I have only found two problems, I use that term very loosely, with my Purple. The first is that it is so supportive everywhere that you may find yourself little closer to the edge than you think, which means you may almost fall out of bed but falling is very on-brand for me. The second problem is that it is so comfortable that its hard to get out of! So neither are really problems but hey you have to search hard to find any with Purple! If you are still deciding, it's not all hype, its the real deal!!!

I had my doubts. But decided to give it a try. I absolutely love this mattress. I tend to toss and turn a lot and never get much sleep. This mattress cradles your body so you don't wake up stiff and aching. And it's the best sleep I've gotten in a long time!

Our dear friends recommended Purple mattress and we were excited to order as Thanksgiving gift for us to replace our 15+-year-old mattress. It took a week to arrive. On the tracking massage, it was supposed to arrive in the PM, but it arrived early in the morning at 8:30 am right after we left the house for a day trip. We had to ask our neighbor to keep an eye for us. To our surprise, it said Queen size and my name on the outside label. After we carried it from the basement level to the 2nd-floor bedroom and opened it, it turned out to be a King size mattress! It took another week for the replacement order to be issued and another week to get the right size mattress while waiting for the wrong-sized mattress to be picked up. A complimentary mattress protector was ordered when we initially contacted the customer care, but it took a month to arrive. I contacted the customer care during the wait because I never received tracking information, and was told it was never shipped. I asked for an explanation but was told nothing. We have seen a lot of Purple commercials on YouTube and web browsers. Honestly, the mattress was not that impressive and the customer service was very unprofessional and untimely. We will not recommend to anyone!

As the title says, we bought this mattress to originally put in our camper. It extended a little past the platform frame of our camper bed but we fixed it up to be supportive. We loved our mattress and the sleep we got while camping so much that we decided to buy a king size for our house! Super happy with our purchase.

Our old mattress had reached it;s life span. We needed a new one. We were intrigued with the mattress because of the price and the technology. When we first got the mattress. I had a hard time adjusting but my husband immediately fell in love with it.. It took a few weeks to get used to it.. We made the move from Texas to Florida and we were staying on a foam Murphy bed mattress for a few weeks. We missed the purple so much. After we realized the purple would fit on the Murphy bed, we switched in a heart beat and I am so happy to be able to sleep on the purple again. It is amazing and so freaking comfortable. We just ordered the sheets to help keep us cool and enhance the technology of the bed. This mattress was worth the money. I tell everyone I meet about this bed and how amazing it is.

We just got our new purple mattress and it is hands down the most comfortable bed in the entire world! It has a completely unique feel of incredible softness and incredible support. The instant you lay on it you feel your back straighten and your aches fade away:)

I am so so so happy to have my Purple mattress!! With my previous mattress, I would wake up with so much back pain and was just overall so achy! With the Purple, I have ZERO pain!! I was starting to think that wasn't a possibility... The reason I say "So good, it's bad!" is because my husband has always been an early riser. Even if he was very tired, he could not sleep in past 9am. With this mattress, he is sleeping in until noon!! lol. We are very rested these days. Although the mattress was out of our price range, we steadily saved for what felt like forever until we were able to get it. And it was absolutely worth it!!!!! My ONLY complaint is that it is unbelievably heavy! Not that I'm going to be carrying it around or moving anytime soon. But boy, is it heavy! But I wouldn't choose a different mattress. Wonderful! Love it! Thank you, Purple!!!!

This mattress has different support than other mattresses which is nice and helped my back not hurt until I slept on my stomach one night. You do, however, still sink into it, and I prefer staying on top of my mattress and not down in it. I think I needed to get one of the firmer mattress, but they were out of my budget range. Also, for some reason, I slept very hot on this mattress despite the claims that they sleep cool. I talked with a representative from Purple, and he offered to send out a technician to find out if there was something wrong with the mattress, but I told him I was going to return it anyway since it was too soft.

We were very excited to get our Purple; however, it did not live up to the hype. The mattress definitely sleeps cooler than others, but it was too firm for our liking. I am a side/stomach sleeper and it does not feel ask supportive head to toe as our old mattress We will not be buying another one, unfortunately. The order process was painless, but we prefer a "softer" mattress.

The product is good - but I'd have skipped it had I known that it would take THREE WEEKS for everything to arrive. The website says at one point in the ordering process that the product ships in 1-3 business days. AFTER the order was confirmed, I got a notification that the items would ship in 5-7 business days. That alone is a dealbreaker. But that was also wrong! All but one item I ordered is scheduled to ship over TWO WEEKS past the order date. Unacceptable! There are many other comparable brands in quality for a similar price point that will actually arrive on your doorstep in a timely manner. Like a product you order off the internet in 2019 should.
