My wife's never been happy with any bed but we're not returning this one so it must be a pretty good bed. I noticed it's sometimes warmer than a traditional coil mattress but we have A/C so I just set the temp for 68 degrees and we sleep well now. I've talked to Purple customer service regarding shipping of our bed, pillows, and seat pad and they were OUTSTANDING people to work with!

its amazing I would definitely Recommend the purple Mattress There is no bad review I could say. I normally sleep on my side since getting my mattress I sleep find myself sleeping on my back thank you very much purple for making me fall in love with my mattress again

I have Scoliosis and have had back surgery. I've tried many other mattresses in past and always woke up with back pain. I've seen alot on the purple mattress and figured I'd give it a try and wow the first night I slept on the purple mattress I woke up with no back pain what so ever I couldnt believe it it's been 20 years since that's happen. All I can say is it's the best mattress I've ever slept on and will definitely buy another one after this one. Thank you so much purple best purchase I've ever made.

The bed wasn't life changing or anything like that. Decent mattress, probably could have gotten one just as good for cheaper. They don't offer the option of buying with a box spring, which is necessary for certain types of beds. But the customer service makes or breaks and company and theirs is TERRIBLE. Often a week or more for a response...from an online company, no less! My mattress was delayed, no notice or reason given- I had to write in and ask. My sheets were delayed, notice only emailed about the delay after the promised delivery time had passed. They were delayed even further from the new date and, of course, I had to check in on the status just like the mattress. Would not deal with this company again, completely frustrating experience. Even writing this review was frustrating- the company sent me an email asking for one, I entered in the space provided and hit "post". Magically disappeared and I had to re-write again.

I'm an RN that works the med/surg floor and it if you're a nurse you that the job is really hard on your back. I was always some kind of sore, especially my back. I had sleeping on the same mattress I had from college when I pinched a nerve and couldn't walk right for a few days. I had been thinking about getting a purple for a while and after that finally decided to do it. It was so worth it!! Just one night of sleeping on this mattress made a world of difference! My back felt 100x better! I've the bed for almost two weeks now and I can already say that I'm going to be sleeping on a Purple for the rest of my life! I have no more back pain, I don't toss and turn as much anymore, and I feel so well rested! I cannot recommend this bed enough! If you're thinking of trying it out, do it! You will not regret it!

After having slept on this purple mattress for the first week, I'll never buy another brand. My wife and I are both taller, and we live very active lives, so having a reliable mattress was the most important consideration for us. I've ever slept better.

I like the mattress alot. I feel like it's slightly too firm for my taste.. maybe the next model up would be better for me but I couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money for a bed. Customer service was 10/10 when I did call for a minor question. Would probably buy again but would also explore cheaper options.

Hey Y'all, I feel all the effort y'all put into customer feedback and public relations should be re-directed to the mattress fabrication process. As an an engineer, I like the concept of a polymer spring system (ie the purple material), but feel that the grid network has too small of a period. The holes should be spaced closer together, so that the force of my body is better distributed throughout the material (think of why someone can sleep on a bed of nails, but not just one nail). Unfortunately, I just felt a constant "sinking-in" feeling. Sorry...! Best, Adrian

This is the first mattress I have ever had that, as a side sleeper, is soft enough to cradle my shoulder and hip while still providing firm support for my back. It is also comfortable while sitting in bed to read. I bought a twin xl original mattress which I was able to unpack and set up by myself despite being a small 73 year old woman. I would have needed help for a larger mattress. There was a slight odor that dissipated within a few hours. The stretchy sheets I bought have a nice feel and wash well but take a long time to dry. The customer support people responded quickly to my questions about setup.

I was skeptical at first when my daughter told me about the purple mattress and that she and her husband just bought and saying they just love it. Than they showed me the Goldie Locks video and I laughed so hard thinking it was just a spoof. Little did I know. The rest of the story is history. I did buy one and everything they said is true. We are loving it. Thanks Purple for a good nights sleep. Dale
