I just love love love everything about my experience with purple. I had ordered from nectar mattress and the entire process had been unbearable. It ended up going from it'll ship in 3-5 business days to me checking at the end of every week from three weeks for when my bed would finally ship. Everyone at nectar was not very kind or helpful. Flip to my experience with purple, I cancel nectar and I order from Purple the bed I have actually wanted to try for YEARS! I had one question with my order and the guy I talked to at customer service was so far away helpful and kind. My bed even showed up earlier than expected! I have NEVER slept on something so comfortable in my life. LOVE THIS BED. It works on my side so well and on my back! (Not a stomach sleeper so I can't comment on that but it would great too!) I feel so supported and my back and neck pain are slowly starting to ease because I sit in a desk all day. THANK YOU PURPLE My only regret is not ordering the pillow. I think I'm going to have to!

I was so excited to order the purple mattress! But when we finally received our new mattress, it didn't really meet my expectations. I expected to feel that the bed would contour to my body and take the pressure off of my joints. Instead, my lower legs seem to float above the bed (barely touching), my lower back has constant pain from how uncomfortable I am while sleeping, and I am constantly tossing and turning throughout the night. I wanted to love the purple bed, I really did. I kept saying to myself, "you'll like it, just wait it out a bit." I even waited past the 100 day mark.... which I deeply regret. Not sure what to do, but I'm stuck with a king size purple mattress and no comfort.

My fiance and I got a 2" purple mattress yesterday and last night for the first time in forever we both slept great!!! He snores really bad and with him sleeping on his back last night he didn't snore at all, we didn't toss and turn, we woke up pain free this morning! Will 100% recommend to EVERYONE I know!

Very hard, uncomfortable, you can feel the holes from the gel grid feels lumpy from the gel grid still wake up stiff with neck and back problems we put our old memory foam mattress topper on the mattress to make it comfortable wish I would have sent it back but was too heavy and didn't want to deal with moving it

This bed is super comfortable. It's the perfect balance of firmness and softness. Sometimes I don't even use a pillow because the mattress is just as comfortable on my neck. This was my first mattress purchase and all my friends recommended purple. I'm very pleased to recommend to others to choose purple as well. It's worth the investment to have a really comfortable bed and get better sleep.

Thank you so much for your efforts in preparing something that is so revolutionary. Everytime i lay down, i say thank you Lord! Its honestly a huge difference in bedding. The price, the quality, you couldnt really ask for something better. The platform base is kind of a let down. But other than that Im so thankful for you guys!

Two weeks using the original Purple mattress and so far the mattress is great! Not really liking the sheets tho...the bottom fitted sheet is fine but the flat top sheet ends up MIA by morning! And the mattress cover is a bit "noisy". I'm sure it has to do with it being a moisture barrier. But overall I give the mattress a thumbs up!

I have had my purple original mattress for almost exactly 1 year. I noticed about 1 week in I wasn't sleeping so good so I figured I just had to break it in. After about 1 month I started sleeping normally but about 2 months ago I noticed I was having the worst back pain Lowerand upper and hip pain ever ( I am a side sleeper) and I haven't been able to fix the issue. I try sleeping in different positions but nothing helps. Purple should have a 1 year guarantee . I was such a believer telling EVERYONE that I had a Purple mattress and now I am totally disappointed in Purples sleep quality. Now I'm researching more mattresses and trying to figure out how to get rid of this one .

My fiancee and I purchased the original Purple mattress to replace an 8 year old Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress that was leaving us sore in the morning. I did a lot of research on other boxed/delivered to your door mattresses to include Casper, Leesa, Purple and a few others. Purple definitely had the best marketing and seemed to be the most interesting of any of the alternatives so we went for it. The order process was easy and delivery was fast however setting up the mattress is incredibly difficult despite watching the instructional videos. They are not joking when they say this mattress is heavy. I'm 6ft tall, 230lbs but my fiancee is 5ft 110lbs and it made for a lot of heavy lifting on my end. Anyway, after setting it up and sleeping on it for a few nights I came to the realization that it is a comfortable mattress, it did alleviate the soreness we were experiencing from our old mattress however it did not really live up to its marketing. It is not really life altering as the marketing will have you believe. I'm not necessarily waking up more refreshed or with more energy. I'm not at work counting the hours until I can get back in to bed. It's overall good but not great. I give this mattress 3 1/2 to 4 stars.

After watching the commercial for purple mattress I was expecting to receive a very comfortable mattress similar to my previous plush top mattress. However, after having used it for three weeks, I am having a very difficult time getting used to this very Firm mattress.
