Only good things to say once we received it! It was a brutal wait since we had just purchased our home, and sold the set from previous home before we moved! So it took some adjusting from an air mattress! My arms oddly fall asleep sometimes. I'm a side sleeper and usually have my arms up and under my head. Overall I love it and am very pleased with our purchase.

I had my mattress for over 6 years, I had one of the original purple mattress. It was good but not as great as it used to be, turns out it had a defect. A few short emails and my mattress was replaced quickly and efficiently. Now sleeping on a 5 star mattress again.

This is by far the best mattress I have ever owned. I did not realize just how good the mattress was until I went to the in-laws house and slept on their spare mattress for the night. Compared to the purple mattress it was awful. My sleep was definitely not as good. Plus feeling the squares is kind of cool and entertaining to just poke at.

We are pleased with the sleeping quality of the purple mattress. Very comfortable and don't feel bed moving when my husband moves around. Disappointed in the fact that it was advertised as "king" size; but it is smaller by several inches than our regular king mattress. We do not have a California King. We were hoping that after it unrolled from it's packaging, it would straighten up enough to fill out the bed. IT DID NOT, so it looks cheap and incomplete. Very disappointed in that aspect. I had back surgery during the 100 day trial period and was not able to deal with what could be done about the size issue. The mattress is on the bed, but either the pillows fall off between the mattress & headboard or my husband's feet extend beyond the mattress at the bottom. We do like the mattress, but the size is quite a bit off.

My wife and i are sleeping better on purple. The previous mattress was a piece of junk! I hope purple will last us past their warranty period. We are using just the regular cheap mattress cover and it is still comfortable enough for us. Honestly in our opinion there wasn't much of a difference of softness or firmness after putting on the cheap mattress cover. So for those who think they need to get the super stretchy mattress cover, don't buy it off the back. Try it out without it first.

I've struggled to find a mattress that does not bother my back. I start on my side but usually sleep on my back. For years I woke up each morning with a lower back ache. I tried several different mattresses which are now exiled to guest rooms - sorry guests. The PURPLE mattress solved any and all back aches. I now awake with no pain and a good night's sleep. Even though I had several friends and family tell me the PURPLE bed is the "bomb", I was doubting. No more. I recommend the bed to anyone. My wife is a side sleeper. In the past she usually awoke several times a night but now she sleeps soundly. Thanks again!

Currently I am a guy in a wheelchair so naturally I get back pain. Since I started using the mattress my back pain is gone and also I never get pain on my legs. My mattress was way too firm and well, my legs are very sensitive. The mattress is the softest thing my legs have ever touched. THANK YOU, PURPLE.

I've had lower back problems for about 5 years now and for the longest time the only decent sleep I could get was on my couch. About a year ago I went to the doctor for more muscle relaxers for my back and asked him what type of mattress would be best for my back. "Well it's different for everybody." Great answer. I went out and got a somewhat soft pillow too thinking that it's support would match that of my couch. Wrong. Then a couple months ago my friend showed me the purple mattress video on YouTube and I just had to try it. I ordered it immediately. I've had it for about a month now and all I can say is that it puts my couch to shame. before I would wake up a few hours before my alarm just to take some ibuprofen and hope it would kick in soon enough for me to get a little more sleep. Now I don't want to get out of bed. Finally some rest!!

Takes some getting used to but it's much better than what I has before. I appreciate the airflow; however, it's a gigantic inconvenience to not be able to throw the cover in the washer if it gets soiled or a serious stain of sorts happens. More thought could go into developing a washable (and maybe even dry-able cover), especially for the cost.

Dear Purple, First off I love your NAME. Secondly THANK YOU for your CRAZY commercial that sucked my husband in...He brought it to me to watch it and next thing we(okay he didn't know) knew I was ORDERING my Purple Mattress!!! It came just how they said, we even tried the egg trick with our son and daughter-in-law(they thought we were CRAZY a RAW egg on our new mattress!!!!) They were shocked and amazed...(they want one). The greatest thing is now I can sleep in on the weekends...and I hate to get up during the week. These last few weeks I have had the BEST sleep of my life(oh yea my husband says it is the best he has ever had also!!) We love all the correspondence we receive from you it makes us laugh :) Thank you, Karen and DeWayne Oliver P.S.
