I love my purple mattress! Lot's of support yet not a brick. I'm actually sleeping now. Before I was lucky if I could get 2 to 3 hours of sleep without waking and then tossing and turning the rest of the time. Now I may wake up about once a night, but then fall right back to sleep until my alarm. So I'm very grateful. Thank you so much!!!!

Everything about our new Purple king frame and mattress is wonderful! My only advice to the company... Warn people about how HEAVEY the mattress is! Yes, it was delivered to our front door and we were excited to set it up. My husband, adult daughter and I had so much trouble getting it up the stairs!!! If we had known we would have arranged for another man to help us! Please let customers know this ahead of time. We love our bed! Thank you!

We spent a lot of time in research trying to find the best mattress in a box. Because of the technology and great reviews that purple had we decided to give it a shot and thought to ourselves we could try this for a hundred days we have nothing to lose, but just after a couple of days we knew this was the best mattress we had ever had and couldn't be happier. We recommended so much that we even bought our son his very own purple

As of today October 9 2019 we have not revived our base so that we can finally try out our Purple Mattress witch has a prominent position on our living room floor for over a month..A constant reminder to my wife and my self of the hope that this will resolve some issues we have had for a long time with sleeping and our health. I have been wanting to try the Purple mattress for a few years and my wife and I recently made the switch/upgrade. We could not be more pleased with the support and comfort level of the mattress. p.s. Do yourself a favor and get the pillows and sheets. You will be AMAZED and your body with thank you!

Long story short, i hope.. the mattress was great for my husband (6'2" 220lbs) who is a side sleeper who sleeps very hot & had back pain. He slept a lot cooler & more soundly throughout the night & this mattress relieved his back pain completley. I (5'6" 125lbs) am a side sleeper & was suffering with hip & shoulder pain. The bed did relieve those pains, however, i feel i was too light to get the full effect of the mattress & this also made it too firm. I was sleeping as soundly even after having my husband break my side in. My fitbit also proved that i wasn't getting great sleep. I did end up returning the mattress & buying a Layla, which i so far love. However, i have to commend Purple for making the return so easy & hassle free, their great customer service, & the fact they donate all returned mattresses to non-profits. They are a wonderful company that i would still reccomend to anyone heavy enough. In fact, my 85yr old grandfather still is enjoying his Purple mattress that i talked him into getting.

I'm a back sleeper. I was attracted to Purple because bad experiences had turned me off of spring mattresses, but I doubted an all foam mattress could give me enough support. Adding thus new high tech new technology to it, though, made it sound like it could do the job - provide support while feeling soft. On the surface (no pun intended), the mattress did feel more comfortable than any I'd yet owned. It felt great as I lounged around on it on my stomach or side with my phone or laptop. When it came to sleeping, though, at first, it was a nightmare! The pain srarted in my hips and radiated up to my shoulders. It felt like my hips were sinking far lower into the mattress than the rest of my body. According to the pictures of the ideal shape of the spine, they're supposed to do that, but it HURT! On some desperate night, I rolled over to my side to relieve the discomfort. It felt VERY comfortable when on my side, but I still couldn't sleep because that's not my position. The website and customer reviews said this was common, give it time. Okay. My mattress arrived Sept. 22. Less than 2 weeks later, the pain stopped. It was by no means the most mindblowingly comfortable bed I ever slept on or anything, but usable. Then on Oct. 16, I left for a multi night bike trip and came back 11 nights later. The pain was back. And stayed for days. I decided I couldn't just stop traveling, and I couldn't go through this every time I traveled, so the first Sunday in November, I admitted defeat and called to return it. They were wonderful about it; the return process could not have been easier. My prediction came true: during the week between the initial phone call, getting a new mattress, and getting the old one picked up, I adjusted again and felt comfortable. Since it was still nothing special and I couldn't go through the adjustment process every time I slept somewhere else, I went through with the return, though. If you're a side sleeper like the vast majority of the population, I highly recommend getting this. I bet it was designed with you in mind. If you're a rare back sleeper like me, I still recommend trying it. If you don't like it, it's easy to return, but there's every chance you could like it (if you give yourself time to adjust).

My husband and I LOVE this mattress! We weren't sure about buying a mattress without trying it first, but the 100 night trial and return policy made it worth a go. I have struggled with beds for years. I have insomnia, so getting comfortable in bed can be a challenge. By the time I was in my second trimester of pregnancy and was rarely able to sleep, we decided to try a new mattress again (4th mattress that year). The first night, I didn't even remember falling asleep and suddenly it was morning. It has been months now. I still wake up in any sleep position and I've slept marvelously every time! Thank you Purple!

This bed is different that you would expect. It is not a soft cloud that relaxes your every muscle. You will not eagerly anticipate sprawling out on your luxurious mattress. You will sleep better than you ever had and consistently wake up pain free every day. Good luck getting that from your fluffy cloud or you gilded luxury mattress.

I found out about Purple via a YouTube ad. (For the record, the ad pulled me in, and accordingly, it may have been the first YouTube ad I've ever watched in its entirety.) I was intrigued by the science of the Purple Mattress, as I was looking for some relief from chronic lower back pain. I decided to purchase a Queen (Original) mattress. My expectations were high, and the mattress has NOT disappointed. It took a few days for my body to get used to the mattress, but now, I feel a LOT more rejuvenated after a night of sleep. I don't toss and turn like I used to because of back pain. The Purple Mattress is so comfortable. I'm a fan!
