I had back and shoulder pain the first few weeks as my body adjusted to the new mattress, and I was thisssss close to returning. But on week 3 everything evened out and ever since then it's been great! Additionally a few of my sheet sets from my previous Queen mattress don't fit this one...

My fiance and I really like the purple mattress! I can see how it might not be for everyone, but for us it's very comfortable and cool. (We would skip the bundle though..you can see my reviews of the pillow, sheets, and mattress protectors on their respective pages.)

As very satisfied owners of a king-sized Purple Hybrid Premier 3 (complete with Harmony pillows), we noticed that our 2.5-year-old son really likes sleeping in mommy and daddy's bed way more than in his own toddler bed. We promised him that when it was time for him to graduate to his "big boy" bed, we would be getting him a Purple. Recently, WE delivered on that promise while YOU delivered his brand-new full-sized Purple mattress (with full-sized Purple platform and the new "low"Harmony pillow which is perfect for his toddler-sized head), and I think it safe to say that he is another very satisfied customer! Thank you for making such great products (and we really dig the Purple "vibe" too!)!!

For me it was OK but not great. My wife couldn't handle it at all. I think it would be good if Purple developed several different tensions of support foam so it's not so hard for lightweights and curvy people, stiffer for heavy people that need that support.

I have hip problems and I have purchased 5 mattresses in the last 7 years. This is the ONLY mattress that relieves the pain and allows me to get out of bed without the need to hang on to the bed frame! Now 3 of my 4 children and my sister have switched to Purple! I highly recommend it!

My wife was a little skeptical of us getting the purple mattress. I did a lot of research on all different types of mattresses that are available online and in stores, and I convinced her to try this out at least for the 100 night trial. We are almost 30 nights into this mattress, and we have never slept better. I, personally, am a hot sleeper and very restless. My wife and I both have noticed that we actually sleep through the entire night and I love the breath-ability of the mattress.

It took a few nights, but once we get used to this mattress, we now sleep well. There are things that you need to read on their site VERY CAREFULLY. Also, the second after you place your order, you will start getting regular emails to buy more stuff, even before you received your original order. They took a few days to fill my order so it put the ship date back a few days. I was going out of town for vacation, would they hold the order for me, and ship it later? NO! You have to call FedEx and ask them to do that. Is FedEx taking my mattress through you? NO! That's our "white glove" service that only comes with our "premium" mattress. So now I have to arrange when it arrives and pick up for a mattress through another vendor. So, yeah, buyer beware. There may be other things that I missed, read the fine print, there may be things that YOU get stuck with.

I'm an engineer - so I tend to be skeptical of fancy marketing videos. After doing extensive research from independent reviewers I purchased this mattress and it's the first time the product actually lives up to the marketing hype. Somehow these guys have engineered a mattress that is both insanely comfortable and supportive at the same time. I sleep like a baby at night and my back pain completely disappeared. In addition - I also almost always remember my dreams now, whereas before I rarely ever remembered what I dreamed about. This mattress is much softer and also more supportive than I expected it to be. This is definitely the mattress of the future. Highly highly recommended. These guys have done an excellent job and have made something that will change your life.

The mattress is great, I've never slept better. That being said it took me 3 days of dealing with what was either extraordinary incompetence or ridiculous internal bureaucracy to get Purple to lift a hold on the order. Essentially payment was rendered by myself and accepted by Purple who subsequently decided to demand I identify myself to them by photo I.D and pictures of mail i have received. This is effectively little more than extortion not to mention it go directly against the VISA vendor agreement. If they take your money and then demand you I.D don't give it to them, report it to your credit company and work your way through the customer service chain until they give up.

We have always bought top-of-line mattresses that were just the right amount of softness. We were not sure a rolled up mattress in a bag would meet our needs. AND... we were delighted to have it easily set up and in use. Great comfort and just right softness. It was also several inches thinner than our old mattress which makes it easier to get in and out of bed... nice extra advantage for us. The mattress protector and sheets are terrific... soft and silky feeling. We haven't switched from our Down pillows to our new Purple pillows... yet. THANK YOU!
