I bought the purple mattress back in April 2020. It hasn't really had a positive impact on my sleep. I really enjoy the quality of the material especially the sheets. The pillow is comfy as well. The mattress is a little harder than I anticipated and sometimes leaves indents on my skin depending on how I sleep. I notice I wake up a ton more during the night now but I do stay cooler on the mattress side. The gravity blanket wasn't worth the price and feels like it only retains heat with less breathability than my other blanket.

when we first got the unit it took me about a week to get use to sleeping on it and did not get much sleep when i did now that we have had it for almost a month and i am use to sleeping on it i could not be happier with the unit my husband loved it right away and could sleep like a champ on it from night one witch is a big deal because he is ex military and has a hard time sleeping as it is

My wife and I both suffer from back pain and most days when I wake up I have to sit there a few minutes just to collect myself before I can even get out of the bed and the very first morning I didn't have any pain when I woke up. I was shocked. After that night though for the next week it was a little different and took some time to adjust to the matress but once we finally got adjusted to this thing I don't know how we have made it through life this long without it. This was the best purchase I've ever made in my life!!

Everything about our new Purple king frame and mattress is wonderful! My only advice to the company... Warn people about how HEAVEY the mattress is! Yes, it was delivered to our front door and we were excited to set it up. My husband, adult daughter and I had so much trouble getting it up the stairs!!! If we had known we would have arranged for another man to help us! Please let customers know this ahead of time. We love our bed! Thank you!

Very disappointed in this mattress. I have fibromyalgia and heard it would be great for me. If I sleep on the very edge, it's great. But the middle of the mattress is very firm and the sides slope down. You can't sleep on your side without feeling like you are falling off. Super sad with the quality.

I'm a side sleeper and I have been looking for a mattress that will allow me to sleep on my sides without hurting my shoulders. I came across the Purple Bed on youtube and decided to give it a try. By try, I mean I purchased the smallest option, the twin. I was surprised at how heavy the mattress is even for a twin. The packaging was impressive. They vacuum seal it and stuff it into a purple bag. Getting it out of the bag was uneventful. However, they were wise to warn me not to cut the vacuum bag and accidentally cut the mattress. Initial concerns were that the mattress was pretty hard. At the time I was having back pain and it wasn't helping my lower back at all. I figured out later it was the position on my driver's seat in my car causing my pain not the bed. As I slept on the bed week after week, it has become more and more comfortable. I've had it for around six months now and it has broken in and I sleep great on it every night. I'm not a heavy person (165lbs). So, the break in might take less time for others who are heavier. Also, mine is a twin (temporary) size and that could have also been for the long break in period. It didn't take six months to break in, but I guarantee it took much of the trial period to do so. If you can, give it as much time as you can to break-in before you send it back unhappy it doesn't work for you. Any bed that feels perfect right out of the gate is not going to feel that way in six months to a year. I'd say most people should go slightly on the firm side for long term usage. After break in, it will be good. I'll probably be buying the larger size and make the twin a spare bedroom bed. I'm waiting to try out my friend's bed to see how it feels before I worry about that. Because of the firmness and break in time, I took a star. Its not easy getting a perfect, so I don't give them away.

Well, I did have some back pain after the first night - however- it was because I slept with the top portion of my bed angled upward and I am a side sleeper. Once I flattened out, no pain or problems. The Purple mattress works great and is much more comfortable than the memory foam mattress we were using. Thanks Purple!

This is my first major purchase for a mattress....and it was a great choice. My body feels much better and I've suggested the mattress to many of my friends and families. I'm even thinking about purchasing a second mattress for one of our other bedrooms.

I had a high end spring mattress with a thick pillow top. I couldn't believe how much more comfortable the Purple mattress was. My wife and I didn't experience an adjustment period. We knew right away that we were very happy with the bed. We're a few months in and still extremely pleased. I'm 6'2", 225 pounds and she is tiny. We both get great sleep on our Purple mattress.

I was newly pregnant and dealing with night sweats and severe back pain. I would toss and turn and felt so exhausted in the morning. My husband mentioned seeing Purple coming out with a new mattress .. and I said lets do it.. we got the sheets also which are just as amazing. Our first night was an adjustment , the purple mattress is so different from any other we have tried. After night 1 , we were both so amazed In how much better we sleep. Keep in mind I have a growing belly and cannot sleep in many positions but this mattress keeps me cradled and supported all night. I don't sweat at night either ! I thought that was a symptom of pregnancy but apparently it was my old mattress retaining heat. Do yourself a favor and buy this mattress ! We went with the 4 .. the only thing I regret is that we didn't purchase it sooner.
