I got the purple mattress with the harmony pillows. Both are absolutely incredible. I have chronic neck and back pain from 13 years of being a competitive cheerleader and this mattress helps so much. When they say it stays cool, they mean it - it literally feels like sleeping on an ice pack.

After months of research and a change in purple's mattress model affecting the price we went with purples original king size mattress at the cheaper price. My husband doesn't end up on the sofa anymore and surprisingly my body can't feel the purple gel lattice under the mattress cover even though my hands can - it' Almost invisible! I would say go for their original matttress.

We got the purple for a wedding gift to ourselves and it has been the best! We both have joint and back pain and both of us have been waking up in less pain. I don't feel my husband move or get in and out of bed and I don't roll into him anymore. We love it and have told all our friends and family!

Honestly, don't do it. This bed is way to comfortable. Add the purple sheets and it's over. You won't want to leave the bed. It's really hard to turn off your alarm and get up for work. It's so easy to sleep in and forget plans you made. Think twice before you take the plunge. Also: this is a firmer mattress. I initially jumped for a hybrid premier thinking I would love it because I'm a side sleeper but I was frustrated that my back hurt every morning. Switching back to something closer to the original (firmer) was my fix. Couldn't be happier!!

I specifically asked for a really firm mattress, but this is one of the softest, squishiest I've ever slept on! A great disappointment. I doubt it will last more than a few months. Poor mattress,no installation.

First off, I love my mattress. My son bought on a couple years ago and I was skeptical at first being all rolled up in a duffle bag. That all changed once I saw it come to life. After seeing his experience with it after 2 years I was sold. I was able to compare the original to a hybrid, I chose the original. I don't think my wife and I are big enough people to "break the plane". I'm very happy with the product, the process from ordering and shipping and the customer service. I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

Recently purchased our second purple mattress and it has been amazing. Went from a queen hybrid to a king in the original. There was a slight difference in thickness but ultimately didn't have a rough time adjusting to the new mattress. 6 Out of 7 days I wake up to little or zero back pains! I highly recommend Purple to anyone and everyone!

We have been sleeping in our purple for almost a month and a half now. Let me say the difference was like night and day! During pregnancy and after I would get pain in my hips ( I'm a side sleeper). Soon after having my daughter the hip pain followed and would creep in the middle of the night after I had been sleeping on my side a few hours. After owning this mattress I have not had another night of pain in my hips. Sleeping on our old mattress was also tricky, we are a co-sleeping bed-sharing family. With the old mattress a move or turn on the bed would rock the entire mattress, waking up everyone on it. The texture of the purple mattress absorbs movements, so when one of us moves it dosen't rock the whole bed. The guys who designed this mattress also design the specialty beds my patients use in the hospitals. These patients have nasty bedsores and are somtimes bariatric . Our hospitals always use the specialty beds these guys design BECASE THEY WORK! They prevent the brake down of the patients skin from being in bed for so long. That to me says a lot in their experience and expertise when it comes to mattresses. I'm in love with my new bed THANKS!

Was very upset as a previous purple mattress owner! The new mattress was not the same as the first one I bought years ago. The new one had way too much memory phone and the pillows were just cut out of left over mattress. Very cheaply made also way too heavy

My wife purchased a king Purple 7/25/2017, we were both very excited. It was great at first, then slowly became worse and worse for my back. Weird ache through my whole back after about an hour of sleeping, after sleeping on it for just over a year. My back is fine the moment I stand up in the morning. I don't like returning things or being wasteful, and my back didn't really start to hurt until after 100 days, so now I just feel stuck with it. Many other mattresses give 365 day trial which tells me the others are more confident in their product. For me this mattress was a waste of money.
