Love my mattress! Have been sleeping better than ever! But it's heavy and they say they deliver it to your door but I live in a 4th floor walk up and it was left in the front entry with no ones assistance to bring it up. We also ordered white sheets and got purple which was a disappointment. However I love the mattress and know I won't need to go through the ordering process again.

Getting a bed in the mail was a new experience, but it was fun and easy to put together. The bed is very comfortable, but I want to talk about the pillows: they are incredible. I got the bigger one and the smaller one for my wife, but noticed that I wasn't comfortable and she had a pillow UNDER her pillow, so we switched. Best sleep I've had in 20 years.

I purchased the mattress 4 months ago and I'm in love. It is by far the best mattress I've ever owned. My girlfriend and I sleep soundly every night and I don't wake her up in the mornings when I get up before her for work. The mattress just cradles you and supports in all the right places. Cannot describe what it feels like to sleep on the mattress other than amazing! We thought we would try the mattress and return it if not satisfied. After the first night, we were hooked! Did not wake up in the middle night with pressure point pains. The only draw back is having to get out of the comfy goodness each morning. Not sure how, but the sheets make it all the more comfy.

I like the back cushion & the pillow! I caught my wife sliding over on my side of the bed with a big smile on her face as she slept on my purple pillow! Was that a good dream for her or was it the pillow? I take it to work for my back & sleep with the purple pillow. The mattress is next! One day at a time! get yours now!

Unroll took little time. Had to wait for alternate company shipment of support. Once Single in place, first night try out was good. Back sleep, either side sleep, and get off mattress all good. It does not act like foam. It is stiff enough to give support all around AND be as comfortable as medium to firm mattresses formerly purchased. Like very much!

We purchased the Original Purple in 2017 and we're very happy with our purchase until about 9 months later. The longer we have the mattress, the more we notice the level of support diminish. I've had to buy a latex topper to add to the mattress and still have horrible back and neck pain when waking up. I broke my back a few years ago and need a supportive mattress. My husband (who rarely has back or neck pain) had been waking up for the past couple of months with neck pain. He recently stayed a week in a hotel for work and said the bed there was so much more comfortable than ours. He didn't wake up once with neck pain while sleeping on that bed. This morning, after one night of being home, his neck is bothering him. I wish I could go back in time and buy a different mattress!

I have loved the whole "Purple Experience." It quickly made it to my house, which was fantastic. The mattress was super easy to get up my stairs and into my bedroom. That made setup a breeze. Ever since I've made the switch, I've been more rested and couldn't be happier than with my choice to go Purple.

Our new purple mattress enabled us to put a king bed where no king bed could go before!!!! Ordering the bed was very easy and the customer service was excellent... we needed to make some delivery specifications and it was no problem. We also got the frame... the sumo wrestling video was cute and gave us some hope that the frame would be sturdy and quiet but it exceeded our expectations! Our mattress is truly fabulous... we love it!!! Thanks!

We are loving this bed. Also very happy with the sheets, have never slept on anything like them before. Thanks to the customer service rep over the phone who helped us pick the right mattress and sheets. Will buy another mattress later this year for our guest room.
