Firm not hard. Good buy. Nice upgrade from crushed, older pillows. Recommend

Very comfortable pillows at an affordable price

Bought as a gift to my daughter she loves them!

Silky smooth and ideal firmness

The pillows are fine. I would've preferred a little firmer pillow.

Very bad, I thought it was going to be of better quality, it is very soft and when you use it it seems like you have nothing

The Members Mark pillows use to be full and firm. Now they are flat and offer little to no neck support.

I have purchased 4 of these pillows and 2 of the have come apart at the seems. One was already apart after getting home from the store

These pillows were big and overfilled. The pillow popped open on the second night we tried to sleep on them. Pass on these poor quality pillows.

Love these pillows but still liked the Bellagio hotel pillows better, wish Sam’s would bring them back.
