It took a liitle longer than 60 days for me to decide I love it but once I got the sheets for it there was no coming back. Wonderful! I would make it a requirement when you purchase the bed you have to purchase the sheets. It made that big a difference for me in how I felt about it. The bed performed well before but after the sheets it felt luxurious which is part of what I was looking for. My white sheets did turn purple though. Not sure of the reason for that. I can live with that.

My fiancé bought this mattress for our soon to be home! I get to brake it in, in the mean time.... It's helped a great deal, with my spine sensitivity!!! I'm a side sleeper, and this mattress is amazingly comfortable!! I highly recommend this mattress!

It may just be me, but sometimes I get great sleep. Sometimes, I wake up with pains in my neck. Sometimes I can get very comfortable in my Purple. Other times, not so much. I'm about 138 pounds, and I kinda feel like I may be too light for this thing. Lying on my side, sometimes, despite all the science that's gone into the making of these mattresses, I get pressure points causing me to readjust frequently. It's weird. It may just be me. I don't really know...

Him: 185 pounds Her: 145 pounds Both Side Sleepers He says it is the most comfortable bed he's tried (and we've tried a few) She feels like a train ran over her every morning and has chronic back and shoulder pain now. Limbs go numb at night. Tossing and turning all night. Haven't got any good sleep this month (we've been sleeping on the Purple for 30 days) About 1 week ago we put a memory foam topper on the bed. Now He isn't getting good sleep. And She does loose circulation in limbs, but still tosses and turns and can't get a good nights rest and has chronic back and shoulder pain. So, basically, the topper just makes it so both of us aren't getting adequate rest. We're going to return and try a new mattress. We're down to the last on our list. If it doesn't work for him, but it does for her, we'll return it and order a twin purple for him and a twin of whatever works for her. :P Not ideal, but better than both getting crappy sleep. I was so excited to receive my Provo mattress and the first month was great the second month I started noticing my back and neck pain getting worse I went to them and they told me I needed to get stretchy sheets and now they provided a stretchy mattress so I bought both of them and still I couldn't get comfortable I called to return and they told me that I was 11 days over my hundred days. And that they start the time from the day you purchase it I didn't use it until about 20 days after I purchased it and they wouldn't let me return it. The customer service is just as bad as the mattress it seems comfortable AT the beginning but it is hard,HOT, SOILD AS A ROCK! I tried to do exactly what they told me and it didn't work so not only am i into it what I purchase the mattress for but also their special sheets and also the mattress cover. I honestly wasn't watching my hundred day window I was trying to find a mattress that fit me and a company that would work with me and this was not a fit for me mattress or company

Started out pretty good. Had it for almost a year when it gotten worse for me. But it's been good for my wife. She is a back sleeper but I'm not. I wake up with my arm(s) dead at least once a night and my back aching. I'm 41 yrs old, 5.5 at 145 lbs so I'm not big at all. I wish I could of gotten a different mattress. Purple is just like all mattresses, comfy at 1st until it's broken in. Its nothing special.

The only reason I give it a 4 is due to the shipping struggles and cleanliness of the mattress delivery. The mattress package was brought into my house very dirty and dusty. The papers and other contents inside prove the package was mishandled and not cared for. The mattress was ordered a month ago and the products only yesterday have all been delivered. I'm not sure if this is the fault of Purple but that's all the negatives I have. Unfortunately, I'm yet to sleep on the mattress yet but I can say that the pillows (which arrived a few weeks ago) have been great!

This changed my life in so many ways. I am recommend to family members all the time. Do yourself a favor, if you love yourself get a purple mattress. Your back will reward you. I'm getting my kids this mattress. My families future generations will have the straightest posture.

Bought king purple. Left in hot AZ garage for a week before could get put on bed. Rolled it out and the mattress was 5" too short but comfortable as could be!!! Called their company and had a new mattress within days. Rolled this one out immediately and perfect fit! My husband's Fitbit went from 12+ times restless and 3 times awake to 2 restless and 0 awake times per night. Amazing!

The Purple mattress is amazing. I used to have a mattress that was too firm and unforgiving. I'd wake up stiff and sore, so I knew I had to try something new. I liked the idea that Purple's original mattress doesn't have springs and molds to your body. Since it adjusts to my body I can sleep comfortably no matter what position I'm in. My joints are much happier. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone wanting to make a change. You shouldn't wake up in pain. The mattress isn't cheap but it's an investment in your health.
