I had a huge dip going on one of the sides of the Purple Mattress and after contacting the Warranty, and providing proof of the issue, they gladly provided my with a brand new replacement. I am already having issues with BOTH of the sides sagging / dipping now. My nights are becoming a nightmare as they were before with the old mattress and my wife is now pregnant... they last thing I want is for this mattress to cause more back pain on her. Please, send me a newer, non-faulty, model.

As a hot sleeper married to a cold sleeper, we've always struggled with getting sleeping temperature just right. I'd use a fan and he'd complain about being cold. I'd leave the fan off and complain about being hot. *sigh* We bought the Purple mattress and all that changed! I'm cool at night without a fan and he's happy as a clam because he can still be toasty warm. Win-win!

After all my research I knew this was the one. After much anticipation I flopped down and to my surprise ... it didn't feel that special. HOWEVER. The Purple is not your heavenly angel cloud bed and it never claimed to be. It is your good-night-sleep-keep-you-supported bed. And that it does so well. I love this mattress for many reasons, but if there's one thing I have to point to bedsides how comfortable it is once you adapt to it and how well you sleep it is this: minimal motion transfer. I have sever arthritis and needed something to replace our Sleep Number that just wasn't helping (not to mention my wife's side of the bed would deflate 3-4 times through out the night). She wanted to try the Purple. We got it and from sleep #1 my wife was in love. It took me a few weeks to adjust to the mattress. Honestly I wish it were a little softer but I do like how it cradles all my pressure points. I don't think I sleep any better but my wife does. I also purchased the cushion for my office chair. I was at first apprehensive about the price, however, this cushion is amazing. I can sit longer without the arthritis hurting my hips. If I could afford it I'd buy more to place throughout the house and car. This cushion is a God send.

I'll start with what I hoped would be better. It isn't as comfortable as I hoped it would be. It is quite a firm mattress. That being said, I haven't woken up hurting since day 1 of having this mattress. It isn't real good if you like sleeping on your stomach but back and side do feel good. I find that I wake up in a good mood most mornings and I'm really liking that. The sheets are also really nice. It seems like a small thing but the nice store bought sheets won't go back on to this mattress again.

I can sleep next to my husband without rolling onto my husband. We can lay side by side without creating a hole the other has to fall into. 4. I don't wake up every time I roll over. It used to be a process. I had to grab the side of the mattress and drag my body into a new position. Now, either I'm not moving or not waking when I do! 5. I can sleep on my stomach! I'm not a stomach sleeper, but I tried it the other night and I was comfortable. Amazing! I give Purple five stars out of five stars.

I had to go on a work trip about a week after I got this mattress. I usually like hotel mattresses, something about them is so comfy. Well call me princess and the pea! In the past year and a half my husband and I have been through numerous mattresses. Some to hot to hard too soft and then the one filled with air to no avail. We pondered over the purple mattress and finally ordered it. Initially it was the most scrumptious one however laying on it for a few nights I found it to be to hard and I had pressure points. I wanted so much for it to be my answer to my problems but was not the case. Personally I think the purple squares should be farther apart to soften it up. But the company is awesome and I love how they conduct business. I wish them much success.
