We had been sleeping on a very expensive Sleep Number bed. We'd wake up some days hardly able to move regardless of the settings. Our Purple mattress arrived quickly in a tight rolled up bundle. My husband keep saying the bundle wasn't big enough for a king sized bed. We unwrapped it and was he surprised. Not only was it the size of a king sized mattress, but it actually kept increasing in size for the next few days. What a relief! Both of us can now sleep comfortably on our back or side and wake up without pain. I am sleeping sounder than on the Sleep Number bed because I don't have to keep changing position. We really enjoy it and so do our two Labs and two 100+ lb Great Pyrenees.

We LOVE our Purple mattress!!! I've had lower back problems for years and after night one on our new mattress I could tell a difference. We've had it for a few weeks now and the back pain is almost non-existent. We've gotten the best sleep we've ever had and are just in love with the mattress. The dogs love it too ;-)

The mattress is just too flat/firm. We both woke up in the night with hands tingling and asleep. Sure, if you drop a 1000-lb piece of glass on an egg, it doesn't shatter, but I don't weigh 1000 lbs. I just didn't sink in enough. BUT -- my back pain improved dramatically in only a month or so. So to fix the comfort problem, we bought a thick, pillow-top-style mattress pad. Now I'm sleeping better than I have in years. On the other hand, I'm quite disappointed in the sheets. After only one week, the area under my husband's big, rough feet is thinned and COVERED in pilling. Bummer. The very best product is the bed frame. This is AMAZING! Strong, quiet, super supportive, easy assembly, allows for tons of storage underneath.

I'm a hot sleeper and have struggled for years with waking up soaking wet from sweat. I had basically resigned myself to the idea that it would always be like that. After researching, I finally made a last ditch effort to help my night sweats by trying Purple. The Purple mattress has truly changed my life. Not only is the mattress extremely comfortable, but it has also greatly reduced my night sweats. I highly recommend that you try this mattress if you struggle with night sweats. Purple is a game changer!

Honestly it's just not for me I been having it for me I a bad back thought this would be good for me but its to soft it's not firm enough it's also smaller in a seance the edges of the mattress are rounded out so it makes the mattress feel smaller so me and my partner keep pumping legs and arms at night because it feels like you will fall off the mattress if your to close to the rounded edges. It's also not a big difference it the cool aspect of it heats the same like my old one this mite work for skinny people anyone under 120 pounds I'm 180 I sunk in and it makes my back pain worst

Honest review is, this bed is weird but in a good way. I'm used to sleeping on an ultra soft pillow top type mattress so when I first got Purple I thought, uh oh, this is too firm for me. The foam layers are firm but the purple gel stuff is nice and squishy so it's a good balance. After sleeping on it a few days I really started to enjoy it. It's definitely not the falling into a super soft mattress feeling but it is really comfortable and you actually feel like you're sleeping properly. You do feel like your body is aligned and my back has felt great. We got the protective cover for it and even with that it sleeps cool and comfortable. Overall I'm very satisfied with Purple and glad we went with it.

We have slept on our purple for 2 weeks now and are pretty happy with it so far. Not sure how will it will hold up over time, but so far so good. The smell was pretty intense at first, but has dissipated entirely. Would recommend this bed and we are enjoying it so far!

I'm about 40 days into the trial, and I like a lot of things about this mattress. It truly does seem to relieve pressure, which is important since I've had spine surgery. It sleeps cool, and seems to provide the support I need. My partner on the other hand, is a side sleeper, and still seems to be waking up with shoulder pain. The bed is not particularly soft, so I wouldn't go in expecting that. It's firm but soft in the right places. The one issue I have is that there is still a hump through the center of the mattress, almost as if it's divided down the middle. I would expect that to have gone down after 40 days. Although I like it for the most part, I don't think this mattress will be here to stay.

I'm a side sleeper and it's tough to find a good pillow for me. I've been considering purchasing a Purple mattress and I decided to try a pillow first. I ordered a Purple Harmony pillow and I'm beyond impressed. The texture and support feels a little weird but it is so supportive, like everywhere on the pillow. I woke up today to comfortable shoulders and neck! If the Purple mattress is anything like this Purple Harmony Pillow, I'm beyond excited to order one. Thanks Purple! ❤️

Ironically, I was familiar with the FLOAM technology from many years ago and was impressed with it for my patients. So when I saw the technology had advanced to the current state of the Purple Mattress I was sold. I've had mechanical back pain for several years and had been sleeping on a tempur- pedic surface for several years with increased back and neck pain. I was given a purple pillow to try from a friend and the first night I noticed a decrease in neck stiffness and pain. So I went ahead and ordered the sleep system. I woke up with virtually no pain in my low back. I rested well and felt much better than I had in a couple years. I would recommend this sleep system to anyone that needs a new surface. I'm 6'2", 240! If it can support my weight and decrease the interface pressure on my frame, it will help most people. I love my new mattress!
