After 30 minutes on the phone with an employee fumbling to answer all my questions with something I hadn't read on the website itself and a phone call back immediately upon hanging up explaining that the employee was new and had told me incorrect information regarding purchasing as well availability to where I lived.. the process was.. interesting to say the least. 1. 110% recommend this bed to anyone who unsure about their purchase. 2. Everynight I feel it graduially earns it's value more than I believe it already had. 3. Although the customer service wasn't what I was expecting, the product spoke for itself regardless. Thank you Purple.

I had many reservations about getting a Purple Mattress but my wife was suffering from tremendous back pain after a restless nights rest. I reluctantly ordered one in hopes of sending it back after it failed to elevate the problems...boy was I wrong. After the first nights rest, I was in a rush to get rid of the packaging materials as I had fallen in love with our new Purple Matress...she sleeps like an angel as well and back issues are now a thing of the past. Thank you Purple!!!

This has been a very positive experience overall. We love our purple mattress and it came with purple sheet set that is amazing. My only problem with it so far, is that I sweat more in this bed than a normal coil bed. This might be because we have it temporarily on top of old box springs so when we get a different frame this may change. I will still be recommending this bed to anyone that asks.

I bought the original and I am 6,2", 175 lbs lean and muscular build and I still have not gotten used too the mattress I toss and turn as it's too firm for my shoulders as I side sleeper, unfortunately it' was slightly past the 100 days when I realized it was the mattress keeping me up at night, the overall quality is good though, it's also super heavy so good luck trying to move a king mattress, it's difficult.

I purchased a spllit king purple mattress. I find it comfortable and I am (mostly) satisfied with my purchase. My goal in purchasing the split king was to eliminate motion transfer from my spouse tossing and turning on his side of the bed. The purple mattress split king has diminished a lot of it, but not all of it, so i can still feel some mattress movement when my spouse tosses and turns on his side of the bed.

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and this is the first mattress I've had that doesn't hurt my back. I used to twist and turn over and over just to find a position where my old mattress wasn't putting intense pressure on my joints. Since I got the Purple mattress, I haven't had a tough time finding a good position to sleep because of the way it supports me. Highly recommend to others suffering from AS.

I was very very excited about getting this mattress but maybe too excited. It is firmer than I was hoping for and I still do wake up with a sore back. I bought this mattress hoping that the morning soreness would be cured but I can't say that it does that. I do however sleep better and deeper then I did on my previous mattress. I just wish it was a bit softer. It would be helpful on the website if it gave a hardness rating on a scale of 1-10. This would have helped me determine a little better whether to get the mattress or not. I am still on my 100 day trial and I'm on the fence whether to keep this mattress or not.

The bed is good not great, definitely not love at first sleep I can tell you that. It took my body seveal weeks to adjust I had a lot of pain especially on my lower back and shoulders. After 4 months maybe more my arms still go numb and fall asleep when I sleep on my side because the bed is kind a hard not as body adjusting as promised. Keeping the bed cuZ I threw my other away and can't afford another one but honestly this bed is not worth the money. I bought a king Ps, NOT FOR SIDE SLEEPERS

My husband and I woke up the first few nights with a backache. I think it's because we were so used to our old lumpy mattress. We decided to give it a week before returning it--and are we glad that we waited! We've been enjoying restful, uninterrupted sleep for months now and are quite pleased with the product. It's super comfy, supportive, and breathable!

I am not a good sleeper, never have been, but boy, oh boy I am happy to toss and turn on this mattress. It feels like clouds and I love it so much. My husband is an excellent sleeper and can sleep anywhere, and he also loves it. So we've got the full spectrum singing it's praises. My jack russel takes up the whole thing and snores very loud, so even though I don't speak dog, I'd say he also loves it. 10/10.
