To say that I'm happy about my purchase of a Purple mattress would be an understatement. I'v had high rated and expensive mattresses before but this is far and away the best I've ever slept before! I can't believe I waited so long to buy it. I brag to everyone I know about how much better I sleep! Awesome job, great product...you guys have a customer for life!

We ordered our Purple Queen mattress with high hopes. The advertising approach was very effective. The rolled mattress arrived as promised, and we immediately opened and installed it. I loved the feel of Purple. One moving on the bed did not disturb the other. I found myself waking in the same position as I had slept the night before. But it was different for my wife. We are older, and she is overweight. Maybe that had something to do with it, because she awoke in pain in the middle of every night. We moved the Purple to another foundation and tried again, but she still had pain that she did not have on a conventional bed. Purple People recommended donating the mattress locally rather than return shipping it, and they would refund my purchase price. We donated it last Friday and sent a photo of the receipt to Purple. On Monday, they processed our full refund with no argument. Thank you. I really liked our Purple, but I like my wife more.

I am a big person so when my wife started complaining about our previous bed and wanting to get this thin purple mattress I thought she was crazy. She convinced me to give it a try. We have 100 days to get our money back she said. We put our old bed in our guest bedroom. The other night I decided to give our old bed a try. I took my purple pillow and tried to sleep on my old mattress. The 22" deep one with 6" of broken down latex on top. Let's just say we are now saving to replace the mattress in our camper because I don't want to spend another night without the purple mattress. We have the power base, mattress protector, sheets, and pillow.

The purple does it reach the edge of the twin mattress, 4 inches around the entire perimeter has no purple. The purple does reaches the corners of the queen size one my son ordered last year There's a line of demarcation around the whole thing. Not what I expected for over $600 I am happy with the queen I am not happy with the twin

My husband and I have both loved this mattress from day one! I'm not as picky as he is about mattresses and I will say the first time he layed on the mattress he felt several sharp pains in his back from his spine aligning. He hasn't had any issues since then though, except that he can't stand to get out of bed in the mornings now, lol.

I've had major back surgery but still suffered from sciatic nerve pain nightly. I tried stretching, extra pillows, even tennis balls. Nothing really helped.. From my first night on the Purple mattress, after laying on it for about 5 minutes, the pain was gone. I've had the mattress 2 weeks now and I can't believe the difference. On top of that, I wake up feeling less stiff in my lower back than I used to with my old mattress. I was hopeful that this mattress would help my back, but it has surpassed my expectations, which is a rare thing now days.

Sleeper info. 165 lb male side sleeper. 125 lb female side sleeper. This bed offers a level of support I have never felt however it is way to firm for lightweight sleepers. My wife and I both would wake up with numb arms and sore backs. Tried it for about 60 days but couldn't sleep on it. Mattress build quality is excellent. The return experience was effortless and the bed was donated to people in need. This company is top notch and even though this bed didn't work I think the technology is legit if you are heavy enough or do the high end beds. I would look at their beds in the future to see if they are more plush

I've tried so many different mattresses over the years. I thought I was more of a "soft" mattress type person, but could never really find the right one. This mattress is not soft, but somehow makes my body feel as if it were - so it's pretty much the best of all worlds. Super comfortable. Also an added benefit is my partner doesn't feel me turning over and vice-versa. It behaves kind of like a memory foam mattress, but way better.

First of all service was great. We got the mattress right away. It was neatly packaged and easy to understand how to unroll it. As to the mattress itself. I have it a four star because it's not my favorite mattress ever. All I can say is when they tell you to get good sheets and pillows do it. It became apparent that the pillows we have used for years were not going to cut it with this mattress. It left us with sore necks. Obviously that is not the mattresses fault. The mattress it's self is comfortable enough but like they say you either love the mattress or hate it. It's a different feeling for sure then any other mattress you have had. My husband loves it so we're going to keep it. I think it's a personal preference thing. But with purples ability to try it for 100 nights. Why not buy it and try it out for yourself.
