Long story short, we have a split king adjustable bed and I am an extreme case when comes to finding a mattress due to Chronic Back Pain. Our 7th mattress\sleep system in the last 10 years. We purchased 2 Twin XL PURPLE Mattresses which completes a Split King adjustable bed. I personally only lasted 3 nights and went back to my recliner where I have slept 9 out of 10 nights for the last decade. My wife LOVES her Purple mattress and I would even say to me the mattress is supper softer, the cover is super soft, very well made product. So like many mattresses we had the conversation, and she flat out refused to give up her Purple mattress, in her opinion hands down the best mattress out of the last 7. I contacted the Purple mattress refund department and of course was like can I get a refund for 1 of the 2 mattresses which they happily agreed to. The refund was 100% hassle free, refund was in my account on day 4 after completing the donation form. Needless to say my split king now has 2 different mattresses for each side of the bed. I would recommend Purple to anyone even folks who suffer back pain as the reason for back pain can be caused by many different things (I have to have 100% control of firmness on any given day, you have nothing to lose but a few weeks of your time for delivery. The refund from the purple mattress paid for the mattress I replaced it with.

I only have two gripes, one is outside of Purples control. 1). Instead of gathering up all the items in my order, and mailing them at one time, I got everything piece by piece over a three week period. Small gripe, but slightly annoying. 2). The packaging my mattress came in was ripped as was the bottom of the mattress. Would be nice to see the packaging be a little thicker and the delivery company take a little more care. Other then that, I love my new bed!

So far loving the bed, pillow, sheets, and mattress protector. Keeps me cool at night and my back doesn't hurt when laying down on it. The pillows were awkward at first sleeping on them but I've gotten use to them and they are actually really comfy. I love the fact they are heavy and I can't move them when sleeping like i always did with my other pillow. I have 3 kids who join me and my fiancé every now and then and we can all fit comfortably on the king size mattress.

I seriously love this mattress so much, because covid has me doing school online I do a lot of school work in bed now too. It's just as comfortable to do school work in as it is to sleep in. I seriously look forward to bed time every night. I will say though, it does sleep warm, but I don't personally mind because I am cold constantly. And sleeping warm is it's only downfall, I don't wake up sore anymore, I sleep better with less tossing and turning and I don't feel my husband get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I'll be buying these for my kids soon too.

LOVE IT!!! Nothing bad to say. Shipping was reasonable and this bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Yes, the price is high, but with it supposedly lasting 10 years, we will have saved money on buying other mattresses. The one we replaced lasted 2 years. So I'm hoping Purple lasts me a lot longer! Love it so far❤️ ❤️ ❤️

After having back pain for years, I decided to finally get a better mattress. Since the first night I slept on the purple mattress, I have had no back pain. I would highly recommend this to anyone, and the ability to pay through Affirm made it possible for me to buy it. Thanks!

I was wanting very much to love this mattress. My wife is dealing with some spinal issues that have her waking up with severe pain and the mattress we had was not helping. I convinced her to try the purple mattress because I bought into the marketing blitz I saw on Facebook. The first few nights we both were leery of our purchase as we both woke with stiffness in our necks/back. After 3 months I am still waking up with a very mild stiffness (which is gone after about a minute), but my wife is still waking up in pain. This may be due to her spinal issues and not the bed, but the bed is not helping her in any way either. I have found that if I am laying flat on my back that I get a pain in my lower back after a few minutes. If I sleep on my stomach I get the same pain. I do prefer to sleep on my side most of the time and that is where I find the most comfort. I do not seem to be sleeping any sounder through the night than on any other mattress. One thing both my wife and I noticed was that there is no sagging in the middle, which used to cause her more pain with our old mattress.We are nearing the end of our trial period and will probably end up keeping the Purple, but only because we do not want to go through the hassle of finding some place to take it and then going through the whole process again with another company.

I bought this mattress to replace my old caving in mattress at the height of some major lower back pain. It was an amazing relief. Firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to conform to my back. It's cool to sleep on and doesn't hold heat to make you sweat. Highly recommended.

We have had our Purple Queen for about 3 weeks now and are still getting used it, although, we enjoy it so far. There was an issue with the length of the first one we were sent, it was about 3 in short of the spec 79"; this new one looks about right, however, I have not measure it yet. Our previous mattress is about 3 inches thicker than the Purple, and that is weird how much of a difference the bed height is now, but I may put some thicker boards under our box springs. I recently moved in with my boyfriend and he's got a purple mattress. His (our) bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on in my life. It cradles and supports every single part of my body and it's like sleeping on a cloud. I'm not one to normally write reviews but I just had to for such a stellar product. Before I moved in with him I never even heard of purple mattresses and now I wouldn't sleep on anything else. I'd recommend your product to everyone. Thank you!
