I wasn't totally "sold" for the first few nights of sleeping on this mattress. My husband and I had been sleeping on a really soft mattress for years, and were very used to it. It certainly took a few weeks to get adjusted. But I can say that now we really do love it. I don't hurt anymore when I wake up. The only thing that I have issues with is that I am a side sleeper, and I need to get a thicker pillow to support my head and neck because my current pillow causes my shoulder to hurt on the side that I sleep on. Once I get that, it will be perfect. My husband is a stomach sleeper, and he loves the bed. Also, the sheets are AMAZING.

Honestly nothing more comfortable than this matress! Even when sleeping with someone sometimes your arm falls asleep as a guy and so far that has never happened! So comfortable I can't wait to get into bed at night. Even worse is trying to get out in the morning! Worth every penny and more!

Bought this for our son who has been sleeping on a yucky hospital bed for the last 6 years. We bought the twin xl to fit on his frame, and he sleeps so much better now and wakes up more refreshed than ever. I actually would not mind one for my husband and I! Customer service is amazing!

I have herniated discs in my lower back and had a matttess and box spring which was not soft. The first night I slept on the purple mattress, and every night since then I have felt a restorative, soft, supportive, luxurious sleep that allows me to relax while at the same time supports and aligns with my body. I love this bed. I usually start on my back and then sleep most of the night on my side. It supports any sleep position and truly feels as a restorative sleep. I always thought of sleeping as bliss. Now, more so. Thank you

Before purple I was slept on an air mattress for 4 months... when I found purple it was a situation of, " anything is better than an air mattress..." I was wrong. This bed is amazing. I finally got my body sleeping the way it needed to for quite a bit of time before that. Now I recommend this bed to any and everyone that is mattress shopping. Bye Felicia! Felicia being the need to have reduction surgery to relieve 20 years of back pain. I am so thankful I stumbled upon a Purple video before I dropped 3x's what my Purple cost on a memory foam. I have owned my Original Purple for 17 months and can not remember having back pain once. Even though a twin pregnancy at 41. Instead of being in pain and just miserable for 6 months of my pregnancy like I had been with EVERY other pregnancy. I found myself watching the clock at quitting time, driving straight home, do not pass go, straight home, changing my clothes and crawling into my Purple bed. Aside from being at work, you would have thought I was on bed rest, seriously! It was the ONLY time I was comfortable. Yes your bed is always more comfy than an office chair or your couch. But my last mattress had been through 10 years of pregnancy's and there was never a time I was excited to go lay in bed. No matter how much my back was on fire and a little person was trying to kick through my torso did I look forward to laying down. With this last pregnancy of twins, at a 'high risk' age (blah I am NOT old)., and also during the 3 weeks I made it feeding them with these watermelons, my girls and I lived in my Purple bed. 0 back pain. Not one time. Delivery pain yes, but not even my Purple could fix that. Although I did throw my Purple seat cushion in my van and I must say, removed all the pressure allowing a comfortable drive, all things considered. Oh and while I am sure my doctor would not want to hear, I am a stomach sleeper. So not full stomach, but that area between stomach and side, ya I was able to sleep in that position MUCH longer that before Purple. No pressure, everyone was comfy! Saved myself $3500-$5000 by not buying a top of the line memory foam mattress, saved another like $6,000 on not having surgery, AND whatever a babysitter would have cost while I was recovering and hubby was at work. So YES B.Y.E. FALICIA! If you are going to buy a mattress anyway, you will be hard pressed to find an upper level quality at this price. What exactly will you lose by giving it a try? My advice is give it 45 nights, it took that long before I noticed my back pain was completely gone. If you don't find it as amazing as I do, look into non-profits in your area. Especially ones that help with furniture. Then call Purple to pick it up and tell them they can donate it to your preselected charity. That's where it will end up anyway, may as well have a say in where it goes! ....in Midwest, Because People Matter, Inc. We lost our mattress program with Temper Pedic 2 years ago. They reduced the amount of mattresses they donate each year. Our community partners have struggled to try to find an alternative solution as many other organization's have I would imagine. But, you're going to love it so we will not hold our breath waiting for you to return it!

After having back pain for years, I decided to finally get a better mattress. Since the first night I slept on the purple mattress, I have had no back pain. I would highly recommend this to anyone, and the ability to pay through Affirm made it possible for me to buy it. Thanks!

I am a side sleeper. The matteress I have been using was causing me shoulder pain. Both shoulders. During the day I was able to loosen up the shoulders for the pain to go away, only to wake up the next day in pain. Over time the pain never did go away. Then I saw you commercial. I knew I needed a new matteress, the purple looked promising. I bought the queen hoping some of its claims would hold some truth. To say I was skeptical is an understatement. Imagine my surprise when after just 5 hours sleep I woke with little to no shoulder pain. After a few weeks I am waking with no shoulder pain at all.

I didn't realize just how terrible my mattress was until I tried this mattress. I always moved around a lot in my sleep trying to get comfy and with this mattress that never happens. It adapts to all the pressure points and cradles them so I sleep so comfortably. I even got the two pillows because I liked them in the store and they are so incredibly comfortable too. As a nurse my sleep is even more precious and I'm trying to be proactive about taking care of my body. This was the perfect choice !

Our dear friends recommended Purple mattress and we were excited to order as Thanksgiving gift for us to replace our 15+-year-old mattress. It took a week to arrive. On the tracking massage, it was supposed to arrive in the PM, but it arrived early in the morning at 8:30 am right after we left the house for a day trip. We had to ask our neighbor to keep an eye for us. To our surprise, it said Queen size and my name on the outside label. After we carried it from the basement level to the 2nd-floor bedroom and opened it, it turned out to be a King size mattress! It took another week for the replacement order to be issued and another week to get the right size mattress while waiting for the wrong-sized mattress to be picked up. A complimentary mattress protector was ordered when we initially contacted the customer care, but it took a month to arrive. I contacted the customer care during the wait because I never received tracking information, and was told it was never shipped. I asked for an explanation but was told nothing. We have seen a lot of Purple commercials on YouTube and web browsers. Honestly, the mattress was not that impressive and the customer service was very unprofessional and untimely. We will not recommend to anyone!
