My husband and I bought this mattress because of the high reviews it had received and the affordable price. Our old mattress did not offer the support we needed and it was time for an upgrade. When we initially unwrapped it we were surprised at how firm it was but decided to give it a chance. It has now been over 30 days since its delivery and we have taken the advice to sleep on another bed for a few nights to compare and we still aren't sold. We really wanted to love this mattress, but we don't. We feel it is too firm and is lacking the "cushion" element that a pillow top mattress provides. Sadly I think we will be seeking a refund and will continue to shop around.

I'm back / stomach sleeper as my girlfriend is a side/stomach. She has a hard time still getting comfortable she says its to firm for her, and as for me yes it is a little firm but I wake up with no backpains. But we just got the mattress 2 weeks ago so it could be that we need to get used to it.

I have had my bed two weeks now and can't say enough good things about it. The entire process was effortless. The marketing for the company is as good as the mattress. Everything came in the coolest packaging ever. Speaking of cool, the bed is the best I've ever slept on for coolness. It moves air very well. No more hot nights.

If I had anything negative to say about my Purple mattress, it would be that it could be a touch softer. All in all, it was a very good purchase and we have enjoyed sleeping on it from night one. The special material inside the mattress does an awesome job dissipating heat, which has really helped me sleep more comfortably throughout the night.

My husband and I were on the search for the perfect mattress. We read the great Purple reviews, ordered a king size mattress and desperately wanted to love it. While Purple's mattress wasn't terrible, we found it to be just okay for us. We are both side sleepers, but didn't really feel the cradle effect (my husband is 250 lbs and I am about 170 lbs). We decided to return it were really impressed with Purple's customer service - they don't call them "Returns Gurus" for nothing. The process was pain and guilt free. We ended up finding a charity that was thrilled to pick up the mattress and the refund was processed a day later. Thank you for letting us try your product, Purple,and just sorry it didn't work out!

I researched like a crazy man before committing to a mattress purchase. I have a history of back pain and terrible sleep. I read about the break in period, but I didn't want to believe that would be the case for me. After 9 years on a cheap mattress, it took me about 2 weeks to adjust to the purple mattress. Now that I've adjusted, I can't believe how incredible I feel and how good my sleep is! My Fitbit tracks my sleep and there is a major difference in my quality of sleep. The only thing I don't like (sarcasm) is that I fall asleep so fast and stay asleep that I don't feel like I really get to enjoy it while I'm awake :). Also, their customer service is top notch. Truly an incredible mattress with the perfect support for me. No more back pain!

We've had our Purple King for 6 months now. It's certainly better than our old spring mattress was. We like the cushy feel of the elasti-polymer top and the cool temperature. It is very comfortable. The mattress overall is fine as far as support goes. At first it caused my husband some discomfort. Now he only has a bit of stiffness when waking up. I slept fine for the first month (when I could sleep, with a bad cold). I have experienced lower back pain since then if I don't use a wedge pillow, or if I sleep on my side. I've had to become a back sleeper because I can't seem to get my hips positioned right no matter what I try... sheets, pillows, etc. I may have also possibly hurt my back trying to move the mattress around by myself... Get help to move it! While I personally couldn't say that I love our Purple, I don't hate it either. :)

I will never have anything but a PURPLE mattress to sleep. I was pessimisticly optimistic when I purchased the mattress. I was hoping I was not hooked by slick advertising but with the 100 day guarantee, I was willing to take the risk. My old mattress is going to GOODWILL next week. Hopefully someone with NO back problems gets it.

I suffered with a 30 year old cheap bed at my dads house. When I moved out, I kept seeing these catchy ads more and more on Facebook. I knew it was the one. It's SO comfortable. My chronic back pain disappeared. I love the purple mattress. Great job guys! Oh! Side note, customer service is awesome. It didn't come with some of the screws or headboard attachments, no questions asked when I called. They shipped it right away with no extra charge. Purple is the best, I recommend it to everyone

During the last year i had always trouble to sleep then it got worst since my bed started to sink in the middle and i started getting back pain. Finally problem solved I've been sleeping these 2 weeks like in a cloud and my back pain 100 solved. Awesome mattress is huge ! I also bought the bed frame which is sturdy and I'm 265 lb and 6'2 tall so yes I love it here is your review purple !
