I didn't expect this mattress to be as soft as it was. I expected a lot firmer and more back support. I can maybe see it working for someone else, but I would rather try another that was thicker and firmer. I don't know what to do now, and I have so much back pain.

I haven't napped in 20 years and I've taken 3 naps in the middle of the day since receiving my Purple mattress. I usually cannot fall asleep without sleep medication so this is huge. Even with medication I suffer from insomnia. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Since the purple mattress I am falling asleep quickly and I am staying asleep all night!! It is a dream come true!! Thank you purple! I also am a hot sleeper and suffer from night sweats. This mattress doesn't just not make you hot it is cooling. I only wish I'd bought one sooner. I'll never sleep on anything else.

This bed is so different from any other mattress, but in a good way. I have had daily hip pain for over a year. After only ONE night on this mattress my hip pain is 100% gone!

I like the mattress, but I'm not obsessed. It has not changed my life, but it is comfortable for sleeping on my side and on my back. It also keeps its form after being inclined by the adjustable base.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Purple mattress. I've given it more than enough time to adjust-I've owned it for eight months-and my body actually hurts more now than it did with my old mattress. It's incredibly uncomfortable and creates a lot of pressure points instead of relieving them. For something marketed as "medical grade," it completely misses the mark, especially for someone like me who has had three spinal cord surgeries. This has been, without a doubt, the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever owned and a huge waste of money given how expensive it is.

The mattress is thin and compresses to almost nothing when moving around. It is comfortable when laying still, but there are far more mattresses that feel better than this one for the price. I reached out to customer service and never heard back.

We have purchased multiple Purple mattresses before and liked them, but this one is incredibly hard and has not broken in yet after a month. We are still in the return window and debating what to do, but we are really disappointed in this mattress.

I bought this mattress for an autoimmune back condition I have and it has been amazing so far. It has greatly improved my back pain. I do not wake up with nearly as much pain as with my previous mattress. Worth the money.

Didn't know I needed a new mattress untill I bought this one. Back and hips hurt in the morning, thought it was just my age and the kind of work I do. My son talked me into trying this mattress because he had on so I did and absolutely no regrets!

I love my Purple mattress. I still have some knee pain at times during the night but it's not as bad as it was with my old mattress. I'm sleeping longer and better.
