Not happy with the mattress at all. I have bad scoliosis and severe pain in my neck, back, and hips, and while I had high hopes, this mattress has only worsened my daily pain levels. My Husband called 10 days after our trail period was up and they will NOT allow any leeway on returns. Mind you, they count the 100 days from your purchase date, NOT THE DATE WHICH YOU ACTUALLY RECIEVE YOUR BED (our bed was delayed for multiple weeks due to 'popular demand', so this initially is total blasphemy)!! Which, fine, I understand that we called ten days late (didn't seem late to us considering we haven't HAD THE BED 100 days) but the multiple women we dealt with were EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I do NOT recommend this mattress to ANYONE. Not even for the quality of the mattress at this point, but because every person we talked to was terribly rude and unpleasant to work with, which is a real bummer. I had high hopes of loving what this company stood for, but it's all just clever marketing.

2 nights on the mattress so far and I'm in love. I've been waking up with numb hands and hips multiple times a night for the last few months. Decided it was time for a new mattress due to a neck injury and upper back injury. No numbness or waking up the past two nights and no sweating. I'm a very hot sleeper and this bed keeps you cool. very simple set up as well. Took about two minutes to set up the platform base without any tools (awesome) and a minute for the mattress to be unrolled and set up. Seriously super easy and packaging is immaculate. I will be getting the power base eventually and another mattress. I weigh 215 lbs and I don't even touch the foam part of the mattress the purple part fully supports my body weight. If you're on the fence on getting this mattress and the sheets just do it Lou will be very happy. Absolutely destroys my old pillow too Serta in terms of comfort and how I feel waking up.

My husband has mid-back pain, and this mattress unfortunately made it worse. After 2 months, we just could get used to the feeling of the "grid." It's very cool, but in the wintertime, it was sometimes hard to stay warm while sleeping on this mattress. The return is very easy and the customer service is great.

Got a new mattress for the first time in 13 years, my old one was expensive, but obviously too old. The Purple mattress is so comfortable. I had a bit of back pain the first few nights, but it was the good kind of back pain where it felt like I had sore muscles from working out. I think my back was sore from just being positioned like a human should naturally be while sleeping.

Before purple I was slept on an air mattress for 4 months... when I found purple it was a situation of, " anything is better than an air mattress..." I was wrong. This bed is amazing. I finally got my body sleeping the way it needed to for quite a bit of time before that. Now I recommend this bed to any and everyone that is mattress shopping. Not only is it an amazing bed; the customer service is outstanding. Thanks purple!

We purchased our Purple mattress 4 months ago. We went from a queen iComfort mattress that was about 17 inches thick to a king Purple. I don't want to mention that some of the love of the Purple mattress could just be that it's a king vs a queen. The Purple has been great. For some reason ours came about square so it's a little short. That's kind of odd. On the plus side, it means we can rotate it a quarter every time instead of just the 2 directions. We still have our old queen mattress (that was only 2 years old) and sometimes one of us ends up on it. It is amazing the difference now. On the Purple, we don't wake up with back pain which we do pretty much every time on the other one. We also love how it's not a huge mattress. The old one was just so thick. Purple mattresses are quite heavy though. I'm pregnant now and the Purple mattress has been comfortable so far even pregnant. We will see if I feel the same as I move into the last trimester.

Replaced an old school foam mattress with a purple. Arrived within a week all rolled up. It's a heavy, but heavenly beast. Follow the instructions and get your mate on a date to help you assemble the frame (super simple to assemble) and most importantly, watch the mattress unroll from the plastic after smoothly slitting it open like you're hungry to sleep. It's like when my breakfast burrito won't stay rolled up when I need to set it down. Mmmmm that's a good problem here folks. The bed is awesome, but don't skimp like me and forget to order new pillows. This bed makes my old new pillows cry. I'm better off sleeping without a pillow on my side, stomach or back. It also seems to double as a trampoline for the kids. Great job Purple.

I was initially drawn to the mattress ad by the name "Purple." TCU is my school's color. So I researched further and was intrigued by the design of the mattress. I needed a new twin on my side of our queen size bed. Pretty scary buying a mattress online but I did it. Really, really pleased. I sleep like a rock...no real tossing and turning. Shoulders and arms used hurt and get numb at night...not anymore. I would definitely tell anyone to give Purple a try. Go TCU Frogs!!!!

Honestly I'm trying to figure out how to return it. I've heard a lot of people have liked it but I don't feel the same way. Here are multiple reasons why 1- you cannot sleep close to the edge 2- I keep falling off the bed at night, it's extremely uncomfortable unless I'm in the middle of the bed 3- sitting on the edge of the bed causes the ends of the bed to lift up...I'm not sure why it does that 4- also when sitting on the edge of the mattress has no give...it goes all the way down and ur Butt pretty much touches the box spring

If you haven't tried Purple find someone you know who has one. My wife suffered with mainstream mattresses, pillow too mattresses foam toppers and could not get a complete night of sleep. Waking up and feeling like she was beat up and always tired. She kept after me to buy her a Temporpedic but the cost was just to high. We searched and found Purple and after reading consumer replies like the one I am offering I decided to purchase a Queen size Purple. With the money back garuntee how could I go wrong. Well I can tell you this, they are not gettig our Purple back! My wife loves it and she now gets a full nights rest and her quality of life has improved so much, we couldn't be happier with the product or the price.
