The mattress is nice, gives good support for my back, got a free pillow and ordered an extra one in the hope that they would be better for my neck. However, I believe these pillows are designed for back sleepers. I cannot get comfortable with it, it's heavy and falls off the bed during the night. Not sure what other feedback I can give about it. Overall satisfaction with the mattress is good, just wish it was higher but I can deal with that, with the pillows not so much.

I have been sleeping on my new purple mattress for about a month now. From the first night, my back and neck problems disappeared! I have purchase a mattress every 2-3 years for the past 14 years trying to find something I was happy with. Finally a mattress that actually aligns my neck and spine to wake up refreshed and not in pain. Falling asleep and staying asleep without tossing and turning has done amazing things for my mind and body. I love the texture of the mattress and the coolness throughout the night. Even the pugs are sleeping better. Thank you Purple, I am finally excited to go to bed each night!

My son is obsessed with Purple, thanks to Studio C videos he watches! He got a pillow a year or so ago and has been begging for a mattress for a while. He received it today for his birthday and is so happy! His sister wants to take it from him. I must say I was worried, the pillow smelled so strong, but the mattress doesn't smell. It's very comfortable. I love that it was shipped in a duffle bag type bag and you just roll it out! Thanks!

I'm a side sleeper and have another high end mattress that cost 5 time as much. I often wake up with the arm on the side I'm sleeping on being tingly or numb. I've slept on the purple mattress for a week now and that has happened only once. I hope it's as durable as it is comfortable.

I've tried many mattresses, Casper, Leesa, Dreamcloud...this was the worst. We are both side sleepers. It was like sleeping on a sack of egg foam toppers in a craft store. And customer service is TERRIBLE. Don't accept the free gift. If you don't like the mattress they take the price of the free gift off the top. Then they make you try to figure out your own pickup of the mattress before they will come and get it. Now it's 3 weeks out from that pickup, 2 emails and another payment later and I still haven't heard a peep from them....

This mattress has changed my life. I was not getting enough quality sleep before I purchase the purple mattress now I can't get out of bed. This mattress has changed my life and my family's quality of life. The value of a good night's rest can not be understated ....Hey....Hey...for a good night's rest.

So we got this mattress as a warranty replacement. Thats why its not lower. The mattress doesn't feel as soft as before and the new and improved design isn't as comfortable as the original. Granted we bought ours back in 2016 with the platform base which is not quite so of course they upgraded the design. The new and improved design isnt so improved. I sat on the bed and instantly felt the frame. It has cause my husband and I some back issues. Whole reason why we bought purple was to avoid the back and neck issues we had. Which are back. So we miss our old mattress even if was starting to have some issues.

Finally free from years of constantly twisting and turning all night, getting hot and cold, back/shoulder/neck pain!!!!!!! Purple has the perfect balance of firm and soft. It molds around your body like a traditional memory foam without the feeling that you are stuck forever. My husband used to complain about how hot he got at night, and now the complaining has stopped! Love this mattress!!

It was love at first rest. After laying down on our new purple mattress we knew it was the best purchase we had made. And for further validation, after sleeping on a hotel bed and waking up in back pain, our immediate reaction was, "it's not a purple." Needless to say, we are never giving up our purple

if you are at all sensitive to chemical smells this is not the bed for you. I have had the mattress in a room with a fan on and window open for two weeks and i still cant sleep on it. it otherwise seems like a comfy bed. I am hoping that soon the off gassing will end help!
