i purchased the 999.00 special, but unfortunately found it was to soft for me in particular. To my surprise the company took care of my concerns. I didn't have to mail the mattress back, thank goodness. They were very nice and did everything and more that was promised. I'm just sad the product wouldn't suit me. Great product, great company.

I bought my twin extra long purple mattress probably a year and a half ago and I have an adjustable bed. lately I've had terrible sciatica and I believe it's because the machinery of the adjustable bed is poking through the mattress right where my sciatica is in the side of my hip this is the only problem I've had but it's quite serious so remember this is the very first Purple the very first one it's about 5 inches deep so I am ordering a a mattress topper because I don't want to have to buy another' mattress

At first I loved my bed and thought it was the greatest thing I've ever slept on but now we are reaching the two year mark and it feels like I'm sleeping in a ditch. To look at the mattress, it looks perfectly flat but if I'm not in the exact right place I feel like I'm slanted on the side of a ditch. Good news is I live in a hot climate and the mattress doesn't heat me up at night and I do love the pillow. Everything else is a busy. I'm really disappointed because I had high hopes for this mattress.

We just bought twin size mattresses for three of our kids, and they've been great. One daughter had gone through three other mattresses prior with complaints, but now loves her purple mattress. The other daughter is hemiplegic and has poor sensation and circulation on one side of her body, and the purple mattress has worked well for her too. (The third kid is too young to have an opinion). We also have a king size purple mattress for our bed. I will say that I was skeptical, but would now highly recommend purchasing the stretchy purple sheets. They really help you get the greatest benefit out of your mattress investment.

I purchased my Purple as a Christmas present to myself, just missing a Black Friday deal to get a free pillow, oh well, should have been on top of it and shopped earlier. Only to receive an email and (physical print) postal card within a day or two after my purchase offering a promo again for a free pillow, and I had searched all the usual suspects for discounts without any luck, again feeling like I had missed out I attempted to inquire with absolutely no response and posing the question on social media sites only led to my posts "disappearing". Finally a month after I received my Purple, without having even opening and setting it up yet, I learn of Purples introduction, not coming soon, but now selling a new updated line. Really, you didn't know you were rolling out a new product line 3weeks ago and give me the opportunity to upgrade or purchase the new product? Apparently customer service and marketing have no communication, and I will think about looking into other companies and products in the future for this very reason. By the way it has been 10 weeks since my initial order, during which time I have under gone spinal surgery involving multiple disc replacements and fusion, and received my new Purple mattress. Now finally after my surgery and release from the hospital including six weeks in traction, have slept on my new Purple Mattress for the first week. Imagine what my customer testimonial would be had I not been so disappointed before ever receiving and sleeping on my Purple Mattress!!! Like your company I will make no further comment or support.

Set up that I paid for was not done. I had to do it myself after spending a small fortune with your company. It was not appreciated as I was out of town and the task was left to my wife and 11 year old son. Other than that, I love the mattress and power bases.

I love everything about Purple. The online order, the home delivery, the mattress itself (no more back pain! Woot!), the customer service, and the sheets are all amazing. Those sheets, though...man. Feels like butter on my skin! I really appreciate not having to deal with used car salesmen at the mattress store. That's actually likely why we waited to buy a new mattress for so long! Anyway, thank you! Will recommend to all my friends and family.

I have been sleeping on my Purple mattress for about 3 weeks now, and it's not working out. I am a side sleeper and I have not been able to sleep through the night on the mattress, and I am waking up with a lot of upper back and shoulder pain that I have never had before. The pain goes away quickly, but the bed really does "push back" hard against your neck and shoulders if you are on your side. I got my flu shot and booster shots while I have had the bed, and trying to sleep normally on my side with either shoulder even slightly tender from that was excruciating. And the bed just seems to be getting firmer and firmer as the days go on. The mattress is also seems to retain a lot of heat if you have anything other than a single fitted sheet on it. I tried using a mattress protector I had, and it made the bed significantly hotter. Even just a second fitted sheet as a little added protection has raised the temp several degrees. Will be returning the product.

My wife and I received our Purple mattress a few weeks ago and we love it. I am a chiropractor and I constantly speak to people about proper support and alignment when it comes to sleeping, so that the body can rest and heal. In our experience with the Purple mattress so far, it delivers just that! We feel more rested every morning and have noticed that we fall asleep much quicker and sleep more deeply. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and will continue to recommend it to everyone!

We bought the king size purple mattress it was delivered on time and the packaging was good. The mattress is extremely heavy I definitely recommend having someone help you take the mattress to your bedroom. My wife and I used the mattress for roughly 3 weeks and then returned it, and didn't care for it to much. If you like a firm mattress this is a mattress for you. However my wife and I like the pillowtop mattress and the purple mattress was just a little hard to get accustomed too
