I love this mattress and was looking forward to getting it for...ever. I loved them in kick starter and couldn't wait to finally get my big girl paycheck at my 1st job post college and buy my new mattress! It's lived up to my hype and I can't wait to get the power base (I call it the robot bed) and level up my sleeping to master snoozer!! Seriously though, the mattress cradles you in all the rights spots. They also forget to advertise how bouncy it is for such a supportive mattress. Makes everything ;) about getting in bed better.

Great matress. Delivery and set up were a breeze (although I did need someone else to help me carry it up the stairs). I've been sleeping on it about a month and have definitely noticed a decrease in lower back pain which I believe was caused by my previous mattress beginning to dip. Laying on it give me a good combination of support and softness. Can't wait to see how it holds up over time. Definitely worth the price.

We have the mattress (the medium thick version) since a few days and I can already say that this is a very nice treat for the body. The first night it was hard o fall asleep sicne it was so different but the following night and since then I slept like a baby. My husband too had a night of adjustment but last night slept happily. The mattress is super comfortable and indeed we do not sink in and leave impressions. I hope it stays like that. It feels all a bit like being on an anti-grav bed (once anti gravity will have been invented Purple might be in trouble, but that won't happen for a while ;-) The other tale: When we received the mattress, the package had a huge tear and the mattress inside the package was visible torn too. We refused the shipment and the mattress was sent back. We took pictures too and sent those to Purple's customer support and after talking with them they initiated a replacement shipment quickly. That time it arrived all in perfect condition. It took two or three phone calls, they do not respond via email (also no auto-responder, but they do read your emails). However they picked up the phone right away and that was great. So no complaints, customer support is great. I am so happy with the mattress that I will also get a seat cushion and a pillow to see how those are. The material is indeed different, they put a little sample into the package.

When I received my queen size purple bed, I was leery because it was a very firm mattress. I had ordered it because I read the reviews about how it helped with back pain. I can 100% say it got rid of my back pain. I no longer get up in the morning with any aches. I have currently slept on a purple mattress for a year and have been back pain free for a year. The firmness and style of bed really does keep me from any aches and pains.

I LOVE the purple mattress and would buy it again "hands down"! It has been one of my smartest large purchases as a treat to myself. Over the years, I have purchased several expensive mattresses that pale in comparison to the comfort and support of the Purple Mattress. I've said "goodbye" to mattresses that break down and have coils that become painful over time, along with saying "goodbye" to back pain. I love the perfect body temperature balance that the Purple Mattress also provides. You will not regret this purchase and be glad you made the investment! Enjoy! P.S. Even though it is delivered to your front door, you will need another person to assist you with it as it is extremely heavy. Enjoy the comfort! ;D

My husband was vey unsure of this mattress when we got it and unrolled it. After the first night of amazing sleep and getting up in the morning with no aches and pains, we thought is was a fluk. We have now had the bed for almost theee weeks and we love it, getting the best sleep of our lives. My husband is telling everyone about it and says he would not give it up for anything.

Ours had small tear through packaging into bedding. Instructions were buried in the bag somewhere. Purple cloth was not as shown. Outer layer of wrap was applied with large tail of overlap, as in not rolled uniformly. Video un wrap misleading. You can unroll on bed, but you need to flip it over. Getting final wrapper iff while it is inflating is a trip. Once in place, it behaved well. Appears comfortable. Will call Monday morning.

Before getting our Purple, I would wake up with a lot of lower back pain. The first week of having our Purple was a little rough. There is an adjustment period where your body starts moving back to its natural alignment. But after two week, I no longer wake up with any back or shoulder pain!

Great mattress. Back feels better. It's very comfortable! So far it's been worth every penny. Some of my friends layed on it for a few minutes and thought it was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend purple to anyone I know looking to buy a new mattress!

I've had back issues, particularly when getting out of bed, for some time. I've tried a couple other mattresses of various firmness levels, without success. I've been using the Purple mattress for about 30 days, and it has actually resolved my back issues. It's extremely comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone.
