I am always a early adopter for any technologies, robot cleaner, fancy noodle maker, you name it. But till now the Purple Mattress has been my best investment! From the first night I felt that it's worth the money. As soon as you hit the bed, the cuddling feel wraps you up. It's been over a month, and I feel really refreshed every night! Their customer service is amazing. Those guys are truly eager to help. You can feel their passion to make your experience great. Now I am a Purple convert.

I'm glad I stumbled upon Purple. I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. It's not drastic nor life changing, but it's certainly better. I also like how the company is dedicated to their customers. It's always a plus to deal with pleasant folks. With that said, I would recommend.

We had a sleep number for years and it just turned into a crater over time, and it's only been a few weeks but I'm really liking the Purple. My wife thinks it is too firm, but I think it might break in a bit more with time. I mostly sleep on my back, she sleeps on her side.

My wife and I used the mattress and ended up saying it wasn't for us. Too stiff and weren't waking up refreshed. I sent an email to ask for a return, got no response, then called and they said because it was 103 days instead of the 100, I was out of luck and I should just list it on Craigslist. Customer service person didn't seem to care and had no remorse at all. I would not recommend a company that doesn't stand behind their product and that offers flexibility to their customers.

After struggling with lower back pain the last year and sleeping on a conventional mattress, I decided to try the Purple. I researched several "alternative" mattresses. BUT I kept coming back to the Purple. I am sleeping without pain through the night. It feels so good to sleep comfortably again. I also purchased the power base, pillows, and sheets. The pillows are amazing. No longer do I wake up on a flat hot pillow. My neck is supported. The power base allows me to adjust myself so my body is in almost a floating position. No stress points anywhere. And best of all Purple is manufactured in Utah. I loved supporting a local company.

The company is great and transparent which should be paramount in a new company. Good return policy. Took a bit longer than expected to get the bed delivered but nothing terrible. On to the negative side the mattress is extremely heavy and very difficult to move. When laying on it the mattress is VERY hard and I barely sink in. I know it is supposed to offer some resistance for support but it is rock hard. I am a 6'1'' male weighing 190, I sink in my hips and shoulders but the mattress is very hard. My wife is smaller at 5'2'' 115lbs and she does not sink in at all. When I was researching all the review said this mattress would be soft...not the case. Sleeping on it for 2 months hasn't really helped either.

We have enjoyed our Purple mattress. Is is especially effective at relieving any discomfort due to shoulder and hip pressure points. As a side sleeper I do wake up with unhappy legs--but perhaps that is "me" rather than the mattress. It is not hot or cold to sleep on. Just right. And when I get up in the night, my partner is not jostled. Thank you, Purple People.

I had a lot of low back pain with my old box spring mattress because I felt like my spine was not being supported. The first couple of weeks I had my Purple I could feel more pain in my low back while I was sleeping, but when I woke up and got out of bed my back pain was much better. Now that I have had it over a month my low back pain is much better and I feel like my spine is really being supported when I sleep.

So basically: 100% worth it. I had pretty awful sleep issues, from grinding my teeth at night to just incessant tossing and turning due to numbness from my sleeping position and pressure in my back and neck. I liked to sleep on my belly to compensate for the discomfort, but having to turn my neck to breathe put my shoulders and neck out of place, causing me to wake up with a stiff neck, jaw, and back almost every morning. When I first got the bed, I couldn't fall asleep! I was like half excited half in disbelief at the way my body felt...like I had less weight, almost no gravity or something. I don't really know but NOW, folks you heard it here, its the BEST NIGHTS' SLEEPS YOU'LL NEVER REGRET HAVING. I can't imagine going back to something that isn't that magical polymer. So happy with my purchase. I say good only because I'm so broke I can't buy from you again in the near future (I bought pretty much e'rythang ya need; bed, foundation, sheets, pillow), and because I didn't measure myself before buying and I'm taller than the mattress so I'm kinda just like a hot dog on a cuddly bun that's just a lil too short. Still happy tho. I'm a happy dog.

So, we have only had our Purple mattress for about a month, but I am thinking this is good. My husband, the cranky one, is still saying that this is going to take some getting used to. I, the uncranky one, am really enjoying a great night of restful sleep.
