I have been very pleased with this purchase. It was easy to set up and put together. I love the height of the bed, and it's very comfortable to sleep on. Has the feeling of a firm mattress with the comfort of a soft mattress. Both of my kids have tried it out and say that they were very happy with it. My daughter wants one and we plan to purchase one for her room next. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

Not only is the bed very firm, but the only thing the company can do about it is to tell you to lose sleep for 30 days and then magically you won't have sore ribs and black eyes from lack of sleep anymore. I'm still approaching my 30 days but still plan on returning it as I am barely able to work at my job due to this lack of sleep. I don't understand how they expect people to just wait it out. Like we don't have jobs or need sleep?

I was a little afraid of this new mattress as I have had a pillow top for years. But I have to say it is perfect. I sleep better then I ever have. I would incourage you to watch the videos so you can determine which one of the Purple meets your needs.

I am getting married and needed a new bed for myself and my new spouse. I prefer a soft bed and she prefers a hard bed but we're both quite happy with the Purple mattress. My sleep has been greatly improved and we don't seem to wake each other up nearly as much as before getting up or turning around in the middle of the night.

This bed is incredible! At first we didn't like it, it made our lower backs hurt very badly. Then no pains! Anywhere! We are a bigger couple, both weighing roughly 260 pounds each. Normally waking up with shoulder or back pain but not with our Purple! It's absolutely wonderful! Even during late pregnancy! Thank you Purple!

My husband and I bought this mattress because he sleeps very hot. When we bought it we realized it was pretty hard and gives little to no support, but was hoping we would get used to it because we were coming from a bed with a memory foam topper. Well after one year of sleeping on it, I can confidently say it did not help with temperature and was the WORST sleep I've had. We recently had to sleep in our guest bedroom, which contains our older (and smaller) mattress, for 2 weeks and it has made us realize how terribly we have slept for the last year, tossing and turning throughout the night and never feeling refreshed the next morning. I wish we had realized sooner it was this mattress giving us issues and could return it, but looks like we will be looking into buying a mattress topper and hoping for the best.

I researched mattresses for awhile before deciding that I would purchase the Purple mattress. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase. There are four things that we noticed about our recent purchase: 1) We are most happy with how cool this mattress sleeps. With our old mattress there were nights where we would wake up and have sweat through the sheets. That hasn't been an issue at all since we got our Purple mattress. If temperature is something that you are concerned about, I highly recommend this mattress. 2) The very first night I could tell an immediate difference with the support the mattress provided. I sleep on my side/stomach, and with our old mattress I would get into bed, and then get into my sleeping position. For the next few minutes I would have to slowly start to relax as I would always feel pain in my back as my body slowly got used to my sleeping position. The first night with our Purple mattress my body was able to immediately relax with no pain at all. That was as great surprise, and helped me realize I chose the right mattress. 3) During the first two weeks of sleeping on the Purple mattress, my wife and I both experienced waking up numerous times throughout the night, up to 10 times a night. We were able to adjust, or roll-over and go right back to sleep, and we didn't feel like we were losing sleep. We both just noticed that we were experiences similar situations. This only occurred during the first two weeks, so I believe this was just part of adjusting to the new mattress. 4) The last thing we noticed about our mattress was our dreams. During the first 4-6 weeks, we realized that we were both having more dreams, our dreams were more vivd, and we were able to remember them with great detail in the morning. We found this strange, and actually laughed about it. It also made for good morning conversations while getting ready. I'm not saying this is specific to Purple, but the fact that we both experienced the same thing and the same time leads me to believe it has something to do with the new mattress. Our trial period is coming to an end soon, but it doesn't matter as we have no intention of returning this mattress. Since our purchase, I see that Purple has now introduced additional products including a pillow. With how cool the mattress sleeps, I may have to try out the pillow as I constantly flip my pillow in order to get the cool side. I am also looking to purchase a seat cushion for my father who has undergone two back surgeries and is scheduling a 3rd later this year. He was in town when our mattress was delivered and he was intrigued with the small samples that arrived with the mattress. Extremely Satisfied Customer.

I have been sleeping on this mattress for five months now - and it is the best mattress I have ever owned! It cradles your body leaving no pressure points, there is no 'bouncing' when you sit on it (or flop!) It truly delivers everything they claim. I LOVE THIS MATTRESS!

We have enjoyed our Purple mattress since day one! My husband and I had been having back problems. After getting the mattress and the support frame we have enjoyed not having dips in our mattress, struggles to turn over because of "holes" and a restful sleep. I would suggest sending the frame first since we had to wait a few days for it plus we waited for the mattress but it came first! The bottom sheet is good. It stays put on the mattress but it is developing so nubby places and the top sheet does not stay in place at all. We use a cotton sheet instead for the top sheet. All of these problems have been nothing to us since we are now enjoying a great night of sleep. Hope you work out the bugs in deliveries and the top sheet movement. Also, we are liking the support frame being tall enough to put tubs of clothes under it for storage. The frame does not even squeek!

Pros: We Love Love Love the amazing feel, soft and supportive at the same time. It really does react to your body like all the videos show. Cons: it's very very heavy. Wouldn't think that would be a big deal after getting it initially set up, but I'm reminded of it every couple weeks when I change the sheets. Makes a dull chore even more difficult. And speaking of sheets, most don't fit very well since it's not as deep as a normal mattress. Pros outweigh the cons for us - we loved it enough to keep it after the trial ended!!!
