I am young but have horrible posture from working at a desk all day. Until I found this mattress, I was going for deep tissue massages every couple of weeks because I was in such severely chronic pain. This was not only expensive but counterintuitive because as soon as I would go to sleep on my horrible mattress that same night, all the progress they had made was lost. I would wake up in agony and sometimes get up in the middle of the night and sleep on the floor. Since I've gotten the purple mattress I yearn for it when I sleep away from home! It is not as plush as I had hoped it would be but I know for one, that plush=pain (because it is too soft to support your spine)! So I'm thankful to the technology that went into this mattress and I will soon buy a king because I love it so much. I can't believe I actually wake up without ANY PAIN! and when I get home from work at night I look forward to laying on the bed because everything stops hurting as soon as I lay down. You guys need to make a pillow!!!

we have been threw soooo many mattresses its unreal, i read a few reviews on purple mattress and thought o boy. I was SOOOOO wrong, there are many mornings i really dont want to get outa bed specially to go to work. Plus my husband has a bad back and he even loves it. He gets better sleep at night and dont hurt like he did with the other mattresses. So thank you purple mattress

I ordered the bed and it came in less than a week! The technology is super cool - watching the bed expand after cutting the shrink wrap was pretty awesome. I couldn't believe a whole bed could come in a tube like that! I've been sleeping on it for two weeks now and I love it - will not be needing to use the 100 day guarantee, that's for sure! I had heard about Purple from a friend, and after a solid year of terrible back pain from my mattress, I did some research and decided to splurge on a purple mattress. I was nervous of course, but after the first few minutes I knew it was the right choice. I didn't have the platform base right away and I was hoping it would make a difference because the frame I had wasn't suitable for the purple mattress without a traditional boxspring, so it wasn't great just yet. After a month, I got the base in the mail, and it was SOOO much better with the base, so if you're on the fence about getting it, you really need to, it's an incredible difference from a box spring to just the purple frame. I wish I could give this 6 stars just in the first month or so. I'm hoping the bed will stand the test of time because they are fairly expensive, but even if i'm replacing every 5 years, it's way worth it!

You're gonna love sleeping in the purple. I was worried that I wouldn't be heavy enough to activate the grid tech. but I'm 6'2, 170 and it's super comfy. I think comparing it to the casper, it's the same quality comfort but which is better depends on preference (I prefer purple). Only knock I have on it is it's very heavy which is just a hassle if you have to move it. I considered giving it 4 stars for this, but it's a high quality mattress at the end of the day and so I'm giving it 5 stars.

I bought one for my daughter and we both absolutely loved it! I would take a nap in her bed on my days off just to get a comfy and restful sleep. Now I have my own and love, love, LOVE it!! I do not wake up with any bodily pain or discomfort whatsoever anymore. I have an adjustable massaging base and that is heaven as well!! I'll definitely recommended purple to everybody and will buy more in the future!

We got the purple king mattress 2 and a half years ago. I needed a new mattress because I was having back problems and back pain, so we decided to do a lot of research and we ended up deciding on purple. It was great for the first year and a half. Now there are indentations where we sleep every night (and we're average sized adults) and if I lay on my back for a couple hours in the bed, then my back hurts. That is the reason I got this bed in the first place- to get rid of back pain. I believe that soon after we got our mattress they came out with a new one. I hope it's better and much longer lasting! If I knew this mattress would only last this long, I would have bought something else.

My original Purple mattress developed a sag. It was within the 10-year warranty so I contacted their customer service. After supplying them with a couple pictures of my bed, they not only sent me a new one, but also arranged for the old one to be picked up. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. I also didn't have to pay for any of it. No shipping. No charge for the pickup. It was all provided for free.

When I got this mattress, I had pretty high hopes because the videos are so good. I was not disappointed. I was sleeping on a soft mattress and pretty much had to sleep on my stomach because it had no back support. That meant my neck was turned to the side all night, which was just awful. Now I can sleep on my back all night, with support and comfort. I recommend not using a mattress pad unless it is VERY elastic/stretchy. My normal mattress pad basically turns it into a normal hard mattress, which is no good.

seem to be less achy and would love to see a "800 #" with a live person to handle sales and service. especially for older folks with less computer experience. was glad fed-ex fixed their dyslexia and got mattress here after a search. also left e mail with purple site about website not getting free sheet. that was handled quickly! now, happy wife!
