I am an extremely hot sleeper and continuously wake up drenched in sweat I can honestly say that ever since sleeping on the Purple Mattress (with the Purple Sheets) I have not had one sweaty night! I have also had back surgery and still continue to suffer through back pains and this mattress has helped me sleep through the night with less pain. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend the Purple Mattress to anyone!

So we got this to end the pain we were suffering on the older mattress we had. I am split on opinion. The mattress is great, feels nice, not a particularly cosmic experience like I expected but ok. I have found my body pains persist after sleeping on it now for a month. Maybe I have some other thing going on? In summary, Still feel the queen is too small for us but it is ok for now. I am stunned at the price but I guess that is what mattresses sell at now adays.

Ever since I got this bed, it has been a life changer. I used to get so much neck and shoulder pain when I woke up. Now, that has significantly improved and I feel way better than I have ever been. The only thing to be wary about is how have these mattresses are. They definitely did not exaggerate that you need 2 people to carry this thing!

Ive had the bed for a week now and i can say that i like it allot but i weigh about 125 and i feel like i have to gain about 20 pounds so that i will actually sink and conform to the bed ive experienced lower back pain waking up for a couple days now and i think that has to do with how light i am i think once my weight is up the bed will work better

It has been over 30 days and neither me or my wife have been able to sleep comfortably on these mattresses. Her back hurts every morning. My shoulders, arms and hands all fall asleep. I can easily feel the square spaces on the mattress. I have yet to get a good night sleep, but have kept resisting returning them as I had faith we would like them sooner or later. I have gotten the best sheets they suggested etc. Unfortunately for us these are going to be returned if they won't adjust to our bodies. I will update more near the end of Feb if I can suffer the sleep deprivation that long!

This mattress is just awesome. We were a little apprehensive at first because we were obviously ordering a mattress online, but we've been pleasantly surprised. We've both been sleeping better, nowhere near the amounts of aches and pains we were getting. Very happy.

I am a exclusive side sleeper. My wife really wanted a firmer mattress. The Purple offering has about 3" of soft material covering a harder middle layer. After the first night, my hip hurt. After the second night an onward both my hip and shoulder hurt. I could see this mattress being perfect for a exclusive back sleeper.

I can actually feel the metal frame through the mattress. The side of the mattress is starting to break down where I sat on the bed. On the positive side the mattress does lay flat and is easy to roll over. I've only had this mattress for two weeks and my feelings may change with time. I have run the gamut with mattresses, this is my fifth mattress in 5 years with prices running from $1100 to $5,000. I have a bad back so I have become overweight and I'm 70 years old. I am not entirely down on this mattress and will reserve final judgement for a few months.

I was hesitant about buying a mattress online at first, but after reading multiple positive reviews of the Purple Mattress, I decided to take the risk. I'm happy to say that I will now add my voice to the chorus! I have never slept so well. I used to have daily upper and lower back pain, which I thought was from my very mild scoliosis. I no longer feel this pain. I look forward to going to be every night because once I lay down my body feels immense relief and I am able to get a full nights rest. I also suffer from general anxiety disorder, so sleep can be quite tricky for me. I've found that I've been able to fall asleep faster and longer with this mattress. If you're on the fence about making this purchase, I hope this review is a sign that you should do it!!

I've had this mattress a year. I sleep on my back and side. For about six hours every night, I sleep okay. Not great, not restful, but I sleep. After six hours I feel like I'm sleeping on concrete. I don't if the elastic portion is just stretched too far or what, but it's hard enough and uncomfortable enough to wake me up. By the next night it has bounced back and I lay down and repeat the process. Note: my wife doesn't appear to experience this and likes the mattress just fine.
