Purple has incredible customer service! Also, Purple demonstrates a commitment to bettering the world by donating mattresses to charity if a customer doesn't want the mattress after trying it out. If you deciding whether to try the mattress out or not, do not hesitate! It is completely risk free and most people love it!

I've had back pain for over 10 years and 3 days sleeping on purple helped out allot. Great firmness and support but can't recommend the pillow. It is way too low and my neck is not comfortable but that's just maybe me you're experience may be different.

My husband and I can only compare it to the Leesa bed, which we also have. We both prefer the Leesa bed for the support it offers. The purple mattress is comfortable, but it's too soft in our opinion. I recently had a back injury, and the bed did not give me the support I needed, resulting in soreness when I awoke. The edge of the mattress is particularly soft. It is also an inch shorter in depth. After having the mattress for over a month, we will most likely return it or move it into a guest room. Delivery was delayed 2-3 weeks when we ordered, but set up was quick. The cover on the Leesa mattress is nicer than the Purple, also. Sadly, the purple mattress wasn't just right for us.

I work strange hours so I need a mattress that is comfortable. This mattress is an answer to my prayers. I have no problem falling asleep and staying that way. It's a firmer mattress but comfortable while supportive. It's been 3 months now and I have no regrets. Best purchase ever.

I have a trouble sleeping on other mattresses due to a back injury from work a few years back. I broke my L5,L4,S1 and C1. Essentially I was told I would not walk again. I the stubborn type so I did not and would not take that as a answer. Long story short I started walking again. I tried multiple different mattress such as sleep number, lull and nectar. They all lost their firmness and comfortability pretty fast within the first two to three months. So much so that I stopped being able to sleep on my side. For four years I slept like this strictly on my back. I am 50 years old and it's been many years since I have bought a bed of my own. When I saw the commercial for Purple Bed I was intrigued, and then decided to buy! One of the Best investments I have ever made in my entire Life: this Purple Bed is AMAZING!!! I would definitely buy again, and for me this Bed is the Most Comfortable Bed I have ever slept on in my Life! Great Job!

I'm in the humid swamp that is Florida, even in the middle of winter. We bought our purple in November, so it hasn't gotten super warm yet, but I can't wait to see how the mattress paired with their sheets sleeps in the dead of summer when everyone dreams of one day without smothering heat. So far, the Purple Mattress is everything advertised. I have significant scoliosis with chronic pain, and I can certainly tell a difference when I wake up in the morning. It's supportive without being too firm, and keeps your temperature cool. I love it!

Really hurts my lower back when stomach sleeping. Slightly better when side sleeping. The Purple Sheets are really "clingy", making it difficult to roll over. The Purple Pillow (queen) is really big. Combined with the unsupportive mattress, my back and neck ache daily. Wish I had chosen a standard mattress.

I bought the standard Purple, which is amazing. I sleep so much cooler and very comfortably. I also bought the Harmony pillow=awesome. However, my biggest issue is that the mattress is not easy to move. If the Hulk had a mattress it would be a Purple. You know, smash everything just getting the thing across a room. My last mattress had handles on the sides making adjustments and moves less strenuous. Lastly, I'm still unsure about the mattress protector I bought. I'm all about protecting my things, but it does sound a bit like a sleeping bag when put on. Overall, I'm very happy with Purple and just like the commercials, I do have my friends lay on the mattress when they come over.
