I bought my purple bed because my friends had one in their guest room. After staying at their house off and on for the last couple of years and finding the purple mattress soft but very comfortable. I ordered mine during the lockdown so customer service was incredible slow. The purple mattress I ordered was identical to the one I had slept on, except for updated and more expensive. It's not the same, it's uncomfortable, I am trying to give it a chance but haven't got a good nights rest yet and wake up with hip pain, something I never had.

One week after receiving, Mattress and Pillow are great together, good from the first night for me. Sheets are so different that they take some getting used to, top sheet doesn't behave like traditional sheets, but they are comfortable. Sleep does seem cooler with Purple, anxious to see how things go as it gets warmer this summer.

I did a lot of online research before purchasing this bed. My fiancee and I are very large people...over 570lbs combined and with all the aches and pains that come along with it. This bed has been amazingly comfortable whilst providing incredible support. I am VERY pleased with my purchase!

This was really good for my husband and I. The first week required our muscles to get used to the change- but have been sleeping solid since. I removed the cover and put it back on- happy to say it was very simple, I did it myself with no problem. When the base came in I literally dreaded the idea of putting it together (thinking a lot of tools and hard work would be needed , like most bed frames) but it literally took me 5 min. My only complaint is that it took so long to get here! Everything else was good! I am planning on purchasing the pillows and their sheets too (after I save a little more $) lol.

I love my purple mattress and purple accessories! The mattress sleeps cool, which is so important to me, and is very comfortable. My only complaint is the process for which items are shipped out. It not only takes a very long time to get accessories, but they all ship separately in any order. For instance, I got my mattress first, and my base took 3 more weeks to get to me, so my mattress was unusable for those three weeks. Then my sheets came a week later, my mattress protector multiple weeks after everything else. I would much rather get all of my items at once, or at least in a order that makes sense! Other than that though, I have no complaints about the product itself. The mattress is heaven, the sheets are the greatest and coolest material ever.

I kept saying I was going to give a 1 star review to the Purple mattress claiming it has "ruined traveling for me," which it kind of has. I am writing this review the morning after my 5th night on vacation. The twinges and pains in my lower back have reminded me of a time before my wife and I purchased the Purple mattress for our home. This prompted me to finally write a review, but I just couldn't bring myself to give that 1 star review. I love the mattress! No more back pain for me, and I am a dentist which is a field known for having back pain. Mine started slightly while I was still in school, but now 15 years later (as long as I'm sleeping in my own bed at home), none. The ladies I work with roll their eyes when one of my patients mentions sleep, because they know I'm going to start telling them all about the Purple mattress and the Purple pillow to help with TMJ pain. This is getting long (I could keep going for lots longer), but I'll close with this, I am currently looking at one of the most picturesque views of the ocean you can imagine, and I'm longing to be home so that I can once again sleep on my Purple mattress. Idea: Someone starts a chain of Purple hotels! Or at least offers "Purple rooms". I'd pay more per night to stay and sleep there.

I purchased this mattress for my son who transitioning from a crib. I wasn't expecting too much from an online mattress buy but, WOW! I try to sleep in his bed with him when I can! When it's time to replace my king sized mattress, I'll get another Purple.

We bought a queen size Original Purple mattress to replace our son's old mattress. He loves it. He said it is the best bed he's ever slept on. I have to say, when I tried his bed myself, in 5 minutes I was so relaxed, I did not want to get up. There is so much gentle support exactly where it is needed. When it's time for my husband and I to replace our mattress, it will definitely be with a Purple mattress. Thank you for an amazing product.

Both the mattress and the customer service are amazing. Amanda B is the bomb. She went out of her way to accommodate us and respond to all of my emails quickly. The mattress itself is exactly what we wanted, firm but also giving. Our frame is on the way and I'm more than sure it'll be exactly what we were looking for!

So let me be clear. I didn't lay on this mattress and initially think "whoa! This mattress is so plush and amazing" or even get that like body melting into mattress feeling. I was excited to give the 100 sleep guarantee a try because being 4 months pregnant with my 3rd baby I was pretty excited about the promises this mattress offered. We had an articulating base with our last mattress, and we kept that base and switched out the mattress for the Purple. The very first morning my husband and I noticed a difference!!! Again. It's SO strange because it's not like it's the normal crazy, cushy, pillowy mattress I'm used to considering as 'comfortable', but luckily, it's SO much better than that!!! It's supportive without being hard or painful! I wake up SO rested, and free of kinks and sore spots! SO priceless and has NEVER happened in a pregnancy before. This mattress has been LIFE CHANGING!!! 3 words.. Get A Purple!!!
