I recently moved in with my boyfriend and he's got a purple mattress. His (our) bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on in my life. It cradles and supports every single part of my body and it's like sleeping on a cloud. I'm not one to normally write reviews but I just had to for such a stellar product. Before I moved in with him I never even heard of purple mattresses and now I wouldn't sleep on anything else. I'd recommend your product to everyone. Thank you!

We just bought a new house and knew it was time to get a new mattress. After reading all of the reviews and watching the "campy" commercials we decided to give Purple a shot. Best decision ever! We are so happy with it. It's super comfortable and we both sleep great. NO hip or back pain. Thanks Purple. We are big fans!

I have mine for over a year. Finally decided the mattress is what makes my body hurt. Stiff and sore after tossing and turning all night. Will not recommend this mattress. I guess I'm a slow genius since it has taken me so long to figure it out. My husband has the same problem, in fact he moved to another bed. I tries to chat with customer service but that didn't work either. They put an attachment on that I couldn't open.

Cannot adequately express just how incredible this mattress is. As a long-term back injury sufferer, I thought that I was simply not going to be able to get a deep, restful night's sleep again. After my first week of sleeping on my Purple mattress, though, I am completely sold...and forever indebted to Purple!

It's only been a couple of weeks, but I am sleeping better on this mattress than previous mattresses. I preferred firm mattresses in the past so was surprised when this softish mattress worked so well for me. In addition, it is easy to lift to make the beds.

Purchased a purple to try out for the rest of the rooms in my home, the problems all arose before it arrived. When contacting customer service a simple order update request was changed to a return, upon receiving email I called Customer Service to get things resolved and had the agent laughing at me and the issue the entire time. After her constant laughter and assurance everything had been fixed and would not be returned. Half of my products were returned to Utah when I asked what was going on it was turned to be my fault for the return and they let me know they would get them out and "they would get there when they get there" I enjoy the mattress, glad I didn't buy anything else at this point as they treat customers as money as opposed to human beings. When there is an i ssue you do not laugh at the consumer for 15 minutes then fail to do what you have requested and as opposed to offer any kind of reconciliation the sheets I paid for arrived a week late and was told to wait it out and enjoy. Customers are people, treat them as so and your company would have been outfitting my entire home as well as the multiple people who have asked about it and are turned off by my experience with Customer Service. Buy Tuft & Needle their Customer care team is both responsive, kind, and treats you as a human.

My husband and I got a queen size purple mattress just a few years ago, and we like it. It did take some getting used to the first week or so. I also wish it was softer, or that the gel layer was thicker. It feels a bit firm to me, maybe because Im a heavy lady? (I think since then, Purple has released some new products with thicker gel layers). Anyway, our daughter likes our bed so much, that we finally got her a Purple mattress of her own.

We had been sleeping on the same mattress for 15 years. Good enough, we thought. Little did we know how much we were missing out on. I can't say enough good things about this mattress. We adore it. I'm getting the best sleep I've gotten in years. But the best thing about it is that it magically meets my wife's desire for a super soft bed and my want for a more firm feel. We adore our purple! And no, this isn't a paid endorsement. (Our bank statement will easily testify to that.) But worth every penny!

I came home a week ago to find a gigantic purple tampon in my driveway. It took about three weeks from my order date to arrive. The Fed-X guy must hate us, because this thing is big, heavy and awkward. I'm guessing he rolled it off the back of the truck, flipped the bird at my house and took off. Thankfully I have a two wheeled cart that allowed me to get this king sized beast up the steps and into our bedroom. Once there, I was able to roll it into place and slice open the bag easily enough. Mine came out upside down, so maybe it works better to place it at the foot of the bed and roll it out toward the top. (Or maybe I just had it backward.) My wife and I are not in full agreement on the comfort of the mattress. I have slept like a baby from the first night. She struggled for the first few days, but seems to be sleeping much better a week later. She also does not like the lack of edge structure we had with our former (interspring) mattress. The thing I like best about the Purple is the "Dead" feeling when you lay down on it. I find it VERY calming and I fall asleep within minutes, every single time. It seems to be both soft and supportive, something I cannot say about our 20 year old, very firm, Serta mattress. However, the Serta did hold up for a long time. (Something we will find out later about the Purple.) Although I am very physically active, I have had multiple knee surgeries and my hips generally ache in the morning. I have not been able to sleep under the blankets on our bed for quite some time. I have spent years sleeping on top of the bed with a light comforter to alleviate my knee pain, frequently with a pillow between my legs. I am now happy to say I am sleeping comfortably UNDER the covers with no ill effects. The bed seems to cradle me so I feel no unwanted pressure on my hips and knees. My wife is happy to see I have joined the rest of the world "between the sheets". I also find that I am waking up well-rested. I wake more easily, and do not have the stiffness in my knees and hips I had on the old mattress. Come to think of it, I have not had any shoulder pain in the last week, despite having ramped up my workouts significantly...so there is that as well. I have noticed that my wife seems to wake more easily as well, although she remains skeptical about the Purple. I too would like to see a bit more edge structure to the Purple when sitting on the edge to tie a shoe, but my primary focus was on finding a restful night's sleep and I have most certainly found the Purple to excel when it comes to quiet, peaceful and restful sleep. I was skeptical at first buying a bed online, but after careful consideration, I dove right in. After receiving the bed and the base, taking very little time to assemble, this bed has worked wonders. It's so easy to get comfortable and fall asleep so fast. I never thought it was possible. As soon as I get home it's the first place I go wind down, and when I'm away it's where I want to be. No more body aches when waking up. Less back aches. Best purchase ever!
