difficult to get used to a new mattress but I have to say I really like it. It feels just a little bit soft for me but otherwise I love the texture on the top, I love the feeling of staying cool and it's really comfortable.

I'm now 34 weeks pregnant and I can confidently say I've been pain free because of our new purple mattress. It's the best bed I've ever slept in and although I'd rather stay in bed in the morning I love that I don't get stuck in it like I have with other memory foam mattresses. I highly recommend!

My wife has wanted a Purple mattress since they first came out and I was finally able to get her one this year for her birthday. It has more than lived up to the hype. We both used to wake up with body aches; hips, back, shoulders...you name it. Purple changed all that. Now we get a solid, sound sleep and wake up feeling like we did 20 years ago, before life had beaten us down. She's a nurse and works a minimum of twelve hour days, most of it spent on her feet. She has to wake up at 0400 so it's very important for her to get a good, restful sleep and Purple does that. Now she wakes up chipper (as someone can be at four in the morning) with none of the back pain she's always had in the past.

The mattress does keep you cool, and is comfortable enough when sleeping on your back. It isn't deep enough to provide good support when sleeping on your side. You also have to be within a certain weight limit. Too light, you won't compress the mattress enough for support. Too heavy, and you sink to the bedframe. The pillow is worse, and isn't thick enough. Their idea of providing additional thickness with an inflatable air cushion is novel, but sleeps poorly. The pillow tends to slide off the air cushion in the Purple pillow case that comes with the Purple Sheets, and together can be a very tight fit in conventional pillow covers. After a little over 30 nights, still not convinced it was the right mattress for me. Cannot recommend to anyone else at this point.

We bought the king size purple mattress it was delivered on time and the packaging was good. The mattress is extremely heavy I definitely recommend having someone help you take the mattress to your bedroom. My wife and I used the mattress for roughly 3 weeks and then returned it, and didn't care for it to much. If you like a firm mattress this is a mattress for you. However my wife and I like the pillowtop mattress and the purple mattress was just a little hard to get accustomed too
