We have to purples, one king and one cali king... the regular king slot great but the mattress never got to looking like a mattress. The sides are curled up and won't quite sit down flat, which make sleeping toward the edges in comfortable. Now, I am 6'8 300 lbs so I finally was convinced by the most beautiful woman on the planet to just get the cali king since I don't fit on the regular king (even though she doesn't like the cali length) it sleeps way better for me and the mattress it self didn't have any of the issues our king did. Don't get me wrong the king slept great but didn't live up to our expectations. No complaints about the cali king though. It is phenomenal!

LIKE MATTRESS, DID NOT LIKE SHEET BUT PURCHASED ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND, AND THOUGH WE WERE GETTING TWO PILLOWS. CALLED IN WAITED 20 MIN NO ANSWER AND ASKED TO BE CALLED BACK AND NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. BODY IS ADJUSTING TO BED ONCE PUT ON GOOD SHEET, STARTING TO LIKE, STILL FEEL PILLOWS SHOULD BE SENT TO ME.

I had been sleeping on a memory foam bed for five years and this last year I have had tremendous back pain and could not figure out why. I had lost over 80lbs during that year putting me in a healthy BMI range- my back should be better, not worse. Being a bariatric patient I could no longer take NSAIDs to keep the inflammation down so my doctor had me start taking tramadol for the pain which let me sleep for about 4 hours a night. Not wanting to be dependent on tramadol, I went to a physical therapist who said my body was strong and flexible (I'm 39) but my lower back was incredibly stiff and he could not determine the cause. Then I went to an acupuncturist every few weeks to release the stiff muscles in my lower back but that would only last for a few days and then back to pain so intense I could only sleep 2-3 hours at a time. My last resort was getting a new bed and I decided to give Purple a try. I am so glad I did. The relief was immediate. I could sleep for four hours without the tramadol and even when I work from slight pain and stiffness all I need to do is change positions and I fall back asleep, something next to impossible before. It was a bit scary buying a mattress without every getting to try it out but the Purple team assured me that if it didn't work out, I could return it free of charge. So happy I gave this company a shot.

I've had the original matress for about a month now and for both my Significant other and Myself this is the best either of us has ever slept. Both of us suffer from back and knee pain and unlike other mattresses there simply are no uncomfortable pressure points from either the support material or one of us moving through the night.

We love our Bed. We had no problem unrolling our mattress on to our base, and my husband slept on it about 15 minutes after till 1pm the following day, and I got a great night sleep too. I sleep on my side, and no problem with rolling off the side, the husband is all over the place with the bed, and in every position snoozes to prove the great sleep he gets. I have both regular cushions for the husband car and office seat, got one for my patient for sitting in her wheelchair, and with my royal in the car I can now use my visor to block the sun and never have pain sitting driving to work. (If your under 5 feet like me that is so important.) I have told so many people about how nice the company is and what great customer service, and we liked that if the mattress wasn't to our liking that they would donate it to charity. I feel bad for the charity but I would not change our minds, and we looked at all the bed on the market. I only wish the power base platform had been available when we got the bed. Sorry it took us so long to say how happy we are with all your products. (Thinking about a pillow....) Take care and thanks for being a company with humor, and great service. I bought this mattress when I was about 4 months pregnant because I would wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep while still having to report to work at eight. I thought the mattress would help me get to sleep and stay asleep like it claimed but it did not. I still have the mattress because it's too heavy to try to roll up and return.

Already bought another "big" purchase with them. First purchase was the reg. queen size bed. Included their protector and free sheets. Absolutely loved the purchase then that now I had bought another mattress with them. I bought the twin xl bed, and my son loves it! Will definitely be coming back for hopefully our third purchase with the Purple. Absolutely without any damage or wear up to today have had it for 2years now, looks brand new. No tears, no pee stains due to my mattress protector. I had split several drinks, son had peed and when I remove the protector to clean it, looks brand new white clean.

My wife and I are both extremely happy with our Purple mattress purchase. We had never purchased a mattress online, but felt comfortable both with the price and the guarantee of being able to ship it back if we absolutely didn't like it. After just a couple of nights we knew it was going to be a keeper. We were sleeping on a "traditional" memory foam mattress and absolutely hating it. We love our Purple mattress! I also really like the Purple pillow; it's a little weird for my wife but I love it

I've only slept on the mattress for three nights. But they were good nights. My hips didn't hurt!!!! Those first three nights showed me that sleep can be pleasant and painless again. I had a three week trip planned immediately after those three days, and can't wait to get back to the PURPLE! While I've loved my days here, the nights are grim. It wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't tried out my new mattress before.

This mattress was great at first. comfortable, supportive, everything that was promised. But after only a month one side is sagging, and has a very pronounced "slope" to one side. Thinking it was my support structure (box spring) I rotated the mattress, nope it still slopes, now in the other direction. Going to try having my wife and I trade sides to see if it is still as pronounced during our 100 day trial period.
