I Have a twin XL basic model that I love so much I bought a queen basic model. Unfortunately the queen sleeps nothing like the twin. After a month of sleeping on the queen I filled out a survey in which I stated all of the issues it's been a week and no one has yet to actually respond so it seems not only are their beds inconsistent in quality but so is their customer service.

I purchased two mattress and one bed frame for my teenage children. The frame is great quality very well designed and manufactured. The mattress are so amazingly comfortable and my teens have gotten the best sleep ever. Even my sons dog has a hard time getting out of bed in the morning because he is so comfortable. Definitely worth the investment from the quality of the products to the steps provided for unpacking the mattress.

The purple mattress is everything the advertisement says it is, the best of both worlds without the compromise. It's been a very long time since I've been able to sleep on my back comfortably, or on my sides for that matter. My girlfriend and I purchased the queen size purple mattress and two pillows about a month ago. My only complaint is the weight of the mattress, which is honestly not that big of a deal for me. Carrying it up a flight of stairs was a challenge but we made it. Make sure to have enough space to unravel the mattress. Overall the purple mattress is awesome and I'm glad i finally went for it. The pillows are excellent. I have and will continue to recommend this for anyone to try.

A year and a half ago my significant other and I needed a new mattress so we bought a Purple. We loved it so continued to purchase more products. Most importantly, we bought 2 pet beds for our Dogs and they have never slept so good! I'd love to see a purple sofa someday! They're firm/soft/supportive. You will not regret buying one :)

We've had our mattress for just under a month and already it's wonderful. It allows me and my husband to be in bed together without one of us rolling toward the other. When I lay down on my side it feels so good to my shoulders and hips. Supportive and cushioning, but firm.

My wife has had back problems for several years, and we needed a mattress for our new place. We bought the queen size Purple mattress and we LOVE it. Her back problems are not gone, but this bed makes them much easier to handle and doesn't add to the problem at all. It's by far the best mattress I have ever owned. We've had our king sized purple mattress for a few weeks now, and it's great. Very comfortable for both my wife and I and the kids love being tossed onto it too. Serious impact absorption; I can stand on the foot of the bed and do a face-plant version of a trust fall without experiencing any discomfort. Every other bed I've tried that on, my nose hurts at least. It's thinner than I expected, but you only notice it when looking at it. Lay down and you forget... possibly because you're almost immediately sleeping on the most comfortable thing you've experienced. My only complaint is that it is so hard to get out of bed in the morning... too comfy.

Our purple bed sucks! It's only two years old and is dipped on my husband's side so I always roll into him or have to sleep on the edge and my back kills me every morning. I can't get comfortable at night so it takes forever for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. It also traps our body heat and leaves us both sweating and sometimes waking up cause of it. Life events happened and unfortunately we didn't get to return it within the 100 nights guarantee. Never again will we get a purple mattress and we turn people away when they ask about it.

I was extremely nervous buying a mattress online and not really being able to feel it or anything beforehand. But my husband and I were in DESPERATE need of a new mattress. After MONTHS of researching and reading and sending questions to people and countless YouTube videos, we made the decision to go with Purple. One of the best decisions we've ever made in our lives. I usually have an extremely hard time falling asleep due to insomnia, a bad rotator cuff and what I thought was an injured back for a long time. After the first night I got up and wa able to set my weenie dog on the floor with NO pain in my back. It took me a second before I realized what I had just done with no tears in my eyes and without having to stretch for like thirty minutes beforehand. My shoulder feels better as well! I used to wake up feeling so sore and in so much pain I dreaded going to bed every day. Now I find it hard to get out of bed just because I'm so dang comfortable. I have been singing the praises of this mattress to anyone that will listen, if you are on the fence I highly suggest this mattress. It is an absolute life changer.
