It's probably too early for me to provide an accurate review of our purple mattress due to the fact we have been sleeping on it for only two weeks, but in these first few days, there is no doubt both my better-half and I are sleeping better. Where the concern comes in has to do with how one's body adjusts to new bedding. Unlike Select Comfort beds which we were seriously considering until I came face-to-face with YOUR Goldilocks, we were almost totally committed to buying one of their beds. Your company's 100-night guarantee and lower price is what caused me to reconsider. (Without a doubt, your infomercial had an equal impact on my buying decision.) A company who doesn't take themselves too seriously, but emphasizes customer satisfaction wins my heart, mind and soul everytime! I love how you go about educating your audience on the benefits of owning a purple sleep system, while only grazing your competition. (Another effective tactic in marketing. I don't like the "Buy our product, we're better than Joe Schmoe's down the street!" without going into what makes your product better than all the rest.) Your marketing campaign hits all the right notes and in the perfect key too. Now for the hard part. I am still not sure we are going to keep our purple. Time will tell. But even if we should end up donating it to charity and sending you the proof so we can get our money back if we're not satisfied, your attention to appealing to your potential customers and their needs, your communication and ease of order, to your partnership with FedEx and their second-to-none tracking system, to your following up in the first days and now weeks, makes this whole experience one I can safely say is amazing! Just based on my experience to date, I will DEFINITELY recommend "Purple" to anyone who quizzes me on your product and service. I have gone through 3 mattresses!! THREE!!! In less than 10 years. I have suffered with serious hip pain. I have bought new shoes, gone to the Chiropractor and had countless massages (which I do not regret, who regrets a great massage) and nothing would fix the pain permanently. I bought this mattress for our guest bed after my daughter showed me the commercial, which is very humorous by the way. The claims just seemed ridiculous to me. I had heard similar claims about the other mattresses I had purchased. But you had a 100 day try it or return it so I thought, what the heck. I wanted my guests to be comfortable. WELL...when it arrived and we set it up, which was easy as pie, I decided to take a nap. I woke up for the first time in years with NO pain, I repeat, NO PAIN!! I was elated. I love our guest mattress so much we are planning on buying one for our bed also. We have been saving up and will be purchasing ours soon. For now when my husband is out of town on business I sleep in the guest room and wake up with no pain and I have noticed because of the better sleep and no pain I have much more energy. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product, you now have a customer for life!!

For the past 17 years I have only slept on temperpedic beds. I thought about the purple bed for a while. I talked to my brother in law about it so much, that is the bed he surprised his wife with! I am not much of a risk taker, so about six months after they got theirs, I finally got one of my own! Not only did I get the bed, I got the base (which I love!!! Not sure how we survived with out it befor!), and the sheets! It did take a week to adjust fully. But I am so pleased with the purchase! The sheets are like nothing I have ever experienced, but I have a weird obsession with them now! Next I think I will need to invest in the pillows!

I bought this bed for my adult son who couldn't sleep through the night without waking several times. He also had a kink in his neck and suffered from headaches. Since the first night sleeping on his Purple mattress, all of that is GONE and he sleeps deeply and is fully rested in the morning! Thank you for such a great product and maybe I'll have to buy one for me!

The product is starting to fall apart/lose shape. I received the purple topper and several seat cushions The seat cushions were the first to go out - after 6 months of driving 2-3 hrs per day, the seat cushion no longer holds shape and actually hurts to sit on My bed topper was great the first 5 months, but now the product is actually CAUSING BACK PAINS for both me and my girlfriend.

It was great in the beginning. Now it's 5.5 months old, but the place where your bottom rests became softer significantly, so following the laws of physics your bottom will inevitably roll into the same position at the same soft spot during the night and start sagging. If you said that's not comfortable you would be right. I just rotated it today but it will probably only last a few more months before the sagging becomes significant again.

We've had the Purple mattress for about 3 weeks and are sleeping well. My wife is petite, sleeps on her side and is happy. I'm about 150 lbs, sleep on my back and am also sleeping well. The support is very good. I also find the edge support to be better than expected and not an issue. My only remaining question is whether I'd like a little more of a memory foam "hugging" feeling from the top layer. I find that memory foam toppers give a feeling of comfort while falling asleep and the Purple does not have that feeling. My wife is very happy with the fact this bed does not sleep hot as that is her main objection to memory foams. So for now, our feeling is that the Purple mattress is very good, but I'm still trying to figure out whether I want a top layer that hugs me to create that feeling of softness while falling asleep.

Best mattress I ever slept on. I have tried many due to separate neck and back injuries. I could never find the right combination until now. I'm a side sleeper (I wish I could fall asleep on my back) and now have support for my lower back and some give for my neck and shoulders.

I was really hesitant to spend so much on a mattress. I've mostly bought cheap mattresses, and the year I spent on a tempurpedic let me know it was better than a cheap mattress, but not a necessary investment. My husband insisted we buy a purple because we heard that this was amazing for people with arthritis pains. I really didn't want to spend that on a mattresse because I doubted the claims. While, I know purple says to wait a bit over 3 months to decide how you adjust to the mattress, I can honestly say that after the first 10 minutes I was completely astonished! All my joints that I toss and turn and prop and support with a TON of pillows of different fluffiness were instantly happy. At first my body didn't even know how to relax, but I focused on relaxing and as I did there was no increased pain. I went from 8 pillows to 1-2 pillows depending on my position. I'm actually sleeping through the night. I haven't woken with additional pain or numbness! And my husband doesn't have to fight for space against my mountain of pillows! This mattress is 100% necessary for chronic pain. Hey, purple, how about you get on insurance? Or partner with nursing homes? This would be a life saver for people with pressure sores and bed sores!!!

Overall this is probably the best pillow I have slept on. I have been looking for a pillow that does not go flat after sleeping on them for a while and this one fit the bill. I have been using this pillow for three weeks and it still has it's shape and fluffiness as the day it arrived on my doorstep. I have spent lots of time and money on pillows that say they will not go flat but they always do. I like sleeping on the firm side which is nice because my arm is always in between the pillows when I sleep so the soft side is a nice cushion between my arm and head. My only issues with the Twin Cloud is that I sleep hot and it does nothing for that. I would love if this Twin Cloud had Purple mesh layer to help displace the heat. I wonder if I buy a Purple mesh seat and place in one on side of the pillow if that would help with me sleeping hot.
