My wife and I love our new Purple Mattress. We had previously purchased a memory foam mattress but had to get rid of it because it was sleeping so hot. The Purple Mattress is GREAT for those that sleep hot, and really comfortable. So glad we purchased this!

The mattress is wonderful. I havent woken up without stuff joints in at least 5 years. I'm never too hot and rolling around at night doesn't wake up my SO. It's amazing. Frame, however, has been a difficult disappointment. From the second I unboxed it I had issues. The holes for the bolts went lined up correctly during manufacturing so I'm pretty sure I voided my warranty on it just to get it together. Obviously manufacturing was rushed or something to deal with high demand because that should be something that's noticed. I get creaks when moving now and then, but that's probably from how I had to force it together. And I can feel the frame through the mattress when sitting or kneeling, but not when laying at least. I would have called to have the frame replaves, but I got it Friday night and customer service isnt open all weekend. I had no choice but to force it together and use it, I needed a bed to sleep on.

Dear Purple, We enjoyed our purple mattress, but unfortunately still found it to be too warm for us (especially my husband). Now, I will preface this by saying we are Minnesotans and prefer to be cool at night. Plus my husband has always run hot so for the average consumer, this would probably not be an issue. Thank you so much for your easy return/refund process. We appreciate the chance to give Purple a try and REALLY appreciate the prompt refund when we realized Purple did not work for us.

Very comfortable. My husband is sleeping better. However I am not, I am waking up tired and sore. Think the mattress needs more of a top than the thin cover already on it; that's fairly easy to remove for washing. Regardless to my own back, I enjoy laying and sitting on our purple mattress.

I've been in need for a new bed for the last couple years now and when I was doing my research for the best foam beds out there, Purple was my number one option. So I purchased an original purple with the mattress protector, The purple pillow and got free sheets with it. I can safely say that this is the best mattress I've ever bought hands down. I suffer from back pain and every morning I wake up with little to none to start my day. I love this brand!

I was on my way to the sleep number store when I ran into the Purple Bed online. Read the reviews, saw a U Tube video, and decided to give it a try. I read the reviews on how it has eliminated lower back pain and was a little sceptical. I have now had the bed for 2 months and can say my back pain in the morning is gone. My original Purple mattress developed a sag. It was within the 10-year warranty so I contacted their customer service. After supplying them with a couple pictures of my bed, they not only sent me a new one, but also arranged for the old one to be picked up. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. I also didn't have to pay for any of it. No shipping. No charge for the pickup. It was all provided for free.

When I was reading the reviews of the bed it was too soft, too hard, too hot and too cold. That's when you know you've made a good bed. I'd be more worried if everyone had the same answer. I toss and turn much less and get good quality sleep. Looks like we will be keeping it and the seat cushion.

I bought this mattress in February. I would think it would keep its shape for longer than a year. It's starting to bottom out on one side and there's no fixing it. You can't just push it back into place. I think it's stuck like that. I think this mattress is way too expensive. I haven't felt any differences while sleeping on it.

Bought this bed when my wife was half way through pregnancy with twins and just couldn't take our memory foam anymore.. We slept on it for a week and realized we would never be going back. The purple gives support we need, we got the split-king with the power-base. What a way to sleep. It's been 7 months since the twins were born and laying on the bed with a baby and having her fall asleep, knowing she's safe and comfy, but loves your bed more than anywhere else says it all. The only complaint I had was that I bought this thing right between the week they gave free pillows with, and when they gave free seat cushions with, so I got NEITHER... doh... Now I gotta go buy the pillows separately... :-( I'm a back/side sleeper, but I don't roll on the purple, I sleep in one or the other, no movement (unlike any other bed, ever), and visiting hotels is now a drag, rather than fun, due to the lack of purple... Wife is a side sleeper only and stopped rolling as soon as we got purple. and if she starts snoring, my phone app lets me solve that asap. I just want to get Alexa integration so I can say "Alexa, raise [wife]'s bed" and have it turn on the anti-snore mode...
