The first purple mattress was purchased for myself 4 years ago. I have fibromyalgia and used to wake up with pain every day. I purchased the first mattress before they had the "extra" pillow top options available. I then purchased purple mattresses for my adult children three years ago. They had tried mine and slept so well. Two years ago we bought a twin mattress for a grandchild. Two weeks ago we purchased another twin, and two of the youth twin beds. Our family has thoroughly enjoyed our restful nights. I am the only one with a purple pillow. I wasn't sure how I would like it, but I doubt I will go back to another pillow type again. Our family loves to travel and we are always welcomed back home by the best beds we have ever had. Nothing compares to our purple mattresses for comfortable, pain free, restful sleep.

Buying and shipping process was seamless and easy. Easy to open but have a friend because it is HEAVY. I was super excited for the matress and i have to say, i wasn't as blown away as i thought I would be, but it is definitely very comfy. I feel like maybe I would have enjoyed one of the newer models with a thicker layer of the purple stuff. The original matress is more on the firm side, where i prefer to have a really squishy mattress. My husband absolutely loves it though. I do sleep well and no aches and pains (besides sometimes now I sleep so well that I don't move all night and then I wake a little stiff, haha).

I tend to like a more firm bed. Some nights I will end up sleeping on my firm couch because I need a break from the softness. What I love about this bed is that I can't feel my husband at all and feel like I'm sleeping in my own bed. I get really good rest from this mattress and enjoy it other than it's lack in firmness.

Me and my husband did so much research before buying the purple matress and I'm so glad we did! When we got the delivery we in packaged it, which by the way was super easy, and once it was ready we just tried it out. After 5 minutes we noticed a huge difference! My back pain was gone.... Even just sitting on the matress my back didn't hurt. If you are debating on buying one don't debate just do it! I've had issues with my back for 9 years and this mattress is a God send because I am no longer in pain when I sleep

I'm not gonna lie, I was super nervous about getting a bed I couldn't try in a store. I did a lot of research, and all I got was how amazing this bed was. THEY WERE NOT WRONG! I have been sleeping like a baby since day 1! I will recommend this bed to anyone looking. Super high quality, and an awesome night of sleep, I have never been so in love with a matress!

I've literally never slept so hard in my life. I work 48 hour shifts in a fire dept. We aren't provided the best mattresses in the world here with how many people we have, but when I get home I sleep amazingly now with the Purple mattress. Before I'd toss and turn and wake up with back pain. Never again. I wish I'd have sprung for the pillow now too. I may even end up buying a twin size mattress for my room at work!

From the purchasing process to in-home setup, the Purple Original Mattress has been the best decision I have ever made regarding a mattress. Although Purple is not the cheapest option, the constant promos that are run help alleviate the cost. Getting the mattress set up in-home was somewhat tricky so I would suggest getting some help move the near 200 pound box that the mattress is shipping in. As another suggestion, make sure to follow the guidelines for the mattress foundation as far as the space between boards. When my wife and I moved from a 9 inch space to 3 inches you could feel a dramatic shift in firmness of the mattress. All in all, not matter the type of sleeper you are, you will be happy with a purchase of this mattress, but make sure to do some research as these types of beds do not work like other memory foam or spring mattresses.

The mattresses appears to be well made. Delivery was quick and setup was easy. Unfortunately the edge support and softness did not work for me. I am a side sleeper and I turn from side to side - I also like the edge of the bed. It was hard to maneuver as much as I move around. My husband really liked it. He is a side sleeper but he has minimal movement at night.

Love the King purple mattress. Absolutely worth the money. This is the best I've ever slept. The only negative I have is that the mattress is maybe 3-4 inches shorter than advertised. We've had it for about a week now, and I know it can take a little time out of the bag to reach its full size, but I think its as big as its going to get. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things. My bed frame is made out of wood, so I can cut the side rails down by a few inches.

OK so the whole shipping experience was a joke and a nightmare. Once all set up after a 2 week process the bed its self takes some time to get use to. Im actually still adjusting. Its weird and my back actually hurts more. They keep telling me it takes some time but we will see. I have had a few good nights sleep and that gave me hope that this will turn out like its suppose to however only time will tell. We will see what happens but so far not impressed. Reminds me of a normal matress
