While I've a week left on my 100 days, I've been torn between returning it, or hoping this will be compatable with an adjustable base, as I am not able to afford it at this time. It took a year to save for the mattress, and I love it, in all areas, compared to other mattresses. However, I feel the next layer when, my boney butt, or thin shoulders reach it. I've written many posts (about my night's on my back) on FB during the first 30 days, it was amazing how well I felt. Then my spinal condition improved, and I returned to sleeping on my side. My shoulder pain then returned. I am desperate for an adjustable base, and I wish you produced a model with an extra inch of the top layer. I trust it was researched, therefore I am keeping Purple! In another 90 days, I should be able to afford an adjustable base. I will possibly write a review, regarding it's ability to conform to that base. I also love my seat cushion! Thanks, Vinny

We bought this mattress for our kid going off to college, it was really nice ordering it online and not going into a mattress store and dealing with a salesman, knowing half the price of the mattress would be their commission. When the mattress arrived, I had to lay on it and it felt great. In a couple of years when my mattress reaches its service life, will most likely order a purple mattress for myself.

We purchased a king. So, I initially, I was like ughhh! My back is worse then ever before....but like you've explained, it takes a little time. And we went with it. We have been sleeping on it nearly 2 months. No more back pain. My man is very satisfied. He does state that sleeping on his side continues to be a bit of an issue, but nothing nearly as bad as our older mattress. I can assure you that he sleeps through the night....which is new :) I am thrilled with the fact that I am not a sweaty mess in the morning! That's fantastic. All in all, we are very happy with this purchase. And I still love just pressing on it, while I'm laying there...like there is all these little purple people cubes keeping me comfy! We looked and read on all the bed in a bags. Glad we made the decision we made.

I'm a side, back and stomach sleeper and this mattress is wonderful. I don't hurt hardly at all waking up. My acid reflux doesn't act up when I am sleeping or just laying down. The only thing preventing me from giving them five stars is the shipping/delivery. You can track it but it's not accurate. It told me my mattress was about an hour or so away when it had actually already arrived. The main thing about the shipping is whoever delivered it just left it on the ground outside without ringing the doorbell and I don't even know how long it had actually been sitting outside. A mattress this expensive should need to be signed for or something. I was not very happy about that. Otherwise, this mattress is definitely worth it! My husband and I love it. I just ordered him a Purple pillow to see how we both like it before I order myself one. We don't have purple sheets but the ones we do have work well with this mattress though I do sweat when I get hot while sleeping. I'm thinking about ordering the purple sheets next year to see if that will make a difference. I highly recommend this mattress!!!

Delivered in less than 48 hours from when I ordered it, way faster than I expected. I was hoping to immediately fall in love with my King size mattress, but it has taken me some time to get used to the feel/sensation of firm in some areas and soft in others. After about 3 weeks I find I'm looking forward to going to bed and I'm waking up refreshed! I plan to buy the sheets and the pillow eventually, though I wish the pillow came in King size. Overall 2 thumbs up!!!

I have tried several types of mattresses. Mattresses are clearly an individual preference. For me, I tried memory foam, intellibed, and traditional mattresses. I even had a water bed once! This mattress from Purple is the best yet. I feel much less pain when I wake up in the morning. It's very comfortable to sleep on and doesn't collapse on the side like some of the others when I get out of bed (like sitting on the outer edge).

I would never have considered myself a 'mattress diva' before owning this Purple mattress, yet I can honestly say that I've kind of become one now! I sleep better, I feel 'safe' that I'm spending such a good portion of my l24 hours on something that is good for me. I am comfortable, and I feel kind of ' pampered' by all the science that went into this mattress. I thought about it for a long time, because I am thrifty, and I wasn't too disappointed with my regular old mattress I bought 8 years ago. Yet my husband was never a big fan of it. He found it uncomfortable. So I bought some memory foam for it. That made him feel too heated. Even though I was okay with the old one, I wanted something that he would like. And he does! He sleeps more sound, and wakes feeling more rested. I am feeling that it was a good health investment, and I'm glad that I did it.

I've tried many mattresses, Casper, Leesa, Dreamcloud...this was the worst. We are both side sleepers. It was like sleeping on a sack of egg foam toppers in a craft store. And customer service is TERRIBLE. Don't accept the free gift. If you don't like the mattress they take the price of the free gift off the top. Then they make you try to figure out your own pickup of the mattress before they will come and get it. Now it's 3 weeks out from that pickup, 2 emails and another payment later and I still haven't heard a peep from them....

Bought this bed when my wife was half way through pregnancy with twins and just couldn't take our memory foam anymore.. We slept on it for a week and realized we would never be going back. The purple gives support we need, we got the split-king with the power-base. What a way to sleep. It's been 7 months since the twins were born and laying on the bed with a baby and having her fall asleep, knowing she's safe and comfy, but loves your bed more than anywhere else says it all. The only complaint I had was that I bought this thing right between the week they gave free pillows with, and when they gave free seat cushions with, so I got NEITHER... doh... Now I gotta go buy the pillows separately... :-( I'm a back/side sleeper, but I don't roll on the purple, I sleep in one or the other, no movement (unlike any other bed, ever), and visiting hotels is now a drag, rather than fun, due to the lack of purple... Wife is a side sleeper only and stopped rolling as soon as we got purple. and if she starts snoring, my phone app lets me solve that asap. I just want to get Alexa integration so I can say "Alexa, raise [wife]'s bed" and have it turn on the anti-snore mode...

I really wanted to love this mattress. I went interest free through Affirm and had it delivered shortly after check out. Unwrapped it and enjoyed. I loved the support. My wife loved it too but noticed it was hot to sleep on. So we went all in and bought the sheets and mattress protector. Sheets are nice and soft but the mattress stills sleeps hot for my taste. YMMV. Now to the issue we are currently having. Shortly after it was paid off, I noticed a change in the sleep style of the mattress. I come from the old school world of flipping and rotating mattresses. I was concerned that I could not flip this but I was reassured. Anywho, about a year and a half into the product I started getting a rut on my side of the bed. I'm 6'4", 205Lbs. Not small but not crazy big either. Along with the rut came a ridge line down the middle of the bed which has now turned into the most supportive part of the mattress. My wife and I both have ruts now and are pretty much separated by the partition in the middle of the cal king. I have rotated this mattress every two months for the last six months to get the support I need. My wife and I are now waking up in the morning with sore lower backs. That was the sign my last mattress needed to go and prompted the purchase of the Purple. I expected more than 1.5 years of support out of this mattress. I am very disappointed and would not purchase this product again. My wife has emailed the company for product/warranty support and they have not gotten back to us as of yet. We shall see.
