Alot of people asked for reviews of Purple. I can say they are full of promises they can not deliver. I need to return my mattress for the firm option. It is not simple nor easy. In fact I will be without a bed for WEEKS if I chose to exchange it. If I am not happy with that mattress I am not allowed to return it. The only option of communication for the process is email. I get a response 24 hours or later from the time I send my email. The bed lacks support. The quality is poor. Do not waste your time! Purp lo e is NOT recommended by me

I am now obsessed with purple and their products. As soon as I laid down in it I wanted to go straight to sleep it was that comfortable especially if you buy purple's Bamboo sheets to go with it. OMG you talk about the most comfortable thing you've ever slept on. I love how your body just sinks into the bed without giving you that quicksand feel that most memory foam mattress give you. As soon as you get up the mattress goes right back to how it was and doesn't leave impressions. I weigh about 115 lbs my husband weighs about 235 and we are both very happy with this mattress and it works great for both of us. I would suggest that if you weigh more than 250 you should try the purple 2 mattress but anything under the original purple will be just fine. There is still an adjustment period for some people. That's why purple has a 100 day trial. Not everyone loves this mattress instantly. Some of you may still need time to adjust and you're still waking up sore in the morning. Believe it or not it's because your spine is getting use to being straight. It's kind of like it choir class when you have to sit up straight all period and although it's so good for your spine it hurts in the beginning when your getting use to it. Same thing. Sounds crazy I know but when we first got this mattress that's how it was for us. it was so comfortable we would doze right off and go straight to sleep but we hated how we would still wake up sore in the morning. It took about 30 nights for us to get use to it and not wake up sore in the morning anymore. Now we wake up so refreshed and feel great. Give it a chance. If you don't like it you can always return it. You won't be sorry.

We were in the market for a new mattress. My husband has recently lost 140 pounds and I've lost 40. Our old mattress had a "hole" in it where we used to sleep and we were falling into the hole every night. My daughter suggested Purple because she had seen the cute ad. So, I watched the ad and became curious. I then did some research and found some reviews of Purple. The more I looked, the more interested I became. We decided that we had nothing to lose because of the fabulous 90-day guarantee. If we didn't like it, then we'd give it back. Easy. It was very easy to set up (though a bit heavy to haul up the stairs!!). It was ready for sleep within minutes. That part was very easy. The first night, I didn't sleep too well because I felt like I was in somebody else's bed! However, within a week, I knew I was in love. Here are the main reasons I love Purple: 1. When my husband gets up in the night and sits on the side of the bed doing all of his stretching and scratching, I don't even notice. It used to feel like a minor earthquake and now I don't even know he has gotten out of bed! 2. I'm no longer having to take Advil before bed every night for my hips. In fact, I've only taken Advil once since getting the mattress and it had to do with a strenuous yoga class and had nothing to do with sleeping! 3. I can sleep next to my husband without rolling onto my husband. We can lay side by side without creating a hole the other has to fall into. 4. I don't wake up every time I roll over. It used to be a process. I had to grab the side of the mattress and drag my body into a new position. Now, either I'm not moving or not waking when I do! 5. I can sleep on my stomach! I'm not a stomach sleeper, but I tried it the other night and I was comfortable. Amazing! I give Purple five stars out of five stars.

I was very excited to have purchased Purple and expectant to try it out. After 5 weeks of my order it finally arrived. I measure my sleep patterns with technology. Immediately I saw my sleeping scores drastically drop. I was averaging 87-90 and since I have Purple I've dropped to 73-76 daily. Mattress hurts my back. I'm a back sleeper and have sleep apnea. I'm returning when my 21 nights are done. I tried returning it before but Purple forces you to sleep on it for 21 days. Can't wait until the 21 days are done.

I like it but am not over the moon. It feels like maybe I need to be heavier in order to have the bed conform to me? I weight 110lbs, and the mattress doesn't "give" when I'm sleeping on my back. However, my boyfriend loves the mattress and says it has helped him with back and neck soreness.

We love our new king size purple mattress! It is so comfortable. My neck no longer hurts when I wake up in the morning. I look forward to crawling into bed every night. My husband and I both feel that it gets a little warm. We've never had a foam mattress before so this is the warmest mattress we've ever slept on. We were not expecting that. We cool off immediately once we change positions and don't get warm again for several hours but we have both noticed the warmth where our body hits the mattress (after several hours). I still wouldn't trade it!

We bought the purple mattess a year ago. At first it was great but about 6 months in the bed started to get indentations. We spun the mattess but a month or two later indents again. I wake up every morning with back hip and neck pain. Sometimes numbness in my hands or feet. Because its outside the 100 days it's no longer returnable and I'm stuck with a 1200 investment in nothing and I cant afford a replacement. The special sheets were aweful and weak. They got runs in them like a pair of nylons from little dog feet. Save your money. Find something else.

This is my second purple because we switched from queen to split king. Original mattress was 3 years old and doing great. New one is just as comfortable and supportive. If I sleep on a different mattress for 2 days while on vacation my back is killing me. I'm considering a camper van with a purple just so I can sleep well on vacation.

Bought purple mattress #2 at matttress firm advised by sales staff this would be great fit for me. I had previously purchased a box spring and mattress that was to firm so I went back to try again. I did explain I had Osteoporosis and slept on my side and I did spend a few hours there and went with their mattress that the saleswoman tecommended. Unfortunately I think it feels like sleeping on a board and wake up in pain most mornings. After speaking with mattress firm I am being charged again a pick up fee of $99. And a restocking fee of $150. And asked if I want to buy another mattress?? I asked for these fees to be waived but was told no. In reality I was told yesterday that was to firm a mattress for me and sorry your losing money never mind the inconvenience!! I would not recommend this mattress or this store. Thanx

This bed is just ok, I might feel that way because my box spring is old (but still in good condition, In my opinion) and that may be reason the mattress is just ok. For the price, I just had higher expectations. I was looking for that luxury hotel feeling
