Starting from the unpackaging, the whole Purple line exceeded my expectations. It's a dream everytime i sit or lay down in it. My sheets didnt come for a few days after I got my bed so I used my regular sheets at first and the experience got a lot better once the Purple sheets arrived. For anyone writing negative reviews about the bed while they're not using the sheets you should try it with the Purple sheets.

I am enjoying my purple mattress, I do believe it has given me better sleep. It took me a little more time than I expected to adjust to it. I had a generic brand memory foam mattress for 10 years, needed replacing for sure. Thanks for giving me good rest!!

I bought this bed because my teenage son needed a new mattress. And this is the one he asked for... He sleeps better and it has improved his attitude. So it goes to show good sleep is a necessity. Thank you very much seeing him smile more often was worth every penny.

I have had HORRIBLE shoulder problems for years because of my side sleeping, so naturally with the advertising I was intrigued by the Purple mattress. First of all, I will say that my pains and aches are definitely 80% decreased. It does an excellent job distributing weight, BUT depending on your box spring or platform you can still put too much weight on the shoulders. I 100% support getting the mattress, but if you replace an old mattress because of paint make sure to get a new platform as well. 2ND, they will try to sell you on the Seat Desk cushion. The technology on the bed does not translate to the seat cushion. If possible I recommend trying to get the pillow as the free gift. The seat cushion is WAY too soft compared to the bed. BUT OVERALL, love the mattress. I wont return because it mostly fixed my shoulder problems. BE WARNED, easy set up, but HORRIBLE to move. Once unpacked the mattress is floppy and heavy! If you are planning to move wait until settled to buy. If you are a couple, its a great mattress for not waking up your partner.

I had a problem with my order and the folks at Purple were incredible. They fixed my problem lickety split. The mattress itself is not firm enough for me so I wake up with lower back issues. A few stretches and I am back to normal. My wife is a side sleeper and needs a mattress topper to give her enough give to sleep comfortably on her side (she is short and not too heavy). Anyway, our experience with Purple has been good. They are very accommodating, but the mattress is not for me - over a year later.

I was so excited to receive my original Purple mattress. I spent weeks reading reviews and researching mattresses. The cost was affordable and really reasonable for such a quality product. When the mattress arrived my partner immediately fell in love. Each friend that tried it our loved it too. Unfortunately the mattress was way too uncomfortable for me. I kept waking up sore all over. I'm a side sleeper and I'm about 115lbs. Purple and I just weren't a match made in dreamland. We decided to return the mattress. The process was easy!! Every Customer representative that I interacted with was helpful and friendly. In the end I got to donate my mattress to a wonderful cause and was issued a full refund. Even though this product didn't work for me, I would still recommend it to others.

LIKE MATTRESS, DID NOT LIKE SHEET BUT PURCHASED ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND, AND THOUGH WE WERE GETTING TWO PILLOWS. CALLED IN WAITED 20 MIN NO ANSWER AND ASKED TO BE CALLED BACK AND NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. BODY IS ADJUSTING TO BED ONCE PUT ON GOOD SHEET, STARTING TO LIKE, STILL FEEL PILLOWS SHOULD BE SENT TO ME.

I was told about the purple mattress by a couple friends. They said it was amazing and would definitely help us sleep better. It has been ok. I sleep ok with the aid of pain/pm meds. I still need to take these to help me sleep better and was hoping the mattress would help me to eliminate the meds. But has not.

I ordered two mattresses one for me and my wife and one for my parents. I had to do 2 separate orders because they were going to different addresses, no problem there. My issue is that every time I called the phone number on the website, all I got was voicemail and no one would ever call back. The only way I could communicate with someone was through their Facebook page and even that took 1-2 days to get a response. The other issue is that I was never notified when the order for my parents was ready and a shipping slip was created. My parents had no idea when their mattress was coming and one day it just showed up. My parents were out of town and it sat outside for 2 days before they found it when they got home. The product itself is pretty good. I noticed that my side of the bed over the last couple of weeks has gotten softer and my wife's side has remained just as firm as the day we bought it. I would have hoped that my side would have stayed the way my wife's side has.

I do a lot of online shopping, but my best purchase is this mattress. the first night or 2 I woke up with a stiff back, but only because of how different it was. After the first week (and up til now) it has been fantastic and continues to be my favorite buy.
