My husband and I had both had back problems for about 7-8 months and could not seem to find a solution. We had purchased a new mattress (different brand), gone to chiropractors, received massages, etc. and nothing would help. Eventually I started to think that maybe it was the mattress we bought and that maybe we should try a Purple mattress because my parents had one and they were always raving about how amazing it is, so we purchased one. It took a couple days to get used to, but we LOVE it and neither of us have had a single issue with our back ever since! We will be Purple customers for life!

The bed arrived within the 2 weeks as promised when I purchased this bed online. Super easy to unpack and unroll. My wife (pregnant and now post-pardum) loves it. She has no more hip pain or problems. I Have some neck pain still, but I think I need to get another pillow. Hopefully that goes away. Great so far.

I personally love the purple bed. Purchased one for my mother too. But turns out it's still too soft for her. Can someone please let me know how do I process a return? She is complaining that she gets really hot and sweats despite using a light comforter. And although it's comfortable, it's too soft after a long period and she wakes with back ache. Please advise?

I was skeptical on getting a new mattress from an online company. I normally have to go and try it prior to buy. I went ahead and ordered this mattress, thinking on the 100 days warranty, I gave it a try. I got the mattress and the frame (it was all or nothing since I was having really bad nights). After sleeping on this mattress for several weeks already, I only have one regret, My only regret, taking too long to place my order and get this mattress.

I've noticed that after a month of sleeping on this bed that I have begun to fall asleep faster. I sometimes wake up earlier than intended. In the past, I would lay in bed and not get back to sleep but now when this happens I find that I fall right back to sleep. It does it without my noticing. All I know is that all of a sudden an hour has past by. Not sure how this bed does it but thanks.

We got the king purple bed and were immediately excited. The first few nights were wonderful- imy husband has rheumatoid arthritis and im pregnant and comfort is a priority. Its a great bed other than the. movement. It was rather jiggly...like jello. Its does keep you cool and cozy at the same time, but the movement is something to get used to. Would be nice if it came With a frame made to support/hold this type of mattress- because it isnt like a standard pillow top youd buy yourself. But all around a good bed.

A year ago I bought an expensive posturepedic mattress as I have a lot of trouble sleeping due to back problems. I tried several as I hoped to reduce the amount of pain I would wake up to regularly. Unfortunately, it did not solve my interrupted sleep problem. I would roll over constantly because the mattress put pressure on different areas of my back creating a lot of discomfort. A friend of mine had shown me an ad for Purple several years earlier. We both agreed it looked great, but were uncertain about making the purchase as neither of us knew anyone who had the mattress. I was hurting so much each night and could feel the spots my current mattress was pressing hard against me, that I decided to give it a try. With the guarantee, I really had nothing to lose. I felt it would be worth trying if only to feel less pain and pressure So I could get closer to having uninterrupted sleep. I purchased the mattress, platform, and stretchy bamboo sheets and waited. The sheets came in first, making me very happy as they would be here when the mattress came in. The mattress came in shortly after. I was okay that the platform was coming in later as I set it up as I planned on my old box spring base. I got a delivery notification in an email and left work for an hour to set it up. I was very hopeful and kind of excited to see if it would really help. I tried to keep my expectations down as I know you need to try out a bed for about a month or so to really see if it is right for you. That first night was amazing. I don't even remember falling asleep, and didn't wake up during the night either. I slept through the night for the first time since longer than I can remember. I woke up stiff, but expected that as I do a lot of physical work, but there was no pain. It was the first time in many years I can remember waking up without pain. I couldn't believe it. I called my friend and told him how great it was. I called my mom and my sister and told them as well. I knew it was too early to be fully convinced that this mattress would really be the answer I was looking for, but at least I had hope. I've been sleeping on the mattress for a month now and every night is as good as the first one. I have slept up to eight hours in a night and that has not happened in as far back as I can remember. I can't say if this mattress will do for you what it has done for me, but it really has become the answer I was looking for when it comes to a good nights sleep. The mattress is great however I ordered a base back in January and just finally got a notification that it was shipped. This was meant to be a Valentines present and that didn't happen. My sleep has been amazing and love the bed. I have just been dissatisfied with my shipping response on other product.

I ordered this bed for my son whose last bed was badly worn out and giving him back aches. He loves his new oriole mattress. He says it is the most comfortable mattress he has slept on. Plus-no more low back pain. The only negative is that it doesn't seem to be the same width as a traditional queen mattress. There is about 3-4 inches of the queen foundation that isn't covered by the mattress. The last queen was a perfect fit. Not sure why this mattress isn't the same size.

I was very tempted to go with a cheaper mattress, but really wanted to try the purple mattress for its temperature neutral properties. We decided to go and and try it, and that was the best decision! I am no longer hot, and my husband isn't cold. It's just firm enough, and I no longer feel my husband roll out of bed. Best night's sleep!
