It's like nothing I've ever slept on before. I'm a side sleeper and it's hard to get something that makes it so I don't toss and turn all night. But this mattress was so comfortable I only found myself readjusting myself maybe once or twice instead of constantly. I'm very happy with it.

The best sleep I've had in a while. I'm a very light sleeper who also tosses and turns a lot. The Purple mattress has helped with the tossing and turning as I don't do it nearly as much as I used to. The light sleeping is another issue. But again, the best sleep I've had in a long time. My body just snuggles perfectly into the mattress; it's not too firm and not too soft.

It's only been a couple of weeks, but I am sleeping better on this mattress than previous mattresses. I preferred firm mattresses in the past so was surprised when this softish mattress worked so well for me. In addition, it is easy to lift to make the beds.

Disclaimer I will sleep in the floor just fine. But my wife hated our mattress of 12 years and had to have this purple mattress so I bought it for her for Christmas. It is very comfortable and she likes it a lot which is most important but I think there are mattresses half this price just as comfy which is what cost it one star. The other star is for using Fedex. The deliver said it would be delivered on one day so I took off work to wait for it... never came and fedex claimed they tried to deliver which they did not... took off another day same thing, finally it showed up after many hours yelling at fedex. I was out 3 days if wages at work and hours of my life on the phone with fedex. I realize this is a complaint with fedex and not purple however purple chose to use them and put their reputation on the line with fedex.

First off... This thing is heavy and definitely a two man operation to setup. Secondly... A deceptively incredible mattress. Believe it or not when you sit or lay on a purple mattress for the first time or the 100th you don't "feel" the plush luxury of a 3k mattress (I know... I own one). Rather you perceive this mattress to be a well made medium firm to firm mattress (and not one that will contour to your body like memory foam). So your thinking support, but not plush comfort. WELL let me tell you that's not the case. The best way for me to describe it thru time. What I mean specifically is when your laying in a certain position for an extended period of time your becomes uncomfortable (on most mattresses) and the natural reflex is to move or shift to regain comfort. Myself or my wife have not had that issue once since owning this mattress. Whatever position you lay in and no matter how you lay your comfortable... period. To be more specific I don't experience any stress or fatigue on any of my body parts which to me is ultimate comfort.

After 20 years with a pillow top, I'm so happy I ordered a purple mattress. It provides great support, yet feels nice and soft. When I wake up in the morning, my back and neck don't hurt as bad as it used to. I definitely recommend this. From the delivery to putting it on my bed frame, this has been an easy experience.

I purchased the "Original" purple mattress to replace the old, standard, mattress I had been sleeping on for years. I had always been an early riser, and still enjoy waking up early, but this mattress makes that very difficult to achieve. I know that sounds cheesy or corny, but it is true. One unexpected side effect: my dreams have been much more vivid, which I attribute to deeper and more restful sleep. I also prefer very firm mattresses, and can have a good night's sleep on the floor. While I would consider this mattress to be more of a "mid" level of firmness, and is softer than I would have hoped, it provides all of the support I need for extremely restful sleep. Over all, I consider this mattresses one of the best adult purchases I have ever made.

I laid on this mattress in a store and thought it felt like laying on clouds but the mattress I got is hard and I wake with back pain daily. I'm trying to give it time, but it's been 3 weeks already. My husband on the other hand likes it better than our previous original mattress factory bed. I would not buy again.

My boyfriend purchased this mattress to appease my relentless complaining of his 4 times hand me down, 25+ yr old beauty rest... soooo... it was better than that I guess HAHA. BUT I had spent the 4 yrs previous on a very nice temperpedic and lets just say there is NO comparison. With mattresses you get what you pay for. Probably would not purchase again.

We have a queen mattress . My wife and I have to stay in the center of the mattress while trying to sleep to keep from rolling off the edge which very much lacks support. We've decided to return the Purple mattress as soon as we can to get a replacement We would like to know how long it takes to schedule a pickup.
