These are awesome pillows. My mother in law is sensitive to anything new with chemicals and she didn't react to these. Very well made.

love the size of the pillow and its great value, but I like a firmer pillow, hence 3 stars but it might be 5 for you!

I tried these pillows several years ago when it was just "Hotel Collection" -- back then, the pillows came with a gusseted, zipper quilted-fabric cover. The current "Hotel Premier Collection" pillows do not come with a zippered cover. The pillows are still gusseted. I'm writing this review before I've actually slept on the new pillows, but letting you know you might want to double-cover these ones -- or launder your old zippered covers and use them on the new pillows.

What in the world is Sam's doings with dogs all over. This is a food store! Today we had 2 LARGE dog get I to a fight between the check outs and the exit isle. Then later a dog came up and started sniffing my leg fro behind and startled me. Twice I found them in carts (where we put food) waiting while the owners were off shopping. This is. To a zoo, it's a grocery wearhouse.

These pillows are terrible; they deserve a zero rating! I actually thought they were used upon arrival. One is thinner than the other and very lumpy. The lumps cannot be fluffed or evened out. These are too soft; one is compressed in the middle. Wasted my money. I would not recommend them.

The original version of these pillows was absolutely fantastic. When they finally broke down and I purchased new pillows, I was really excited. Unfortunately the new version of the hotel pillows is nothing like the old ones. These are cheap and crummy. They are no better than the ones that I could buy at the dollar store. After two weeks they don't even hold their shape. So disappointed as I typically love your members Mark brand.

I was so hopeful about these pillows that I bought 3 packs of 2. I decided to test out the first pack for myself and my husband and my husband had neck pain during the first week of sleeping on it and refused to use his pillow after that. I actually liked the pillow initially, until it flattened out within a week of use. I ended up returning the other 2 packs I bought.

The price is great for two comfortable pillows. I hope they hold up well

Silky smooth and ideal firmness

Very plush and comfortable
