I did not remember the last time that I woke up rested. With a three year old and a soon-to-be two year old, I have not gotten a full 8 hours of sleep since I was pregnant....... With my eldest child. After watching all of the commercials, tons of research, and reading tons of reviews; We ordered the Queen sized Purple Mattress and base. I have never slept so good in my life! Even though I do not get any more sleep than I did, I still feel refreshed. Even on 4 hours of sleep, I did not feel groggy at all! My husband always runs hot. He enjoys the Purple mattress because of it's temperature neutral qualities. He would get so hot and stuffy, tossing and turning all night. The air flow has allowed him to sleep well for the first time, and he is no longer tossing and turning. I wish we had this mattress years ago!

My husband found purple. My experience, you want a new mattress you go to a mattress store and find one you can live with. I wasn't sure what to make of a mattress that was delivered via FedEx. It has turned into the best internet purchase ever. This mattress is firm and I love it. I don't have trouble with waking up with back and hip pain. We love it and I would do it again

Got the basic purple mattress and would have bought sooner but it took awhile for the company to make the mattress in my size. I also purchased the mattress protector, back cushion and shortly after the Harmony pillow. The mattress is fantastic, the true Goldilocks dream sleep system. I have insomnia PTSD and night terrors. I believe the memory foam nightmare mattress I was sleeping on for the last decade amplified my symptoms considerably. Watching the garbage man haul that thing away was satisfying. My super cool sleeping Purple mattress and pillow is here to stay. Trial period not necessary, after three nights you couldn't take it away from me even with threats. I sent a pillow to a friend for their birthday who is upgrading their sleep system soon. Simply amazing! Worth every cent. Excellent customer support. My pillow arrived lighting fast. Purple for life in the Hills house.

After approximately 3 weeks of sleeping on the Purple Mattress I am finding it extremely comfortable. Unique in that it "gives" at the pressure points ie., hips, shoulders where I need it soft and provides good and firmer support where i need it more firm. It contours with me quickly. That is, I don't have to wait for it to settle in like a memory foam mattress.

Before I sleep two hrs. up on the couch and later back to bed for a one hr. nap before going to work. We had a pillow top mattress then for about 3 years. Now we have the Purple Mattress. I as well has my wife sleep all night wake up in the am ready for the day. The best part no more pain medication to easy off the back. We have love the mattress very much. Shipping & communication was a problem. Waited all day at the house on the delivery date. See it was 20 minutes away at 1 pm, finally called at 730 pm and was told the truck wouldn't be unloaded till the next morning. Then it was sent to a. Shipping s3nter further away only to be then delivered back to me. Since I wasn't going to be home, asked that it be left at the front door so I could get it inside by myself. Nope, came home to find it at the end of the drive / bottom of my front steps! Not impressed at all by the lack of customer service & poor communication. Luckily, the mattress is everything it's advertised to be.

Purple mattress is bascially just memory foam. Yes theres a layer of some purple "rubber" support on top of the memory foam but its still just memory foam. Although Purple "attempted" to make the return experience simple, in my area, it still wasnt possible to make a return within the 100 day trial. Im sure this mattress is for some people but not this cat.

If you haven't tried Purple find someone you know who has one. My wife suffered with mainstream mattresses, pillow too mattresses foam toppers and could not get a complete night of sleep. Waking up and feeling like she was beat up and always tired. She kept after me to buy her a Temporpedic but the cost was just to high. We searched and found Purple and after reading consumer replies like the one I am offering I decided to purchase a Queen size Purple. With the money back garuntee how could I go wrong. Well I can tell you this, they are not gettig our Purple back! My wife loves it and she now gets a full nights rest and her quality of life has improved so much, we couldn't be happier with the product or the price. With the regular purple mattress, my wife and I no longer feel each other toss and turn in the middle of the night so we both sleep soundly through the night. To get motion isolation like this, you'd need to get a foam mattress... but those run so hot. Being someone who likes the fan on even in the winter, foam was never an option. There's so many reviews here and elsewhere where people say the exact opposite- that the motion isolation isn't good at all. All I can say is, coming from a "regular" spring mattress, this is night and day. If you're looking to sleep with someone and not disturb them when you toss/turn/get out of bed, this mattress will do that. The purple grid definitely feels unusual and takes time to get used to, my wife describes it as feeling like "laying on macaroni and cheese", but not in a bad way, just weird way. This mattress also seemingly cured my snoring which would be noticeable when I laid on my back. So even though I liked to lay on my back, it was never a real option. Maybe it's how I sink in better and it aligns my neck better? Who knows. It's magic. A whole world of sleep has been opened to me now thanks to this mattress.

I really wanted to like this mattress. I got a few good nights of sleep on it but less than 2 months of having it, I started experiencing major hip and back pain. I had a really old mattress before and I was never had pain like I did on the Purple. It also slept VERY hot. So hot that I would wake up in the middle of the night in a pool of sweat. I followed all of the recommendations; the platform base, stretchy sheets, mattress cover. I gave it two stars because your customer service is great.
