I bought the mattress, frame and bed sheet about a year ago. Frame as squeaky so got it replaced after 1-2 months having it. Liked the mattress but it didn't hold up. Had an indent after just a year. Also bought a sheet as well. Had a hole after 1-2 wash even after following the care instructions. Customer support was bad. Took an entire a month for them to finally process the replacement which is fine since they're so backed up and I don't need it to be sent right away anyway. But then they sent it on the wrong even though I repeatedly told them to send it after a centain day (twice email, twice phone call). All in all, liked the products but they didn't hold up very well and they're not cheap either. I bought multiple things and every single one of them had some sort of problems so it couldn't just that I got a lemon. Mattress indent seems to be a pretty common thing as I know someone who also has the same problem after about a year as well. Even though I liked the stuff, I would just rather get some other brand for better quality and customer support.

My last mattress was a soft beautyrest. It was so soft, but I always woke up with a stiff back (I always try to sleep on back rather than side to prevent long-term shoulder issues). Short story shorter, I started sleeping on my sides and stomach to prevent lower back stiffness, which then turned to shoulder stiffness. When I first got the bed I didn't know what to think. The bed was soft, yet it felt firm because it supported my lower back. As mentioned before, I had been side sleeping, so I had to get back into the habit on sleeping on my back again; it probably took two weeks to break the habit. I've had the bed for three or four months now and I love the bed. In fact, I bought two of the purple pillows through the kickstarter campaign a few months back. I'd highly recommend this bed to anyone, especially if you are seeking great back support.

My discs have been slowly herniating since I was 17. I think I have 5 now that are messed up (congenital problem). I've gotten pretty good about ignoring the pain and just managing it, but the thing is, the type of bed I have can make it a lot worse. I've tried TempurPedic (sucked, memory foam in it started breaking down after ONE WEEK), Sleep Number (about like sleeping on a Ziploc bag, not at all comfortable, and the bags apparently get leaks very easily), and honestly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on thus far was a regular lumpy old mattress. Until I found Purple! I didn't even test it out in the store; I watched the videos, talked to people who had them, and decided to take a chance. I've been sleeping on a Sleep Number for the last 4 months, and I wake up worse every morning. I got my Purple 2 mattress yesterday, and after one night of sleeping on it, I was amazed that I didn't wake up in excruciating pain as per the norm. I'm very excited. It's very comfortable, and I'm glad I got the really soft one because it seems to offer more support while still being pretty firm so it's just right. I bought the King size, the platform, and the pillow. I'm glad I got the King because now my kids want to sleep on it AND hang out on it during the day 24/7, so there's still plenty of room for me. The only complaint I have is that I wish the pillow was a little taller. I have pretty broad shoulders, but the pillow is really short. It's comfortable, it's just my head and neck aren't supported high enough when I'm on my side. My kids have been sleeping on it, though, and it seems to fit really well for them because they're smaller. I think I might try folding it in half and seeing if that gives it enough height to be comfortable.

I WOULD TELL EVERY ONE THAT HAS ANY KINDA PAIN IN THERE BODY TO GET THIS MATTRESS, I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN BOTH OF MY HIPS AND ALSO LOWER BACK PAIN. ANY OTHER MATTRESS THAT I TRY OUT, I WOULD STILL HAVE PAIN AND WAKE UP WITH STIFFNESS. I HAVE INSOMNIA AT TIMES AND CANT SLEEP. I WOULDN'T GO TO SLEEP TIL EARLY MORNING BECAUSE I AM FIGHTING ALL THE PAIN I HAVE TO GO THREW. SOME NIGHT I WOULD CRY BECAUSE I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN . I DON'T LIKE MED SO I WOULD SUFFER THREW THE PAIN. SINCE I INVESTED IN PURPLE 3 KING MATTRESS I BEEN SLEEPING LIKE A NEW BORN BABY, MAJORITY OF ALL MY PAIN HAD'S GONE AWAY SINCE THEN I BEEN GETTING GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP. I THINK EVERY MOTHER SHOULD HAVE THIS BED IN THERE HOME. >3 THANKS PURPLE FOR MAKING THIS PRODUCT I'M IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN

I struggle with sever neck and back problems, yoga and pain killers some of the only things that help my back feel better, but now I've added this mattress to the list! It's helped reduce my back pain drastically, and it makes me tail bone feel amazing. Thank you Purple

I got purple mattress today and I am so excited to sleepon it that I considered going to sleep at 5:00 pm. There was an interesting situation with the delivery that almost had me regretting getting the mattress. The bed was delivered 20 miles from my house but the delivery company said they couldn't get my mattress to me for a week. I called the shipping company and asked if I could pick it up. Long story short, Brooklyn at Purple and Natasha at the delivery company went out of their way to make sure I was able to pick up my mattress. I thank both of them for their fantastic customer service. I look forward to many nights of unbelievable sleep. Thanks Purple.

I can not believe how comfortable this mattress is. I've needed a new bed for years now, and decided to treat myself to the basic Purple King sized mattress. The bed was SOOOO incredibly comfortable, that my brother, within probably 2 weeks from me getting mine, ordered a Purple Hybrid King sized mattress. The Harmony pillow is the greatest invention in the world. But the best thing about it, and I am in no way joking here ...... They send a ratcheting Allen wrench to assemble it with. Like, have you guys ever assembled literally any furniture ever? It was terrible wasn't it. Yeah, not here. These dudes send you off with literally a ratchet wrench that has an Allen head on it. Like I'm keeping it forever. Just a spectacular company and produce. 11/10 would recommend.

My wife and I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in years. I'd wake up and my back would hurt. My wife would wake up and her legs would be asleep. We decided to try out the purple mattress as it was comparatively cheap, and looked really interesting. I wasn't a humbugs fan at first, but my wife immediately felt better. We've had it for a few months now, and we both love this bed! My body took a little longer to adjust than my wife, but I wake up feeling much better these days.

I'm only 142 pounds and it's a little hard for me. Not bad, but not as conforming for me as I hoped. It's better than some and consistent. I like that it won't change shape. Maybe it's designed for the average male of more like 175 pounds and not a lighter, healthy male of 142#.

I ordered the 2 twin XL for our king bed back in October 2018, shipping was pretty quick had them with in a week, and I love it so far and I hope it keeps up with me, my wife loves it also and we are thinking of getting the adjustable King frames next for us, that's why we got the twin XL. Going to try out the blanket and pillows next.
