I purchased my mattress four years ago, and loved it. Around last year the mattress started to become indented, and my wife and I began feeling each other move excessively in the bed, whereas before, we very rarely felt each other move. In addition, we were not sleeping as well as before. I reached out to customer service and explained our issues. Customer service said that the indentation should not have happened. I was asked to take pictures and send it to their warranty folks. After reviewing my pictures they determined that the bed was faulty and sent us a new bed and picked up the old one. The new bed is amazing, and my wife and I are back to getting a good nights sleep. Thank you Purple and your amazing customer service reps (Arianna and Tami-li), those two went above and beyond.

I have slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress for 15 years. It was the best money I ever spent on a mattress the first 10 years. The last 5 years it was just not the same as early on. I would wake up every morning with back pain. I decided to try the Purple Mattress because of a recommendation from a friend. It has been a very good choice so far. I wake up everyday with no back pain since getting it.

I like it, I feel I get into REM much faster. I have noticed my lower back does get a little stiff. My husband who has had 2 back surgery doesn't like it,it causes pain in his lower lumbar so we are going to buy a topper for his side to see if it helps.

A great concept to keep prices low. I replaced a pillow top with Purple and was happy at first. But I'm a side sleeper and found that when I laid on my side with my bottom leg straight, the firmness caused my foot to be suspended in air making it hard on my back. I felt it was "too much" support". I passed the. 100 day return timeframe before requesting a refund and was declined. (Rightfully so...I get it, that's why it's "100 day return policy.). I was told to try to sell the mattress. I can't afford to buy a new mattress so I have placed a 2" topper for some cushion which has helped slightly. I love the marketing and branding and the lack of store fronts to keep the costs low and think the company is smart. Just it the right mattress for my back injury.

When feeling the purple grid sample, it seemed like it would have the perfect amount of support and give, so I was optimistic. However, gave it a try for a few nights, and it was too firm for my lower back. I do have scoliosis and a sway back, which is probably rare for most of your customers. The gap caused stress and pain in my hips. Unfortunately, we threw our old mattress away, so we kept it and put a new foam top on it, so now I am sleeping well again. I think we could have put the same topper on a cheap mattress and got the same results.

When my husband first suggested the purple mattress, I expected not to like it very much because the rubber bed idea sounded weird to me, but after the first night I was hooked. This mattress is super comfortable. I love everything about it and we're definitely keeping it.

By far the best mattress I've EVER owned! My quality of sleep is better and after my lower back injury a few years ago I would wake up with back stiffness and soreness...that was before I got this amazing mattress. Worth every single penny 100 times over!!! I am a purple customer for life!!!! Even my wife loves our new mattress. I can't say enough great things about this mattress! If you're on the fence because of the price, I'm telling you, you will not be disappointed once you get one! Hats off to the creators of this mattress!

I've been sleeping on the floor for years because beds caused me to have back pain. For the last year the floor has been causing some shoulder pain so I started researching beds. Long story short, I love my Purple mattress. My son slept on it & he loves it.. as does my grandson. My friend tried it & she ordered one last week. Thanks for all the work you put into developing this mattress, I think it's great.

I'm very glad I went with this bed, I had my doubts before purchasing but that surely changed. I was constantly waking up in the morning feeling stiff and sore from my old bed. The purple mattress had the perfect amount of support for me and in my opinion is better than using the memory foam topper by far.

My wife and I were excited to receive our Purple mattress, but the disappointment started as soon as we took it out of the packaging. First, once we unrolled the mattress, we immediately noticed that it was a couple of inches shorter than a standard queen size mattress. This left a gap at either the head or foot of the bed, which is very unappealing to me. Second, on the end of the bed that was in the middle of the roll when it was packaged, there is a slight elevation in the mattress where it actually lifts up when laying flat. On this same end, there is a deformity in the mattress so that it isn't square and the top (sleeping surface) sits in a little from the bottom, causing even more of a gap. So what this means is if you put this end at the foot of the bed, the mattress is raised too much to keep sheets tucked in at the foot, and if you put this end at the head of the bed, there is a gap for your pillow to fall into while you are sleeping. It's a lose-lose situation either way you look at it. In addition, the mattress is way too firm for my liking. The two inches of actual Purple material seems to provide some softness, but once you get past those two inches, you don't feel much cushion. This is the case even using the suggested jersey sheets that have a lot of stretch as suggested on the Purple website. It's also very heavy and difficult to move once unpackaged, but I don't hold this against it because I knew about the weight before my purchase. I know some people will find the Purple mattress very comfortable, but for me it's a no-go. I will be calling Purple for a pick up on this one.
