At first I could say I was happy. My first mattress worked well for 3 months. Sure enough after that I had to get a replacement. After everything I had to do I received my new one. I had to haul out the old, CALIFORNIA KING MIND YOU, and then pack up the new. As soon as I load down on it I realized that it wasn't even a new mattress. Both sides where soft and the middle was how t should have been. 1 month later my back is killing me as bad as it did when I had to return my first mattress. Send me a new one and make it BRAND NEW! Don't send me one that has been returned and you are moving it down the line. I paid a great deal of money for something that I shouldn't have to get a replacment each month. STEP IT UP!

Only a week ago I bought the mattress, and yes, I see improvements The temperature of my body is high and I have perspiration problem that was uncomfortable at night. Using a combination of Purple mattress, cooling pillow and cooling bamboo sheets, I have already slept for 6 straight hours without waking up. It was an excellent purchase. I am satisfied and happy

I am a lady in my late 60's and was in a terrible auto accident 20+ years ago with result damage to my entire spine. Two separate surgeries kept me reasonably active. But the pain has continued to advance. Sleeping was difficult with me often going back and forth from my bed to my recliner and regularly needing medication. After my first night on my Purple bed I woke up pain free. I am able to be much more active though certain activities still will bring pain. I can find my relief every night with my Purple bed. The only thing that was unfavorable with the buying process was that it took almost 3 weeks to get mattress delivered. Purple shipped within a day or two of purchase but the delivery service took weeks and they weren't good about keeping us updated. Not that we were impatient but we moved into a new house and had no mattress. The bed is 5 stars for sure. Been sleeping on it about a month and my partner and I both agree that it helps with our hip and back pain. It is also soft enough to be comfy but firm enough to have good support. We like very much !

Still wake up sweating, from the plastic on the mattress protector it does not allow the mattress to breath and keep you cool as you advertise also so for has not helped with my back pain It is a really firm mattress But we love the pillows The bed frame is very good and durable Over all I'm ok with my purchase but not it is not what I was hoping for.

I struggle with sever neck and back problems, yoga and pain killers some of the only things that help my back feel better, but now I've added this mattress to the list! It's helped reduce my back pain drastically, and it makes me tail bone feel amazing. Thank you Purple

I've had the Purple for about a month now, and I can't sit on another bed without thinking about how stiff and uncomfortable it is compared to my bed. I was going to the chiropractor every week before, but I haven't had to go since switching. Truly a great bed.

I am currently within the trial period of purple and thus far it has proven to be a comfortable, quality product. My only hold back is the fit of sheets and mattress covers. I've tried a few sets of sheets and none of them seem to completely fit the mattress. Aside from that, I recommend purple.

I needed a new bed, don't have the time to make the rounds to all the mattress stores and have zero interest in knowing what I like(firm/hard/sleep number), I needed good support, not complicated choices, REASONABLY PRICED and bring it to me.....this is what I got, have had it about a month now, really loved all of the process, it shipped early, was sort of fun to set up and it sleeps awesome...it is heavy yes, but so is any other over priced mattress, my girlfriend and I set it up with no issues.

Absolutely the best thing we've ever done for ourselves....purchasing a Purple Mattress. It took a month to get use to the "feel" of the mattress. We found it "weirdly" comfortable at first. But now....we sleep like rocks and wake with no pain. That's the key friends, no pain. And this mattress delivers that! We will never sleep on anything other then our Purple. Nicole Howton
