We got the queen and are enjoying it very much. Super comfortable to sleep on your back but my shoulder hurts in the morning if I sleep on my side. There was a claim somewhere that they'd take our old one away. Nope! In fact, poor UPS guy wasn't too happy with lugging that thing to our door! Hahahah it's HEAVY! The bed is quiet like the claim but the box had a hole in one of the corners and some of the little pieces for connecting the headboard were missing because the little package they came in was also partially opened. Super comfy mattress. We are sleeping better than we did before.

I have the regular purple mattress been sleeping on it for about a month now and there's honestly nothing special about it. I wanted to fall in love with this mattress and daydream about it while I was at work, that's simply not the case here, I can't say it's a big difference from my mattress with springs. Not with the money in my opinion I might go for memory foam for my next mattress purchase. Sorry Purple

The mattress is terrible. You sink in it too much and my back hurts everyday when I wake up all my ribs hurt ! They make it from cheap plastic basically it's just plastic. They just know how to make good ads ! It's actually very uncomfortable to sleep on. Ouch you take all that time and money to buy this just to have more back pain. I hate it obviously it's too much trouble to return a mattress otherwise I would have thrown it away already !

My husband and I have been looking for a new mattress for over a year. He has MS so pressure points, heat and padding is an issue. We researched this purple filling as true "memory foam" is not what we were looking for, but purple seemed...perfect. We just did it -- with the money back guarantee, we couldn't come up with a valid reason WHY we were waiting. Price tag? Yes, but if you got it and it doesn't work out, it'll be returned. We ordered, and impatiently waited for the package to arrive. It's true that it's heavy. The FedEx man was burly and he was having a problem. Get some muscles before moving. Packaging was minimalist and perfect. Opening the purple package is a bit tricky, the little purple mail opener they gave...doesn't work. Kitchen shears work great though! We received our mattress 2 weeks ago and have hardly left. There's no moving once you're in, it conforms to your body and feels like a perfect temperature hug. We are obsessed with our purple and have told SO many people who are planning to order also.

Our old mattress was too soft, causing back pain. The guest room mattress was too hard, causing shoulder pain. The Purple gives me just the right amount of back support and shoulder cushion. I sleep better than I have in years and after one month, my pain is virtually gone!

It took me about a month to get used to this mattress because my old one that I had for the past 6 years was very saggy and this 1 is firm. Now it is the best mattress I have ever had. Thank you Purple for giving me my sleep back and not being in pain every morning.

I had no idea that the aches and pains I woke up with each morning didn't have to do with my age -- but my mattress! Until I slept on a purple - I was sore or exhausted. Now I feel well-rested and comfortable and ready to start the day. I'M super grateful for great sleep.

After two nights sleep I declared to my wife, "I've had two of the best nights sleep of my life!" I thought a waterbed was the only bed for me. My wife tested out a friend's purple king bed before she surprised me with one. She said she almost fell asleep right there at her friend's house. Some mornings my wife struggles to leave the comfort of the bed. She also no longer has hip and shoulder pain while sleeping. I look forward to getting in the bed each night and fall asleep with no problems.

I spent several weeks doing research on what the right mattress was for us to upgrade to. I was intrigued by Purple's unique style and I loved their advertising but thought it was too good to be true so I made the wrong decision by ordering a different mattress. We tried it for two weeks and couldn't stand how firm it was. We returned that mattress and went with Purple and we will probably never veer away again. Purple provides great support and unique comfort. I've been sleeping better than I ever have. The mattress was easy to set up and my wife and I both sleep great on it. Don't get me started on how comfy the Purple sheets are too. They're amazing. I would definitely recommend Purple. Great advertising. Great customer experience. Great mattress. Great sleep.

I am pleased with the mattress and foundation. They provide good support no matter my sleeping position. I'm disappointed that the free pillow and sheets promotion was not made at the time of my purchase. However since my purchase was made less than 30 days I would appreciate the promotion being granted to me. Regards, E Roy
