I had back surgery 3 years ago and my husband has severe shoulder pain. We had been sleeping on a 10+ year old mattress that felt like sleeping on a bag of potatoes. Needless to say, neither of us got a full night's sleep. We got our Purple mattress about 2 1/2 weeks ago and I've haven't slept this good in years! I don't wake up with back pain or stiffness and I'm not sweating buckets all night. Best purchase I've made in a long time!!!!

The fact that the mattress is shipped to you and literally takes three minutes to set-up is incredible. Honestly it's just not working out for me though, it's been over a month and every morning my lower back hurts so bad it is hard to even move to get out of bed. I'd return it but I've read it's a huge hassle if you didn't get the mattress cover, we'll see. The sheets are the best thing ever, just get the sheets.

Patience pays off! Waited a little over 3 weeks for my Queen Purple mattress to arrive. It arrived in the purple burrito, was easy to unpack, and fully took shape in minutes. I was a little sore after the first night, but it has been awesome since. Mattress conforms to your body, I am a side sleeper and I find I don't flip much. Could not be happier!!

every morning when I got up, I would sit in my massage chair to get the stiffness out of my back. Now I don't need to. Everyone in the family has taken a turn sleeping on it. They all say it is great. My 18 year old grand daughter has tried it 3 times.

In the past I've tried the old spring mattress, then the foam, then the memory foam and so on. Had good experiences, had bad ones. But they ALL had something in common: They feel like a mattress. Then one day you try something new, that looks like a mattress but doesn't feel like anything you have ever felt before. And that day is when I bought my purple. At first I was skeptical but that very first night my body decided it was the best purchase ever. So thank you Purple!!

We recently ordered a purple king mattress and although I loved it, it was not a fit for my wife. Unfortunately we processed a return for refund. I cannot say enough about the customer service we received; how convenient the process was and how helpful the representative was!

We don't buy stuff off the internet. Until now! We bought our Purple mattress based on the internet commercials and were very nervous that we might be making a mistake. Well, we couldn't be more pleased! It has been amazing and we are super happy with our purchase. The mattress is amazing. The kids are in our room all the time lounging on it. The sheets are the best thing since sliced bread. So super soft and silky. The elastic band around the bottom of the sheet is amazing. We live in South Florida (HOT and humid) and the mattress and the sheets have kept us cool. I haven't been hot once because of the mattress. Oh, the frame is super simple but super sturdy. So we are very happy with our purchase of our new purple bed.

This mattress is by far the most comfortable and supportive mattress I have ever used. I used to wake up with a stiff and sore neck and lower back. Now with my Purple mattress I wake up pain free and well rested. I do not toss and turn like I did with my old mattress.

I had really high hopes for this bed. I moved to a new city and needed a new bed. I saw ads for the Purple mattress and loved the concept of it, so I thought I would give it a try. I definitely wasn't in love after the first night, which was a little disappointing. The bed is extremely firm. I think as a lighter weight person, I was not heavy enough to sink into the top layer of the bed. I'm 5'4'' 115lbs and my boyfriend is 6'2'' 170lbs, we both felt too light when laying flat on the bed. When you sit on the bed it seems so comfortable and sinks in quite a bit, but when you lay down and your weight distributes, it is much different. I read reviews that said to wait 30 days to adjust to the bed, but everyday I woke up sore and hurting. Also not sure if this is from the bed, but I could not sleep under the covers on this bed. I would wake up extremely hot and sweating. I thought the bed was designed to be cool, but it didn't seem that way. We even used the recommended sheets. I wear a Fitbit when I sleep, and I was restless/waking up 30 or more times every night. The one thing I liked about the bed is that the transfer of motion was very minimal. After about a month and a half, we decided to return the bed and get a different one. After reading some of the other reviews and learning about the return process, I was a little worried. We decided we would drop the mattress off for donation instead of having them come pick it up. Some reviews mentioned they no show a lot, and we didn't want to have to deal with that. By taking it ourselves, the return process was super easy! I took the mattress to the Salvation Army, they signed a receipt, I emailed a picture of the receipt to Purple, and they issued me a refund the next day. Took less than 24 hours for the entire process. From our experience, Purple has great customer service/return assistants!

Seriously the best bed I've owned. I have chronic back pain from military service and I can honestly say when I wake up I don't feel it like I used to. It is so interesting to me that this bed is so firm but it cradles in the places you need it to. Thanks!
