We LOVE our purple mattress 3. We debated 3 or 4, but in the end run, with polar opposite sleep tendencies, we decided to go with the middle man, the 3. Our relationship is typical...I like soft, he likes firm. I sleep cold, while he dumps sweat all night. The Purple mattress has us both ranting and raving to friends and family about our latest night's rest. We would recommend to any one who is looking for a complete change with their R&R! We also received the bamboo sheets, which are a solid bonus - incredibly soft and easy to fit the bed! My only complaint (but significant to us) is when the 'white glove' delivery service delivered our Purple, they refused to remove our old one despite the policy that Purple offers to remove your old mattress. We were disappointed as we had an opportunity prior to the delivery to have someone take it, but thought since it was going to be taken care of with the delivery, we declined the offer. So here we are, a month later with our old mattress still in our way, waiting until we hire someone to come take it off our hands. Definitely an inconvenience. But overall, a 5 star rating as we are 100% pleased with the quality of our Purple products and would love to purchase additional items in the future.

I really like the bed but when you sit along the side of it, you pretty much almost slide off. I thought it wasn't that big of a deal at first but it's becoming rather annoying. I'm considering returning it under the 100 night free return. Other than that it's a great bed. I sleep like a baby in it. But if you plan on buying one you should get the mattress protector, they will not honor their 10 year warranty if you get it dirty or stained, which is easy enough.

Let me start out by saying I'm only a 140lb male. So that could be a factor. I sleep best on a bed with a little sink in to it, which this matress does not. I can feel the support but it's to much. Now if you prefer a slightly firmer mattress and weigh more than I do, it would probably prove great support.

When I first got the bed, it did not come packaged like the way you see in review videos, or on their website. It was insanely difficult to open. There was an intense chemical smell that lingered for a week. I couldn't sleep on the mattress for days, because I had to air the thing out. The bed is very comfy. I am feeling a dip in the middle of the bed. I'm assuming I'll get a response to "buy our sheets!" Because my sheets are too tight, or something, and that's causing the dip. Anyway, it's really comfortable. Not sure if recommend it to anyone, but I'm not unhappy with my purchase.

I'm 6'2" 250lbs and I was very excited to get the Purple Mattress. Overall I'm satisfied but I've started getting various leg pains, from knee & down even affecting circulation to feet. I'm a side sleeper and I've noticed that my feet tend to rise up from the bed when I sleep on the side because the mattress hugs the mid body properly but that leaves the bottom half portion of the leg spaced up from the mattress.

I was really looking forward to this bed. I spent about a year researching this and other beds and choose this one because of very good marketing and advertising. The first few nights were great, my wife and I could tell that our backs no longer hurt. After a few more nights or hips and knees began to hurt. I actually had to put a pillow at the end of the bed for my feet to rest on. I attribute this to being a side sleeper. If people are back or stomach sleepers, this bed will probably be great. Also, since getting this bed my wife and I have not been able to sleep through the night.

I absolutely LOVE this bed!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality sleep. I was a chronic insomniac for over decade, but now my sleep problems have disappeared. I used to toss and turn all night because I couldn't get comfortable. I would get so hot, I would wake up drenched in sweat. I was told I was at risk for developing carpal tunnel syndrome because I was cutting off my circulation in my sleep. I had constant backaches, especially when waking up. Purple has changed all of that! I could tell after the very first night that I had slept much more deeply than I ever had before. I did wake up sore for about a month after getting it, but it was because my body was adjusting to the new bed. My spine was straightening out during the night, since this bed provides such wonderful support compared to other beds. I know for a fact because I've become an inch taller in the past year. My health has significantly improved because of better circulation and sleep quality. I used to struggle to get out of bed in the morning, and now I pop right up, happy to start each day! ~If you are sore at first, give it time. Your body is healing from the damage from your old mattress. Your spine is realigning, and that can cause soreness. I've had this bed for a year now, and my whole life has improved, starting with my health.

First off I love the bed. It's super comfy. My only complaint is I wish the purple top part was a little weaker. What I mean is I wish it collapsed with just a little less effort. This may be that I don't weigh very much (120 lbs), I did read reviews that said it's not 100% made for lighter people so I knew that going in. But even with that I would still recommend the bed. I still really like it.

The title of my review says it all. I've owned much more expensive mattresses...I've stayed in some top-notch 4 & 5 star hotels all over the world--and although a few of the beds in the very best of hotels were pretty darn comfortable--nothing quite compares to this Purple Mattress. The hype is real. The technology is real. The deep sleep I'm experiencing is real. Oh and my wife loves it too...so, that's all that really matters.

I am giving 5 stars for the customer Service. The mattress itself is good, but not great. My first one was a complete defect and was thinner than advertised and uneven and sloping heavily on the side. When I sent pictures of the mattress I was blown away at how quick and efficient the process was. I was immediately sent a replacement and it was exactly as shown on the website and much better. I've learned a actually need a little firmer mattress, but i still love it.
